Overview
For the past thirty years, Raiya has acted as a mercenary under the employ of Arcose. He specifically worked under an old Arcosian named Verglas, who was like a father to him. With the suspicious death of Verglas, Raiya swore fealty to the new emperor of Arcose: Ticoga, and joined his armored squadron.

Species Traits
Extraterrestrial: Twice per thread, you may add a sparking variant to a non-sparking technique. Techniques cannot have more than two variants at a time.
Durability: Once per thread, after all other damage reductions, reduce an incoming attack's power by an additional 40%.
Kinetic Genetics: Once per thread, you may use a free 30% defensive technique with the unique 'absorber' variant. If the barrier remains unbroken, you gain 1 KP.
General Traits
Vampiric: Once per thread, you may designate a Standard Attack as ‘Vampiric.’ If this attack deals any damage, you choose to recover 1 KP or 10% HP.
Antisense: Your ki is invisible to energy sensing and scouters, even in the midst of combat - this can be toggled on and off. In addition, escape techniques have a boost of +20% to their total effectiveness and your first escape technique per thread costs no KP.

Standard Light Offensive || Jab
A quick and not-so powerful punch that Raiya can throw with either hand. Usually aimed at the head though it could be used to attack the body as well.

Raiya uses his ki to create a blade around his hand, swiping furiously at them and opening up multiple wounds across their body.

Raiya locks his hands around his opponent's waist from behind. Once their locked he pulls his opponent up and over his head, slamming them down on the back of their neck.

Raiya unleashes twin energy beams from each hand, with the overflow pouring back over his body to produce a shield.

Raiya covers himself in an effort to protect himself from incoming damage.

Support/Utility
Support || Flash Bang
Raiya throws out a home made Flash Bang grenade, blinding his foes. This allows you to attempt to escape any thread or travel between splits in an Action Thread more safely. This technique valued at 60% of your total power and requires 2 KP to use. In order to stop you, a player must use an attack that is superior in power to your Flash Bang. You cannot undo your escape via Flash Bang if you are successful, but you can use KP to defend if it is overcome.
Utility || Ki Sensing
Raiya has the ability to detect energy levels of those people around him.

Raiya can manipulate his ki to allow himself to fly.
