It was rather nice hashing out deals with other customers alongside one of his fellow Dirty Snakes every now and then. Derry recently received word that someone was rather interested in some of the tuffle technology that Yangcong and Alva had recently constructed and is offering to buy it all for a large sum of cash. Always interested in making green, Derry was quick to jump onto the offer, but he thought about switching things up for a bit and take along one of the other Dirty Snakes. Yangcong was off in space doing who knows what, Alva and the rest are busy, which only left one option: Kon. Hopefully she wouldn't mind taking on a night job.
It took some real convincing, but Derry just managed to drag her along and prepares to show her how the Snakes do their deals with other crime gangs. From what Derry could tell while he was talking among the other gangsters, she wasn't exactly thrilled about the business, but he knew that this was good for her. If he's going to attempt to get on her good side, then he'll have to spend more time with Kon and attempt to not mold her into a ticking time bomb of rage and destruction. Although, perhaps that would be of use once Amara returns with the money and the Dirty Snakes head out to Plant.
The deal is taking place in an alleyway as usual, with one party consisting of seven gang members equipped with normal guns while the other party only consists of Derry and Kon. All of the gangsters were wearing black suits with the exception of their leader, a woman who wore a blue suit. Derry is currently holding the case that contains the tuffle tech while their leader was pulling out the briefcase of zeni from the car they drove here. If things went according to plan, the exchange will proceed and Derry will get away with a fat wad of zeni to add to his vault back at HQ, and he'll throw in a nice little bonus for Kon for participating in tonight's deal. Perhaps if they're quick enough, there can be a celebration back at HQ.
