[PTab=Relations]
- Appolyous
There was something odd about this demon, at first I was still on my guard, and admittedly...maybe I still am. I can't help but look in awe at some of his magic however, demonic magic is clearly strong in his blood. I may only hold partial demonic heritage in comparison, not even enough to create a proper portal, but I wonder if there is some way I could convince him to show or even perhaps teach me some more? It seems like I still have a lot to learn.
- Azuki
Well, I barely got to know here, and she kind of bailed on me during a rather stressful and tense situation. Friends? Well...let's not push it. We'll see the next time we meet.
- Blizzard
He's that strange Arcosian you often hear horror stories about. Not that you can help it much with the weird robotics he's covered in. I'm still not sure what his intentions fully are, but the way he's behaved from what I've seen is rather strange. I can't tell whether its the fox in me or my demon blood that makes me more suspicious of them.
- Dumpla (NPC)
She has introduced me to the miracle that is ice cream, I find myself now forever in her debt and thus will do whatever I can to keep her, and her friends safe. No exceptions. I would be a fool of a Tenko to go back on that promise.
- Frozen
A lost guy on a planet he wasn't familliar with. Why does that sound oddly familiar? I'm hoping that he's calmed down since the last time. Once everything had settled down, he seemed like a pretty chill guy. Just wish he would stop calling me a child! I'm not that short!
- Jackie
I don't know too much about her yet, but from what I've seen so far, she seem pretty confident, strong even. I have to give her some respect for that. She's especially got a strong will, just wish I could push myself to make something useful of myself like she's done.
- Kane
I've only met him the one time, but overall he seemed like someone who knew how to take a bit of a relief when thing got hectic. Originally I had planned to try and trick him for some of his fish, but he ended up honestly nicer than I expected. I wonder what caused him to become an android though? From what I knew about demons, I wouldn't think they would have sacrificed so much away for their power? It would be rude to ask, so I suppose I hope I can just run into him again soon.
- Katsu (NPC)
She really made me feel welcome to this place, while I don't know her the best yet, I look forward to more chats we can all have again once the Karaoke bar is repaired!
- Mint
He's that lord within the Arcosian Empire right? Honestly, I can truthfully say I respect him. When I had quizzed him over his empire, it was clear how much he placed his heart into his group. With his concern for any complaint as well, I would love to chat again with him in the future.
- Tiara
A solid friend that has more than proven themselves as someone I can trust. I'm glad that I was able to meet them and hope I won't scare them away. I just don't want to risk hurting them, not until I can get some more control over the...more dangerous part of me.
- Yakone
Clumsy, cowardly, and worst of all, a fake hero. I met him getting some ice cream, I tried to play nice, but it honestly felt like he was being more a hero for show than concern of his environment. At this rate I'm not confident he'll be some grand superhero. Who knows though, maybe he'll take some of the words I said to him to heart. I can at least hope for that. There's nothing more that I hate, than heroes who lie to me...and themselves.

[PTab=Personality]
Rinako is a multifaceted character, and selecting a single descriptor seems like an intricate task. Yet, if we distill her essence to its core, "interesting" barely scratches the surface.
Her complexity doesn't stem solely from the conventional pride writers take in crafting characters, but rather from the rich tapestry of experiences I've meticulously woven into her narrative. Picture the tapestry: the ebullient highs, the melancholic lows, the effervescent joys, and the gnawing anxieties that accompany the journey of a fresh soul navigating the vast expanse of the galaxy she now calls home. It's not just about our authorial pride; it's about immersing her in a cosmos teeming with wonders, unveiling hidden facets of herself through tricks, illusions, and the profound histories she stumbles upon, eagerly absorbing the lore of diverse species and worlds.
Yet, beneath her seemingly blissful naivety lies a vulnerability, a willingness to trust too quickly, which invariably exposes her to betrayal from those she encounters. And then, as if the cosmic drama weren't enough, a power struggle unfolds within her, a clash between the exuberant soul and the insidious Fox Devil, a spirit from a bygone era, marked by blood-bound curses and characterized by a malevolence that transcends the mundane.
Rinako's journey is a poignant exploration of fear, bravery, and relatable human experiences, a departure for me as a writer in crafting a character with such nuanced depth.
Currently, she grapples with triggers that unwittingly propel her towards the clutches of the Fox Devil within. The mere sight of spilled blood, bouts of anxiety, self-doubt, the aggressive dance of combat, and the pulsating rushes of adrenaline—all serve as involuntary catalysts, pushing her further into the clutches of her darker half.
What is the cost of such a descent into the shadows? It's an open question, a foreboding uncertainty. We can only hope that Rinako's story doesn't morph into a nightmare, and that she clings to the threads of resilience, refusing to surrender to the encroaching darkness. The narrative hangs in the balance, poised on the delicate precipice between a compelling tale and the abyss of despair. Let us hope that, in the face of adversity, she finds the strength to persist, and the nightmare remains just a distant possibility.

[PTab=The Other Half...]
Curse?
No.
That doesn’t come close to describing this creature that lives within this individual of the Yumeko bloodline.
This creature, taking form from the various myths and legends surrounding the creature is no more than a fox devil. A demon some may misguidedly call it. In one aspect it does exist as a separate entity, while in another it doesn’t. The creature manages to take form upon it’s lock being broken, such a trigger usually being performed by extreme duress or even willingly under her deceitful words.
This creature as of now seems to have no known name, simply being called by others as a Fox, or a tailed demon. Now having been freed by an Arcosian’s pressuring, there is no closing the lock that once held her back. The gift of her blood now free to spread, to grow.
The creature’s form is that of a large fox like monstrosity, baring six limbs and their almost magical manipulation of their tail. It’s form as of currently only appears to be semi permeable, almost incomplete. The miasma that seems to leak off it has been observed to be directly correlated with their current strength, it is perhaps that with the current host of the creature being so weak in comparison to their original form that it simply hasn’t been able to fully manifest its power yet.
The only thing we know of this creature, is from her words alone. An ailing sorceress long ago sought a means to cheat death. As far as rumors go, the attempt appeared to be unsuccessful. Why now however? Why does She appear only now?
I’ll have to take notes more for the future.
Signed,
Lady Rinako of the Yumeko clan.
