CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE: With brown hair that she kept messily tied up in a pony tail and her blue eyes and otherwise average build despite her strength, Kon could easily pass for an Earthling teenager. Although slightly taller than her peers, the primary giveaway would be the long brown tail that was connected to her lower back, a clear indicator of her saiyan heritage. Yet despite this, she freely allows it to flow behind her rather than wrapping it around her waist, showing it off as if it was a mark of pride rather than something to be ashamed of. In terms of clothing, Kon shies away from the more feminine apparel, wearing pants and suits over skirts and dresses. However, her primary preference for clothes typical includes a t-shirt, shorts and sneakers, making it easy for her to maneuver and fight around in.
BACKGROUND: Kon had always been an outcast since she was a young girl. Born to a saiyan mother who she hardly remembered and human father who she only barely had a relationship with, she had never had any strong ties to the people around her. Her hybrid status had always attracted attention from the children around her, although she was primarily outcast for her violent behavior. She would attack her belittlers without a second thought and frequently fight with the neighborhood kids who even dared to look at her funny. It was not uncommon to see her coming home riddled with cuts and bruises while the others were frequently sent to the hospital with broken bones. Despite her attempts to fit in, she was always an outsider in everything she did.
From as early as 1st grade, Kon was frequently sent to the principal’s office for her aggressiveness and acts of violence. Despite numerous parent-teacher conferences, suspensions, and talks from her teachers, principal and parents Kon did not change. In fact, her behavior took a turn for the worse with time, harming other teachers along with her fellow classmates. Finally, enough was enough, and the school ultimately decided to cut the problem and expel her instead. Despite the immense fallout and punishment following her expulsion, Kon continued on with her destructive behavior.
The expulsion was the final straw for many people who knew her, especially her father who simply started to ignore and neglect her, leaving her up to her own devices. This would majorly affect Kon, who began to see herself as unwanted by her family, latching on to the only one other family she had left: Tarch. Wanting someone else who would also understand her, she would teach him some of the tricks she picked up, although they found themselves at odds when it came to violence. Although she was not aware of it herself, this difference in ideals was what drove a wedge between the siblings far deeper than the initially thought it had.
As the years passed, Kon would grow worse as the distance between those that she cared about began to grow. Although her family was miraculously able to find another school that would accept her despite her behavior, she hardly took advantage of this new opportunity that was given to her. What was once a simple rebellious act of Kon refusing to do her work soon became ditching classing before she outright stopped attending school and spent time with the bad crowd in society. She no longer stayed with her family, instead crashing at her friends' place and trying to enjoy life the best she could despite how much society seemed to hate her. Her life would only continue to spiral further downward.
Everything would hit rock bottom after a small skirmish one night. Within her new group of friends, it wasn't uncommon for them to get into a few disagreements with the authorities, although typically such encounters would simply end up with the police shooing them away with the threat of arrestment. Somehow, this situation had escalated to violence with punches being thrown and arrests were made. Kon too was put under arrest, however, unlike her friends who would simply accept the situation, she fought back. Her natural strength allowed her to escape the grasp of the officers who tried to arrest her, and soon she found herself taking out her anger on the one that tried to arrest her. Those that tried to stop her were injured in their attempts, unable to do anything but watch in horror as she beat their collogue senselessly. It was only after the arrival of a hero by the name of Laitier was she finally stopped and arrested
Charged with second-degree murder, resisting arrest, and the assault and battery of several other police officers, the next few months of Kon's life became a living hell. She spent months being transferred into different facilities, spoke with multiple people to help reduce her sentence, and underwent many torturous legal trials. As she was only sixteen at the time of her arrest, there were many debates as to how to handle her crimes, especially when she showed no remorse for her actions. Ultimately, they had decided to put her in prison for the rest of her life for her crimes and was immediately sent to juvenile prison, thinking that it was the end of it. However, Kon still had other plans.
At the time of her arrest, Kon had found a strange business card with an address within her pockets. Even though everything, she didn't forget about it and what it meant. The same night she was sent to the detention center, she had managed to escape despite all the odds, knowing that this was most likely her final chance she had in her life if she didn't want to spend the rest of her days in a prison cell. And so she ran away to this address, hoping to find her salvation there.

Kon flies past the opponent, with an ever increasing in power ball of Ki in her hand that she brings near her opponent's stomach. She then thrusts the hand with the green Ki emitting ball forward and, at point-blank range, releases it, blasting the opponent away.

Attack Medium Technique || Baneful Barrage
First, Kon kicks the opponent up into the air, where she grabs their head and throws them down to the ground. Then, she smashes the opponent's head into the ground and stomps on their back deeper into the ground, inflicting a high amount of damage.

Attack Heavy Technique || Realized Rage
Kon launches a lime green energy sphere that changes into an enormous energy bomb of devastating power. Not only can she control the size of this attack, but she can also power it up by launching ki blasts into it to push it forward, making it even more powerful and destructive enough to destroy nearly anything within her immediate vicinity.

Attack Heavy Sparking || Critical Catastrophe
First, Kon lets out a damning yell as she forms an emerald Energy Shield around her body. Then, she brings her hands apart, fist clenched tightly at each side as she begins to release many powerful energy blasts that fire in a spread formation, inflicting a massive amount of damage across a wide radius to both friend and foe.

By controlling her ki internally, Kon is capable of taking to the skies and flying.
