Personality
Background
Though at one point in his life Fukushu attempted to reform, he ultimately failed in that task. He's a ruthless killer who wants to expand his own personally conquests to the stars, and is willing to sacrifice anyone and everything to get there. Though he may be generous to his followers there are no illusions of intimacy; they're only tools in his eyes, and only useful for as long as they can fight.
Background
Fukushu was born and raised on the streets of Hera; like most he was exposed to a life of crime quite early. By his early teenage years he had already rounded up a few other outcasts and formed his own gang. Typically they'd prey on the old and infirm who were foolish enough to go out by themselves; robbing them blind then purchasing weapons and armor to defend their turf. At this rate Fukushu could expect to end up a fairly successful crime lord like so many others of his kind, though it wasn't to be. Fukushu was on his own this night, and picked out what he though would be an easy target.
He pounced, and expected to take the man down easily. As it turns out the old man had the upper hand and easily countered Fukushu's attack, breaking his arm in the process. As he writhed in pain on the pavement the old man took expressed shame in the boys action, as in him he saw the same cycle continuing. Hera at this point had no semblance of a functioning planet; crime ruled every sector. The old man revealed his name to be Haji, who once was apart of a coalition of Herans who wanted to set up a proper, working government. He had served on combat under many different species on many different planets, and was to lead the military.
Things didn't go well for their coup, as the various crime lords took them down one by one expect for Haji, who fled. Fukushu had no interest in the rest of the old man's story, and given the opportunity fled back to his hideout. When his underlings saw him come back with no loot and a broken arm they turned on him, with his second in command taking over. Forced out of the only home he knew he tracked Haji down and begged him for guidance. For the next few years Haji trained Fukushu as best he could, and in the young Heran a passion grew in tandem with a hatred of those he once bonded with.
Fukushu began to see the same potential in his people as Haji saw in himself, only being held back by those few who perpetuated the cycle of crime onto the youth; as far as he was concerned the only thing holding back his people from being a race like the Saiyans was the lack of a strong leader who could stamp out the crime. With the passing of his mentor Fukushu would bury the body, pay his respects and then get to work. He was bequeathed a small amount of Zeni; enough to purchase a ship and a few grunts. They were nothing more than mercenaries, but they'd have to do for now.
With these in hand Fukushu would travel around Hera and do his best to clean up crime, but as he found out it would be much more difficult than he believed. At this point he was only a small blimp on the map, but even that was enough to attract unwanted attention. One night as rested away from his ship he returned to see it in flames, with his crew members skewered along it's mast. The perpetrators were waiting for him, with Fukushu barely making it to an escape pod he'd hidden early. He'd travel to Earth, where his desires to return and taken over left to build up inside him.

Fukushu draws his arm to his front, and from it creates a thin beam of ki which covers across his hand. With this weapon he is able to strike as though he has a dagger, with his favorite attack being a strike at his opponents chest. The ki is able to go through the enemy's skin and strike at their lungs and heart, weakening them in the long run.

Fukushu takes in several depth breaths, and with each one ki is gathered from within and around him. The ki forms as a sphere inside of his mouth, and once fully powered he fires in the form of an energy wave from his mouth. Like the rest of his energy attacks, the wave is a light blue color. The energy wave thins as it flies towards the opponent, with the intent being to penetrate the opposition's interior.

Bringing both arms down to his side, Fukushu charges both hands with electricity. Once fully powered, he thrusts his arms forwards, palms facing towards his opponent. The electric bolts flow through his arms and pour the stored electricity through his opponents body, draining them of their strength.

Fukushu gathers ki in each hand. Over just a few seconds this gathering swells up into light blue spheres which grow to be the size of Fukushu's head when fully powered up. At that point he throws his energy balls at his foe. Once thrown the spheres will lock onto the enemies ki signature, tracking them down despite whatever efforts they may make to avoid this attack.

Fukushu takes a wide stance and brings each hand in front of his chest, locking his fingers together. He channels Ki through his body which forms into a blue sphere in between the palms of his hands. When the energy is fully charged it can be fired at this foe; flying through the air in the shape of a dragon, with wide wings and a thin tail streak. A piercing screech erupts from the beast as it penetrates through the foe's body and tears through their organs.

Relationships
Cunning Cutthroat: Once per thread, select a single non-Super item from an opponent's inventory. That opponent may not use or trade away that item for the duration of the thread, or until you are knocked out/defeated. You must be within 60% of the target's PL to use this.
Durability: Once per thread, after all other damage reductions, reduce an incoming attack's power by an additional 40%.
Thirst for Battle: You start with the Max Power technique for free during character creation. In addition, Max Power no longer drains momentum per turn, but you can not gain momentum either.
Vampiric: Once per thread, you may designate a Standard Attack as ‘Vampiric.’ If this attack deals any damage, you may recover 1 KP from its use. If it was free or you recover the KP in another manner, this has no effect.
Tenacious: Once per thread, a Non-Heavy Standard technique you use during combat costs -1 KP. This cannot make it cost 0 KP. It cannot have its power boosted in any way.

Through his experience in the military and on the streets, Fukushu was given the training and experience required to defend himself in case of an emergency when he was disarmed. As such, he is able to use a variety of strikes with either his fists, feet, elbows or knees to attack an opponent. These strikes tend to be fairly basic and not a lot of damage, though they're designed to be more energy efficient, allowing the user more options.

Through his own endeavors, Fukushu was able to achieve a greater offensive understand of unarmed combat, spending many hours drilling more advanced attacking techniques with his crewmembers. Though at the cost of greater exertion Fukushu is able to dish out much greater punishment with this techniques.

With a much greater time investment, as well as through seeking out others from whom he could learn from, Fukushu has been able to fully master his own physical potential when it comes to unarmed, non-Ki based attacks. Combining his knowledge of strikes with a variety of grappling maneuvers has lead to a well rounded skillset that has him prepared for any threat.

Which each arm down to his side and facing forward, Fukushu gathers his Ki. This energy flows across his entire body, enveloping him in a thin shield. Once the attack is ready to be fired Fukushu brings his arms forward and fires both beams simultaneously, with whatever energy is left remaining glued to his skin as a shield.

Standard Light Defensive || Light Guard
Nothing fancy about this defensive technique. When an incoming attack is about to land, be it from strikes or from an energy based attack, Fukushu will raise his arms and brace for impact. Not always the most effective, but it does well to conserve energy.

Not one to rely on energy based techniques usually, there are times when the occasion will call for it. In this case Fukushu envelopes himself in a sphere of Ki to defend against an incoming attack.

You may activate Max Power at the very start of your post, increasing the power of all of your techniques by +10% while active. This will drain Momentum at a cost of -1 MP per post and prevents you from gaining MP naturally, using evasive or escape techs, blocking escapes, and intercepting attacks meant for others. You can only turn it off at the end of a post, at the end your second post after activation at the earliest. You will still consume MP and not regain any MP on the post you turned it off on. If you run out of MP, you lose Max Power's effects at the end of your post and cannot gain any MP on your next turn.

You release a blinding flash of light, replicating the sun's rays. This allows you to attempt to escape any thread or travel between splits in an Action Thread more safely. This technique valued at 60% of your total power and requires 2 KP to use. In order to stop you, a player must use an attack that is superior in power to your Solar Flare. You cannot undo your escape via Solar Flare if you are successful, but you can use KP to defend if it is overcome

In addition to this the device is better at range; the closer one gets to Fuksuhu, the more they will be able to see through the scrambling.
