Destati (AT - CONQUEST)

Nero used telekinesis to catch the bottle Zhalla had offered. “Tried is the keyword, failed is also yet another keyword.” He explained, quite proud of the fact considering he was the one that rid Zhalla of such an affliction. Regarding Dosu, Nero didn’t seem worried. “He’ll be fine, I think. It’s less that you hit him with it and more that he uh, headbutted the rock himself? He’s a bit wild, that guy.” Apparently something Nero wasn’t a stranger to, he knew a fair amount of wild and eccentric people. Nero just hoped that Dosu would accept help from a local healer or at least a proper head bandage and not be difficult about it.

Nodding to Mollusc, Nero smiled. “Yeah, that’s me.” He confirmed, taking a quick look at the unconscious Namekian, mostly to make sure that what he had offered could be of help. “A complex situation. I get it. Possession is no joke, and I take fighting back against it seriously. Whoever he actually is, he should be able to make his own decisions— whatever they are— and take on whatever consequences come as a result.”

Marimba spoke up shortly afterward, it was clear what the Namekian thought about that other guy; and if they were causing trouble for innocent people then Marimba had a point, less so if the stranger was acting in self defense, but Nero had no way to confirm either outcome really. “Sounds like a mess. Though it doesn’t explain some other things. Why did they show up and shoot at the nutcase that tried to steal the shrine? They seemed somewhat concerned about him too.” Nero nodded to the unconscious Namekian in Mollusc’s care. “Destron isn’t a good sign either.” Nero grumbled. “I’d much prefer that the drama of Plant doesn’t start anything here.”

Nero figured that more people could attain such strength, considering that four people did so here. Another two wouldn’t be so far fetched. “Well, I do have some other capable friends in mind that would at least be interested to train with us to help that way.” Nero really needed to catch up with Nasu sometime soon, and Dion too— even though Nero was justifiably pissed off with him, he was still a good guy that cared about other people. “Heh, well, it won’t be as ghastly as it is for too long— I do think the rest of the Scar needs the attention that the Outer Plait was given—, but we may as well make use of it as it is before then eh?” Nero said, hinting at expanding the boon he gave the Outer Plait as Marimba witnessed directly a while ago.

Happy to hear that Marimba and Mollusc were interested at the very least, Nero gave Mollusc a nod— Gandigan joining in would have to wait, and it depended on his recovery. “Right, please make sure he gets there safely.”

Dosu called out to Nero, and he simply smiled back at the Heran before responding. “Haha! I did what I promised I’d do! She’s fine now, and Gandigan seems to be too, the other two handled it. You’ve got nothing to worry about!”

Marimba spoke up again, and Nero happily listened, but he was confused. Nero knew how this form came to him, and it was not something that could be truly explained with enough words to give it justice. “How’d I get it? Why do I have it? I haven’t given it much thought, to be honest with you! I don’t... Need to think about it. It just feels right. Like I’m more of myself than I’ve ever been. It’s kind of exciting!” If the feeling of his ki being so clearly bound to positive emotions wasn’t an obvious explanation for his newfound strength, there was the matter of the symbol on Nero’s chest— and Marimba pointing out the connection of said symbol to Guru. Surely Marimba wasn’t joking or having a laugh, he didn’t seem the type to do that. So, Nero offered the most direct answer on that front, knowing what the symbol meant himself as well. “I’ve been hearing it for a while now, I think. Namek itself called out to me, and I finally answered. Heh, two different kinds of ascensions at the same time from one guy, what’re the odds.” He mused.

Zhalla looked as though her eyes could've started spinning in a whirl from all the talk on Nero being chosen to inherit some legacy, that it was fate and the ancestors of before had found their successor-- And something about a dragon again. Nero would point out to her that where they were right now was Porunga's Shrine and would motion towards the main state that had still glowing golden eyes much like Nero's were now too. So Porunga was the dragon but what did it have to do with Nero? She knew there was a forest named after Guru too but still... Well, Nero said he'd explain it all later and not to worry about it for now. The golden haired Saiyan would place her fists to her waist and give him the kinda look that reminded him it sure as hell was gonna be something she worried about until he explained it, she wanted to know! But at least he understood her other signal too.

Before the either of them could think to go anywhere though the Heran had taken quite a nasty hit from the Majin that'd tried to control her earlier. It had sent him flying and he came to a halt on the ground by the pair but he was quick to get back to his feet and get right back into the battle the two had been at for some time now, despite his now mangled arm. Zhalla would wince at the sight of the damage he'd taken but hopefully it was something that healed back properly in good time... At least he still had the arm, right?

This would be where Nero stood in though. For Zhalla this fight felt almost like one for pride for the Heran and that wasn't something she wanted to get in the way of but at the same time she also wouldn't want to see him get hurt further, especially with his arm the way it was now and for that reason she wouldn't stop Nero from his next moves. It felt kind of like part of his duty even to help keep good people on this planet safe too and that wasn't something she was going to get in the way of either.

The Shrine was now safe and she was sure the Heran and Nero wouldn't need any of her help any further from here on out, Nero would be able to point the poor lad in the right direction for getting that nasty arm injury healed up much better then she could too. When he was no longer too occupied, Zhalla would toss the little bottle of magic water she'd gotten off her belt before to Nero, she was sure he would find a better use for it then she would as well. "I'll go on up ahead and meet back up with you when you're ready, Nero. I think you can handle things from here"

From her seat up atop Nocti she'd turn and start to float off towards the direction of home-- Thinking real hard about how she would like Nero to also give her apologies to the poor Heran for her having smashed a boulder over his head earlier, she was still working out how to properly do the whole telepathy thing... Maybe he'd pick up on it, oh well! If not she'd tell the Heran herself whenever she saw him next. For now she was homebound on Nero's cloud and tryna work out how to turn this silly golden hair thing off!
