BACKGROUND: Jinx is an impossibly old primordial being of chaos magick. She also likes puppies, fighting things, and tends to have a shoddy memory.
Born from the soup of nothingness, Jinx has spent a good chunk of her life either asleep or forgetting things she's experienced. Entire civilizations, brave warriors, dastardly villains - though she doesn't let this quirk bring her down much. Memories that matter to her stay. Of people she liked, of things she adores, of delectable treats. Her personality is generally chipper, preferring to keep up jokes and friendliness no matter the situation. It becomes bizarre when her switch flips from acting docile to deciding she wants to blow up an entire town for the heck of it. Morality doesn't really apply to her thoughts. Jinx has lived through so much and, at her core, is a different lifeform entirely. While she can form and keep strong attachments to people and things she likes to the point of defending them, life itself holds no intrinsic value.
Her most recent power nap, nearly a thousand years strong, has found Jinx on Konats. Once accidentally summoned by Konatsian mages seeking an edge during their shadow with the Kashvar, Jinx subsequently blew a few things up, wandered off, ate some food, claimed a ruined temple with magic, and promptly fell asleep. An entire war and the deadly storm passed by, with the Majin none the wiser. To this day, she slumbers, but the dregs of consciousness tug, threatening to unleash the happiest ball of chaos the galaxy will ever know.
