After his sentencing by Yemma, Lottus had initially been escorted to the waiting area; only to learn that the tutor that had asked to have Lottus brought to him was not available. Something about being in the Living Realm. For the interm, Lottus was then brought to Hell to wait, as until the tutor returned there was no use in waiting here.
While time could not be measured in Otherworld, Lottus believed a few days at least had passed when a short, lanky Ogre with two blunt horns on his neatly combed head, and wearing thick glasses and formal clothes, approached Lottus in Hell.
There had been some concern about Lottus' activities in Hell, but as he hadn't been attacking the Ogres or the more civilized areas, he had been left to his own devices - especially since many of the souls and demons he's been beating into the ground were problem makers themselves. Now, however, Lottus was no longer wandering those listless plains - and now gazing down at a rather tiny planetoid from the window of a small... plane, they called it?
Rather than wait for it to land, though he wasn't sure it could, Lottus opted to open the boarding door and - much to the dismay of the Ogre pilot - Lottus leapt out and allowed the tiny planetoid's surprisingly strong gravity to pull him towards it.
Lottus takes control of his fall, and lands deftly on the finely cut grass. There was virtually nothing here, he decided. Taking a short walk, Lottus approaches a large, rather tall tree that Lottus was sure dominated the planetoid with its roots.
