Destati (AT - CONQUEST)

Rho felt like a kid in a candy store. Never in his wildest dreams did he think he could get this lucky. It was like winning the lottery 5 times in the same day. So many strong fighters were popping up left and right. A lot of them seemed to have connections to each other both good and bad. It didn't take long for shots to start being fired left and right. He still was not sure what he stumbled across but it was beginning to look like an all out war. It was hard to keep track of who was on which side. As an Android Rho did not have any attachments to either faction. He was neither good or bad, he was just a fighter. All he wanted was the best battle possible. Since that was the case he was not entirely sure who he should go after first. All of them seemed like good options.

Hmmm.....

He really needed to work on his energy sensing skills so he could determine who was the strongest of them all. There was one clear contender for that title based solely on their actions. That would be the one who blocked multiple high powered attacks all in one shot. Rho was going to go after him but it occurred to him that due to his crazy strong defensive technique many others were going to challenge him. To avoid ganging up on someone he was going to have to pick someone different. If he lied long enough he would have to challenge him next. The pink lady at least acknowledged him and her tone was a little smug so that seemed like a good place to start. He looked at her with a serious but devious grin.

Yah i value a good fight more then my life. So yes i would love to tempt fate. If you are hungry then how about you go ahead and eat this!

The dark haired android would swing at the air. A force of nearly invisible air would be sent flying toward the Majin. It was like he sent a punch hurtling towards her at a distance. He was hoping to drive her away from the group and start a one on one battle. If he could separate her from the rest of the pack. Once his attack left his hand he would leap from the ground and try to meet her in the air like a bullet fired from a gun . He watched carefully to see how she would counter his strike in case he needed to defend himself. There was also a half dozen other attacks flying around he did not want to get caught up in.  He was hoping just the one attack would be enough to create some distance for them but if not and she didn't send a counter strike he would try to throw a barrage of punches at her to keep up the offensive pressure. He really was trying to drive her back as far back as possible.

There was an honest fuck ton going on. Mollusc could hardly keep up and he didn’t plan too. He was mostly focused on a few people at a time. There was Marmbia, a namekian he had never seen who leaped right at Usumidori he didn’t have as much power as her but he had a lot of heart. There was a man in a blue coat who had a very low power but seemed utterly confident in forcing them to flee. He seemed to be a local? Not a namekian but this was his home. Considering he wanted to send Usumi running. But then his focus fully confused on Gandigan who seemed to controlled? Maybe that was his curse. But that lead him to fire a blast towards Usumi to damage the Demon warrior? It was quite confusing to say the least, but he needed to help Gandigan you know, not be cursed. Even if he disagreed with him trying to help her in the first place the least he could do is try to help.

But there was an even worse sight. That Saiyan he ran into Marrow seemed to be joining Usumi to attack those trying to stop Usumi. He couldn’t exactly sense how strong Marrow was but considering they believed Usumi was at least <80,000> power and was willing to join them, then she must have been confident in letting her succeed. He would narrow his eyes in his hiding spot and get ready to dart in. When Dosu tried to grab onto Gandigan that was when Mollusc moved in. He would blast forward from his hiding spot to charge in and punch Gandigan in the gut. “Gandgian! I don’t know what is going on with you but I’m gonna stop you. Do you talk about helping join Usumidori yet now you attacking her? I know something wrong with you and I plan to stop you!” Mollusc would open his mouth to fire a ki blast to blast Gandigan away and hopefully follow him away from the center of the battlefield.

Apexle was slightly shocked at how quickly things began to spiral out of his league. Originally the Tufyan didn't have the time to look upon the fighters, however as his spear hit the opponent and barely left a mark. Apexle was forced to reconsider his decisions just for a moment before a large blue ki blast seemed to be coming to take his life. Apexle hadn't seen the person who took the shot, however it only took a single moment to bring the man back to the incoming Ki blast.

Before he had a chance to do anything suddenly a massive hand seemed to extend out grabbing the incoming attack. Within a fraction of a moment the large energy construct began to move towards it's next target.

Apexle's eyes however were drawn to his ally Gandigan. It was obvious the Namekian had gone off the deep end, however at least his fangs were towards the obvious enemy. "Are they insane?" Apexle muttered. By the he'd forgotten about the person who'd attacked earlier, and not even confident he could fight them if he did anyway with how power the attack before was.

Instead his body drifted off towards the group who weren't immediately fighting. He noticed amongst the group however a domestic dispute in progress and decided to opt out of it as the woman went to grab the boulder. As he drew closer to Gandigan he noticed two other Namekians aside from him. The large one and one that slightly resembles a cat fish.

Landing gracefully Apexle looked at all three a bit off to the side. "So. Do I have to be the barer of bad news here, and say you're fighting the wrong guy" Apexle pointed out as he stared daggers at the two. He wasn't sure how they'd react, however he was definitely sure they'd resort to some means of violence since they did so with Gandigan. None the less Apexle waited patiently for their responses.

This other demon wasn't the brightest coming at Usumi with this, smirking moments before he got sidelined. Had it been slower, usumi would have chopped at him herself.

"Is that right?! Don't kid yourself."
Some were stubborn. Almost as stubborn as herself. The Konatsian would stare her down. Her friend from above tried correcting that behavior, but even that didn't seem to hold. Soon, she'd have the brunt of her and the allies alike upon her. And she wasn't even dealing with a majority of the big Namek crew. Usumi winces and gives a look back at Erebos as he starts his own thing. Irritating sounds and arrogance coming from his maw. And others just gave her the silent treatment. Clearly tired of all this. Had this been a recent occurrence? because Usumidori didn't remember it being this hard.

