Grassy plains swept gently by a soft breeze, blue skies and a bright shining sun interrupted by brief moments of shade from sparse, fluffy white clouds. It was a peaceful day, a relaxing day, a day someone could easily sleep away without a care in the world. At first glance, it would seem as though someone had just such a thing in mind. Upon an open hill, easily within view of all around, lie a girl on the grass. Beside her, two little bots that could've easily been mistaken for toys given the size of not only she, but the bots by comparison. Several feet away, a young tree stood, its branches thin and easily moved by the wind. At the base of the trees trunk, a third bot, though this one of a much more intricate design.
"Ughhhhhhhhhhh..." the girl would groan and whine, "I hate this, I hate ALL of this!" she'd express, as if speaking to herself, "I miss my lab, my tools, the nice clean floors and lack of..."
As if on cue a leaf would fall upon the girls face, to which she would kick and strike as if throwing a tantrum, sitting up and throwing aside the leaf in annoyance, "NATURE!!!" she'd exclaim, "I hate it! This place sucks!" she'd stand, the twin bots beside her beeping and booping as she did before they would rise and hover in the air beside her, "Of course YOU would say that, lazy thing, you'd just lay around all day if I let you." she'd state, her gaze narrowed on the blue colored bot, "But I wanna go home, I would if I could, if I HAD a home!! Or even a ship!"
It wasn't as though she'd ever learned to fly a ship, but it couldn't have been THAT hard, she was a genius after all, something she was always happy to remind people.
What was a relaxing day to most, was a frustrating day to this little Tuffle girl. Sheer boredom was the only reason she'd found herself atop this grassy hill, but any tranquility any other around might've had was broken by the girl's cries and exclamations of annoyance. She would kick at the grass, crossing her arms in further frustration before making her way over towards the tree and leaning her back against it. Despite the trees small size due to its youth, the girl was significantly smaller.
Scouter removed from her pocket and donned upon her face, she would initiate a program that would begin to penetrate outside frequencies. The little delinquent that she was, she sought to listen in on what conversations she could, hoping she might happen upon some illegal smuggling to get off the peaceful little world that was Earth. With nothing to go on however, the range of her hacking was simply any and every communication device nearby, and done in such a haphazard way that an interruption of static would easily give away her hacking attempts.
