Every time he awoke during his flight he second guessed his decision to go to Namek. What did he even know about Namek? Less than he had known about Earth when travelling there. One thing that he had been told was that they were a people of peace and pacifism; how would they react to a Heran showing up? Maybe he was lucky; maybe they didn't get much in the way of traffic on Namek and they wouldn't have heard the rumors of his people. If that were the case they he should have some peace for a change.
He still remembered what Kamae had told him. Go to Nero, tell him you wish to train under him...become his disciple so that I might one day gouge out your heart and present it to him while it still beats fresh. He didn't even know who this Nero was, or why Kamae had told him about him. He was some kind of Namekian mage who held great power, which could make for a useful ally, but he wasn't going to push himself into a corner like that.
Namek must have held more fighters than just the one. It was a large planet, and he could feel several above average power levels. There wasn't any foul power like Kamae that he could sense anywhere, which would be a nice change of pace; sometimes Earth was a little bit too much for for him to handle, so maybe what he needed wasn't more fighting. He wasn't exactly sure what the future would hold for him, but maybe he'd find a new direction here.
His ship didn't immediately pick up a major space port to dock at which gave credence to his theory that they were somewhat cut off from the rest of the galaxy. He circled around for a bit before coming across the first major landmark he saw. A giant snake creature made of stone; the largest statue he'd ever seen was situated right in the middle of a group of islands. He assumed that it must have been some sort of God to the natives, and hoped that he was breaking any rules by landing on their island which homed it.
When he got out of his ship he attempted to sense out a major city, but something must have been off. His abilities weren't able to pick up much more than settlements which couldn't have housed more than a few hundred unique energy sources. Perhaps he was too out of range? He couldn't say for sure without more experience on the planet. He took to the air and began his search for any of the planets notable citizens, hoping they'd be friendlier than some of his experiences on Earth.
