Variants: Bleed
Medium Offensive || Shadow Puppetry || TECH SLOT #40,000-PL

Power: 60%
KP Cost: 4
Variants: Homing, Exhausting

Variants: Piercing
Medium Offensive || Duskblade Masenko || TECH SLOT #110,000-PL

Power: 60%
KP Cost: 4
Variants: Inspiring
Medium Offensive || Eclipse Casting: Dusk Dart || TECH SLOT #120,000-PL
Combining the slippery nature of a shadow with the intensity of Ki, Erebos can slip his attack onto another warrior’s strike, enhancing its power and providing a cutting edge to the technique!
Power: 50%
KP Cost: 4 KP
Variants: Bleed, Merge
Heavy Offensive || Shade Ball || TECH SLOT #Free-3
Pulling his shadow from the floor, he wraps his arm in its essence as he hunches low. Balling his hand into a fist, he lurches forward, launching a goopy orb of shadow energy at his foe! Should it hit, the lingering effects of his shadow will stick to their own, hindering their movements for a time.
Power: 90%
KP Cost: 5 KP
Variants: Exhausting
Heavy Offensive || Death's Door || TECH SLOT #Dojo-Coupon-2
Rather than employ his sword for an elegant strike, Erebos opts for a vicious attack with his fists. Usually this is aimed somewhere dirty, but it can also be just as easily aimed for the face.
Power: 120%
KP Cost: 6
Variants: N/A
Heavy Offensive || Determined Slice || TECH SLOT #20,000-PL
A vicious and more focused attack than its lazy counterpart. Erebos grips his blade tight and swings at his foe, usually with an overhead strike. If he is without his blade, the attack usually comes in the form of some sort of uncoordinated but brutal punch.
Power: 100%
KP Cost: 5
Variants: N/A
Heavy SPARKING Offensive || Bloodletting || TECH SLOT #SPARKING-1
Coating his blade in shadow energy, Erebos leaps forth to deliver a single, sinister strike. The vicious intent would be enough to do in most foes; the mighty gash left behind by his strike does in the rest.
Power: 120%
KP Cost: 5 KP
Variants: Bleed+
Medium SPARKING Offensive || Dark Dance: Black Blade || TECH SLOT #SPARKING-2
An enhanced version of Erebos’ spell Dark Dance. Dodging an attack, Erebos briefly transforms himself into a being of pure shadow, lacing his blade with the void to cut through an enemy and leave their wound near-impossible to close.
Power: 70% Attack, 60% Evasive
KP Cost: 4
Variants: Bleed+, Counter
Support Technique || Shadowsteeping || TECH SLOT #50,000-PL
A spell learned coming into contact with Phakk’s corruptive qualities. Seeing the effects of her form allowed him to concoct this technique. For a short time, Erebos detaches his shadow, and places it directly inside his body. This covers his spirit with Shadow Energy, enhancing all of his attacks! However, this also takes a toll; stamina slowly drains from him as this is used, and the immense power also disconnects him from some of his sneakier techniques.
Power: (Max Power reflavor) Boosts all techniques by 10% Power at the cost of 1 MP per turn. Evasive and Escape techniques cannot be used while active. Blocking for other players cannot occur while active.
Support Technique || Shadow Art: Erasure || TECH SLOT #60,000-PL
A particularly potent spell. Erebos can, in a pinch, sink into the realm of shadows. This pocket dimension is hard to rip open so violently, and as such it takes time to do properly. Once opened, however, it is nearly impossible to stop him from escaping.
This escape technique has 60% power and costs 2 KP to perform.
Utility Technique || Shadow Magic || TECH SLOT #Utility-1
Erebos was born with the uncanny ability to manipulate shadow and its essence. He can move them about, sink into them and move through them. With enough effort, he can move the object that the shadow is attached to, including living beings! (With their OOC consent, of course).
He can also pull shadows off the object they're inhabiting to move about as if they're a living being of their own. This includes his own shadow, which can fight alongside him (This is how his Mimicry works!)
Utility Technique || Kili Sense || TECH SLOT #Utility-2
Erebos has the ability to detect the life force of other beings, as well as quantify its strength. Unlike most humanoids of the universe, he refers to this strength as Kili, as, in the Demon Realm, this is their measuring system.
Utility Technique || Shadow Weaving || TECH SLOT #Ki Training For Dummies-1
