Description: Besides actively being able to regenerate parts of his body mechanically, Kyten’s regeneration is active on some level at all times. Minor cuts and bruises can be safely ignored, and will heal in minutes. In practical terms, Kyten can heal non-KP attacks and minor injuries without any effort, though this has no mechanical impact. This low-level of regeneration tends to deactivate in the face of meaningful injury, as the energy goes to healing more pressing injuries instead. While this technically allows him to recover from most injuries quicker than normal as well, this has no effect on the wound system. This is passive, and does not use KP.
Items Used: Ki For Dummies Guidebook #1 Technique Type: Utility Technique Name: Synthesized Paralytic
Description: Kyten’s body has the ability to produce a paralytic agent that numbs the body on injection. This can only be injected through the darts in the palms of his hands at present. This can easily incapacitate those much weaker than himself in low dosages, but generally requires both far greater dosage to function on those at a similar power level. A meaningful dose tends to cause muscles to relax, the body to numb and those injected to feel lightheaded, with these effects generally being more pronounced the more that Kyten can inject. Out of combat, this can be used to ensure someone stays down for a while without killing them or further injuring them. The effectiveness of any given dose is dependant on the other player’s consent, as is being injected at all. This is passive, and does not use KP.

Description: Through means she doesn't quite fully understand yet, Kim has discovered a method of displacing herself physically in a short-range, nearby area without moving her body. This limited form of teleportation is instant, leaving a thin afterimage of her shape where she once was, while allowing her to reappear somewhere within her eyesight. This tech is passive, but is extremely limited for combat capacity, as she needs focus to do this and fights can disrupt her from teleporting correctly.

Technique Type: Utility Technique Name: Butla Unga Crafca Daio (Somnolent Nightmares To The Diabolic)
Description: An inherent aspect of Treses' Ki is it's consuming nature. His primordial connection to the holy Ajisa. As he expels his spiritual pressure, he has learned to harness this Ki to express his feelings and intensify any and all encounters. Whenever he actively flairs his Ki and aura an uncomfortable, pre-historic pressure is able to be felt by everyone near him. This feeling meant to activate the part of the brain that remembers to fear something far larger, far older, and far more terrifying than themselves. The effect is passive, and does not harm anyone, but rather invokes his primordial and immemorial nature. Like a creature out of time, from before anyone can begin to remember. This technique is passive and always active, and does not use KP.

Heya,
As it currently is, this technique is a bit too wordy, and its largely unclear as to what its supposed to actually be doing; its best to have something clearer and more concise.
First things first, what dragons are you meaning? Keep in mind that any connection to Shenron, Porunga or other similar entities is reserved for those who hold the role they are attached to (Kami and Guru). Also, any ability that is inherently destructive, like an aura that drains life or causes some level of damage, must be something that can be counteracted or defended against. Lastly, whether or not anyone reacts to this aura is up to any given player to decide, so this would need OOC permission to work.
Please review this technique with these things in mind, and let me know when you've done so!

For reference regarding it, since it says it in the technique that it's a ki pressure technique akin to the lines of Broly/Cooler/Cumber/Jiren/Goku where people can feel the emotional and ki strength of the person as an imposing feeling rather than just a number. I had the flavor text explaining it was part of his ki I've described in his other techs which is flavored as killing plant life and being necrotic in nature, none of it effects players and isn't mechanical (unless mentioned specifically in an offensive or supportive technique which I do not have yet). Just to be on the safe side, I went ahead and removed all of the flavor text for it. I can describe in further detail that it's a ki pressure tech, but I felt that "Whenever he actively flairs his Ki and aura an uncomfortable, pre-historic pressure is able to be felt by everyone near him" was evident enough of what the tech actually did. If you want, I can add a couple more sentences describing what ki pressure is/how it's intended to feel to those who go along with it during a thread, but feel like that would make it long enough since I tried to keep the word count of it shorter than some of the other super long techs approved above mine.
I also swapped Dragons with Ajisa since it fits the same method I was trying to go for (religion(s)/sacred things of Namek). As for OOC permission, I didn't edit anything for that because I felt that "is able to be felt by everyone near him" and "The effect is passive, and does not harm anyone" was indicative of it not causing any effects and being ignorable if someone doesn't want their character to experience it. If you'd like, I can add a specific line saying something along the lines of "this technique requires OOC approval before use in a thread" or smth, but I always figured that was a given for UTs that involve other players. Intent RP and all that.

Heya,
Thanks for working on the technique a bit, its looking better and more concise. Though, I must still ask that you add that this technique requires OOC consent to work on other players for sake of full clarity, and to keep with the precedent the site has set for things like this.
Once you've addressed this, please repost the technique so I can give it another look.

Description: Positioning his feet a little more than shoulder-width apart, Dion digs his heels into the ground for stability as he pools all of his energy into the center of his palms, drawing both hands to his right side. Taking a deep breath, Dion focuses the energy and pulls it back directly to the core of his person. As the energy surges within him, Dion gathers the potent power, manifesting it as a swirling and intensifying radiant sphere of electric blue Ki between his hands, the air trembling around him with anticipation. Shouting the iconic move's name, Dion thrusts his hands forward, arms and palms extending to propel the massive amount of concentrated energy forward. The released energy transformed into a brilliant, luminescent beam, surging forth with incredible speed and power. Upon impact, the Kamehameha engulfs the area in a tremendous explosion, unleashing devastation upon the unlucky recipient and obliterating any and every obstacle in its path.