"Oh, not the brightest... Whatever, you do you, boy."
Dosu, bless his heart, didn't seem to process what he had done for the demon. For this. It was almost endearing, a dumb kid who tried getting their way through might alone. Worrying about silly mortals was the least of her concern though when the actual immortals came bearing their threats down at her. Erebos, ever the charmer, decided to talk down to her while rushing at her would be the plan. No theatrics, apparently, despite the howling winds and large sucking portal. The knee would be met with her own sword. A flash of sparks jumped from the collision. A sudden rush of energy falls from the blade into Usumi's arms and the rest of her body. Soon, a shadow seems to form from over her, the silhouette of a warrior caste entirely out of shadow looms over the smaller demon, carrying their own ebony blade. They lash out at this blow as well, trying to dampen it on the impact.

"You would think monkeys and plants are terrifying, softie. Catch me without your army of heroes and we'll see who gets scared."
Despite now both swordsmen and shadow trying to deflect this blow, Erebos would find his knee smash into her face. Throwing off her guard and forcing her back just as the shockwave sent a terrible force of energy around her. She'd reel back and catch herself in a kneel to land, covering a now bashed face with a little cut across her face.

"Tcch... Now annoying. All of you! A whole circus of fools. And don't think I forgot about you too, meddling fruit!"
She shouted at the more imposing of the defenders, managing to stand and lift her sword just in time for Ward's blast to then come crashing down on her. Both the demon and their shadow turn upwards to whether the blow just as they had done with Erebos'. Only to be met, again, with unstoppable force. Blue energy pours over her form as she's slammed on her back in this shallow crater of now joint effort's creation, throwing hher shade to her side as they both were laid out at the moment.

Ki burns cover her face, her hair and dress are all messed up now, and she could smell brimstone from singed shadow. The weird phenomenon, that is. Both of those big hits seem to make her bleed not only precious crimson but leak a sort of shadowy ichor from, specifically, her mouth. Usumi would be forced to stare at the darkened Namekian skies as that void storm grows inch by inch. What could the demon do but laugh at the misery? Death unto death, she would force herself up with a pained giggle. Stabbing her sword to the ground to better pull herself up.

"Why do you care so much? Huh? Do you like the dull, boring scenery? The repetitive islands, the monotonous skies of the neverending day? Your odd attachments are even more unfounded than the wannabe demon child. So I'll do you a favor and marry you to the dirt of this rock!"
They were mostly excuses for getting beaten up by the pair, but he was deluding himself into thinking he was stronger at the moment. Empowered, even if a bit battered, she'd lunge at Ward with the shadow warrior looming over her. Swiping a few strikes at him and the funny face he had. The two's sword swings were often times coordinated, but a few times she'd intentionally mess with the timing to throw off any semblance of pattern recognition to react to.

Having picked momentum back up, the demon would get wild with overheads. Trying to smite the god where he stood.

"I'LL SEND YOU PACKING!"
The last overhead swing stops short of meeting any resistance. Usumi stops mid-swing with the blade held overhead. A malice-laced shaking fills her as the demon struggles against a sudden force. A sudden force that was the shadow that she had been using. Up to this point, the warrior had done nothing but attack alongside Usumi, between Battle island and all of it. But now it loomed over usumi not to compound her attack but to stop it. The shadowy figment of a hand wraps around Usumi's version of the ebony blade. Unlike the demon, it did not struggle for this grip.

"What!? No no no... NO, I HAD TIME! I WON! YOU LOST! THIS IS MY POWER TO WIELD!"
Evidently not. The fighting and damage now had hastened the process. Usumi's full malice switches from the clear defenders to whatever it was harassing them from the shadows, spinning around and giving the sword a good yank. To no avail. And though none could make out a face on this shadow, it could speak Seeming to raise its voice at nothing but the demon.

"Enough."
A sudden explosion of darkness surrounds this pair as shadows are dispelled from the warrior's own ebony blade, revealing a much cleaner, crisper, pure white blade underneath. Embroidered with similar gold and accented with an opposing blue to Usumi's red. Cut into the side of the blade is a similarly engraved name, mirroring its brother blade.



In a very quick motion, before the demon prince could even process what had been done, this blade would be rendered straight into the girl's chest. Impaling her nearly to the end of the handle. The shock forces a gasp of realization from the demon's lips. The once tense motions of struggle quickly dissipate as she looked up at the much more imposing warrior now controlling the situation. The strike seemed to do something deeply profound to the demon as the blade in her own grasp shattered. Broken into many dark shards that would dissipate in the whipping winds surrounding them.

Because what they wielded was never the original.

"Return to me."
Fear. For the first time, Usumi felt it. But with no way out there was little sense in the struggle. Usumi's arms fell to the sides as her body started to grow slack. held only by the blade. Usumi gave one last cough of blood before parting with her flame. Perhaps the only time she'd think to apologize to anyone. Who better to apologize to than the poor girl that had to shoulder this?

"... Sorry, kid. Looks like you won't get your life back anytime soon. As for everyone else? Eat shit..."
The same burning gray flames that tore the portal open grew along the ivory blade and into Usumi, igniting him with all the pains of the darkest pits of hell. There were screams, but all too soon her form would fade into shadow and reveal nothing but that Ebony sword once again. The now free shadowy hand would grasp this blade to now grip both swords in their hands. Movements slowed to a crawl as shadow poured off their form. What people were left with was a vague shape of a tall warrior, one's whose power came out in a single wave. Unlike those whose power would rise to meet this absurd strength, it would hit all involved like a truck. As if Usumi's 'death' was a weight lifted off their form.

And the storm rages on behind them.
