This was the second time Ticoga would find himself standing upon Namek's rich soil. Time was drawing closer towards dealing with the Super Saiyan threat. So far, the Super Saiyans that have arisen have been different than the Destroyer; a fact that was not absent in Ticoga's mind. If this was the case, if there was truly only the one anomaly, and if his discussion with Zuqetta bore any fruit, then Plant was not an issue that Ticoga needed concern himself with.
That left only two concerns. One of which Ticoga knew he would soon have the backing to put down, and the other? Well, that was a matter that would need resolution outside his realm of control. Both were subjects that Ticoga felt were necessary for discussion - and while he doubted that Nero's power would be necessary to quell Lottus, Gandigan had insisted that Ticoga not take chances on the matter. That much, he agreed on.
However, unlike the last time Ticoga had met with Nero, he brought along a guest - the Majin, Jinx, whom he had called upon. As the leader of a world, brand new to the job though she was, Jinx had information on Lottus. More than Ticoga does currently, at least, as the Saiyan had apparently been present on Konats at Jinx's rise to authority. But Ticoga had chosen not to be unprepared, and so had given Jinx a copy of his discussion with Gandigan in Hell, recorded by his Scouter. Several copies had been made, and one had been given to other people of note. Ticoga was going to give another copy to Nero, so that the situation could be as transparent as possible.
Evidence was far more useful than making things up, in his experience. But, all things in their due time.
Ticoga had ensured to send word ahead this time, so that Nero would also be prepared for the coming discussion - he'd given only small details, enough so that Nero would at least know what the discussion would center around. Everyone in this conversation would know what both Gandigan AND Ticoga had said, so there was no room for Ticoga to attempt anything like manipulation. He didn't need new worlds - he needed only to protect what the Empire already has. Thirty trillion lives depended on his leadership, and he wasn't going to allow them to suffer from any egotistical acts; his, nor anyone else's.
Ticoga arrives at the given location, a peaceful brook running through the eastern section of the capitol city. Ticoga takes a breath, and silently awaits the arrival of Jinx and Nero.
