From the depths of space, a titanic ship's hull gleams with the reflection of the Earth's sun. Through the terminal screen in a dimly lit command chamber, Lottus gazes upon the Earth. This was the first time he'd ever be stepping foot onto the soil of another planet. His entire life had been only Planet Plant - its wastelands, Destron storms, toxic pools, Saibamen raids, and war. Not that he'd complain about the war part - it had been part of what made him strong.
Lottus stands, gazing at the oversized screen at the planet. The vessel had no viewports to look outside through, relying on intensely protected cameras all over the hull to view the space outside. He had set aside his Shinjin clothes for the time being, returning to his preferred style of Saiyan combat gear. The only addition to this ensemble is a black cloak clipped to the front of his armor, and draped across his form. It had no hood, and could be easily taken off simply by unfastening the clips. Upon his left ear sat a more recent model of Scouter - even though he could sense life energy, he still liked having the device - in part because of its versatility in being more than just a battle power measuring stick.
To Lottus' left stood Rucola, the Saiyan woman who had been assigned to keep an eye on Lottus, to ensure he was keeping to the... bargain he'd made with King Taori.
"Huh. So that's Urth, eh?" Rucola says in her southern hemisphere accent. "That's so weird lookin' - their water is blue. It don't look right."
Lottus doesn't immediately reply. He didn't particularly like having Rucola tag along to watch him, but agreements were made. Plus, points were earned by Taori for bothering to have Lottus' back repaired and not immediately tossing him into a Ki cancelling prison. While he had no intention of playing a tool for anyone, Lottus still made concessions here and there.
"So, what're we here fer, again?" Rucola asks, tilting her head in Lottus' direction.
"Two reasons - first, because I damn well feel like coming here." Lottus remarks, crossing his arms over his chest. "And second, because one of the Super Saiyans that interfered with me on Plant lives here. I want to see what kind of planet it is. Maybe stir up a little fun while I'm here."
Rucola frowns.
"...Is your idea of fun meanin' blowin' up a city?" she asks.
"Or two. Depends on my mood." Lottus replies, smirking. Whether or not he was joking, Rucola couldn't tell. "At any rate, bring us down. Let's take a look at this world."
The massive vessel had landed on a stretch of land that was determined to be an interstellar landing zone. The ship had been mostly autopiloted to the location after receiving codes and directions to follow to it. As Lottus and Rucola begin to walk away from the boarding ramp - an almost hundred foot diagonal moving stairway - several beings in stuffy-looking uniforms approach them.
One of them, a being covered in fur and had the head of a tan dog, approaches the two with some kind of hand held device. Their face, if it were possible, seemed to pale after looking at the reading.
"Pardon, but as visitors from off Earth, we will need you to submit to a few menial demands." the dog man says nervously. "First, one hundred and fifty zeni per day to remain docked here. Second, we will need you to submit to a round of questioning. Third, as your power levels are... uh... above the threshold of one hundred, you must register with the government as per the Accords."
Lottus smirks, and presses a switch on his scouter. With a loud WHOOMPSHHHH, the boarding ramp of the ship raises and seals shut.
"I'll be back in a while. Keep all that nonsense to yourself if you enjoy being alive." Lottus says, smirking at the people. Lottus' eyes snap wide, and a burst of air suddenly crashes into them! They are sent flying, and left unconscious on the ground. He turns to Rucola. "That's about as good behaved as I am going to tolerate. Let's go."
With that, Lottus and Rucola take to the sky, flying fast towards East City, with Rucola rolling her eyes at Lottus' comment. They arrive swiftly, and land upon the roof of a tall building that seemed to have a ball set atop a cylindrical tower. An odd design choice. But the sights were largely familiar - cities all seemed to follow a kind of set of rules in their overall layout.
"Let's go say hi to the locals." Lottus says, leaping off the roof and falling fast to the ground. He lands deftly in the middle of a street - much to the surprise of a motorist! The person brings the vehicle to a screeching halt, stopping just before they hit Lottus!
"Hey!! Nut job!!! Get outta the road!! I could'a killed you!!" the driver protests.
Lottus looks at them and grins. He turns to the vehicle and puts his foot on the hood, and proceeds to bounce the vehicle over and over underfoot, causing the driver to slam into their roof and back down several times in the process. Lottus takes his foot off, and gives the vehicle a good kick, sending it flipping end over end through the air, threatening to crash into one of the nearby buildings!!

Utility Technique || Controlled Malice
Description: Lottus has learned to control his Wrathful State to a large degree. While not as "bulky" as normal, Lottus stands at an imposing 7'5", rather than the full powered bulk that puts him at over 8' in height while active, and his coal black eyes now glint with a blood red coloration. Lottus' contained fury can be felt as if the malice were a physical presence.
Utility Technique || Horrifying Countenance
Description: When Lottus utilizes his Wrathful State, other Transformation, or technique utilizing the word Wrath/Wrathful in the name is active, Lottus' terrifying aura gives the impression of almost twice the power he truly possesses, making him appear far more dangerous and intimidating to behold.
Note: Lottus' PL does NOT actually change - it tricks Ki Sensing users into feeling vastly more power than is actually there. Scouter users are unaffected, as this ability is a sensation, not a true power boost. Additionally, skillful, or much more powerful enemies cannot be tricked by this ability.
Utility Technique || Wrathful Aura
Description: When Wrathful State (transformation), Transformation, or technique utilizing the word Wrath/Wrathful in the name is active, Lottus focuses the corrupting power onto his foe, trying to frenzy them with the same bloodlust that he experiences trying to control or make them go berserk with rage.
Requirements: First and foremost, this ability affects other players' characters negatively - therefore, in order for them to be afflicted with Berserk the player being affected must give express permission that their character can be affected. Secondly, Lottus can only use Wrathful Aura when using a transformation that includes Wrathful in the name. And thirdly, the ONLY way Wrathful Aura can affect a target is through physical contact. Melee attacks made by Lottus, and against Lottus only. Ki Blast techniques (that do not involve physically touching Lottus) are not subject to the Wrathful Aura's effect.
Enemy characters cannot be afflicted with Berserk more that two times per thread. Players determine for themselves how long the effects of Berserk apply to their character(s).
