"X: Locks Beyond Blood" "We can't escape the locks of fate" Truthfully? She was amazed by this world. No where else had she really gotten to see such beauty to rival her home and yet, despite coming here… She hadn’t even felt remotely homesick. Was that strange? It was weird to describe, but even with the constant chaos that seemed to be frequently popping up with the world here. This place was slowly becoming more and more like a second home to her. She just wasn’t sure if it was really right for her yet. As much as she was able to fit in with some of those here, the thoughts of Her, still pressured her away from declaring it so. One bad time was all it would take after all; one wrong loss of control and she could lose it all. In her heart, she didn’t want to blame Frozen for it. In a way, thanks to him she was able to understand more on what was going on with her. She had even found herself showing stronger instances of Her powers and yet. He had done so by trying to kill her. He had forced Her to become This. Was using these powers just Her way of giving Her more influence in the matter? Her voice was becoming ever louder with each passing day, if the chain on her leg was any indication after all, no matter her own choice in the matter. This lock was going to keep the two bounded together it seemed. She couldn’t even tell anymore if her anger towards Frozen was her own anymore at this point. Rinako wasn’t too far away from Central City at this point, having stopped at a nearby creek to rest up a bit. In all honest, she knew she could probably make it to the city by now, but there was just something…oddly appealing about the night sky out here. Part of it to remind of home perhaps. Though as she watched that beautiful crescent moon in the sky, it left a light smile on her face. The girl would have brought her attention back down eventually, tending to the fire she had set up moments prior. The smell of cooked fish still remained in the air from her cooking, despite it all being gone by now. Pulling out her knife, she would try to finish the little carving she was working on. Just a small wooden statuette, an idol of sorts. Rinako could be easily seen smiling as she worked on it, only to get lightly spooked as a log fell within the fire. The knife in her hand would have slipped and cut her palm. With a swift curse she would drop the now red spotted idol into the flames, materializing a cloth to cover the wound. “Kami damn it, that stings.” WC: 466 Active PL: 19,500 HP: ▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰ 250% KP: X/6 MP: X/6 OOC Notes/Items Used: Anti-Sense: Active |