Erebos can use his command over Shadows to create objects from the darkness. These items are easier to create when they resemble the shape of the shadow he's pulling from (a car tire is easier to turn into a shield than a lamp post, for instance). Without proper focus, the items created by this technique sport a colorless, silhouette-like look to them. The exception to this is his own sword, Stickler. He's created it so many times that he can craft it with muscle memory alone.
Utility Technique || Telepathy || TECH SLOT #Ki Training For Dummies-2
Erebos can talk to people in their brains. He doesn't know how or why; he was just born with it, okay?
Utility Technique || Telekinesis || TECH SLOT #Ki Training For Dummies-3
Erebos can move things with his mind. Do you really want him to explain it to you? Because, uh, he doesn't know how that works.
Utility Technique || Shadow Art: Dark Dance || TECH SLOT #Ki Training For Dummies-4
A simple spell with potent effects. During combat, Erebos can phase through shadows with relative ease, evading attacks with extreme dexterity. Non-KP attacks can be avoided as usual with this, and KP attacks that deal 20% or less of his PL in damage can also be evaded this way, however the strain of moving so fast while casting the spell will deal identical mechanical damage as what the attack would've done.
Utility Technique || Shadow Art: Verses of The Void || TECH SLOT #Ki Training For Dummies-5
Erebos has learned of another deep magical source; Void Energy. This is an ancient piece of the world, made of the absence of thing. Erebos can manipulate this lack of thing, though in an amateurish way for now. It usually comes in the form of enhancing his attacks to have a more violent edge, or allowing him to teleport between places easier.
Utility Technique || Shadow Art: Steady Shade || TECH SLOT #Ki Training For Dummies-6
Erebos has become more comfortable with his shadow magic, and has mastered the art of teleportation. This technique allows him to flavor ANY interplanetary travel as using his Dark Departure racial trait, provided he has a ship to use and is the one "driving" it mechanically.
Utility Technique || Shadow Art: Stand In Darkness || TECH SLOT #Ki Training For Dummies-7
Becoming more in-tune with his Shadowsteeping ability, Erebos has learned how to imbue more of his energy into his shadow creations. When active, this allows his shadows to deal damage (both non-KP and mechanically) as if he himself were the one engaged in combat, but when this technique is active it means any damage his shadow creations take will reflect back on him.
Utility Technique || Ki Control || TECH SLOT #Ki Training For Dummies-8
After some spiritual training Erebos has finally learned how to control the flow of his Ki properly. This allows him to set his energy readout to any amount he desires, so long as he can actually wield that power.
Utility Technique || Flight || TECH SLOT #Ki Training For Dummies-9
Through usage of his Ki, Erebos can take flight. Even so, he prefers to use his Nimbus cloud.
Utility Technique || Spirit Art: Eclipse Casting || TECH SLOT #Ki Training For Dummies-10
After rigorous spiritual training, Erebos has learned how to use his light magic alongside his shadow magic without either dampening the other. This allows him to learn new spells that make use of both magic schools

>>@nasu
A rather odd companion, all things considered. Nasu and Erebos met when the former was assaulting a Namekian shrine whilst possessed by a Demon. Having helped Nasu clear himself of the corruption, the two formed a rather strong bond. They don't see eye to eye on much, and in truth their conversations are sometimes a little dry, but Erebos can't help but like the guy. |
>>Fend
A mysterious nomad Erebos met in the Korin Forest. Though her outer shell is definitely tough, Erebos became attached to her immediately. Something about running into someone that was his total opposite set his heart ablaze... Not romantically, though. Just like, she's light and he's dark. It's a cool yin-yang thing! Anyways, whether they're friends or enemies, he's not really sure, but one day they'll figure it out. |
>> Ramen
A woman of mystique and oddity. Ramen is Erebos' tutor in the martial arts. Or at least, that's what Erebos tells people. In truth, he forced his way into the role after she attacked his home. For now, if nothing else, she seems willing to help. Maybe one day that'll change. |
>>@xaela
Kamae is a fellow Demon. Wildly powerful and just as... Unique. Erebos detests him, and yet he is the only one in hundreds of years to actually beat Erebos in a real fight. A serious blow to his ego that the boy will never truly forget. |
