Ticoga was surprised by the sudden strength of the armored alien - but when they whispered in his ear and flew off, leaving Ticoga hopping to get back his balance, the crimson skinned Arcosian knew well who this was. He narrows his eyes, and leaps forth, flying after the being - though making sure not to get too close. Whatever his reasons for doing what he did, Ticoga knew that he needed to be careful.
He didn't really know this being, after all. They had met only once before.
Ticoga follows the person deep into the wooded region, and grimaced. There was only so far he should dare to follow, in case this turned out to be a clever trap of some sort. Ticoga speeds forward, weaving between trees and ducking and bobbing under and over fallen trunks and thick branches, until he begins to catch up to his quarry. He fires a crimson line of thin energy, and it zips past his quarry and explodes - felling several trees caught up in the detonation.
Hopefully, it would be enough to slow, or even stop, the quarry's forward progress. Ticoga lands in a clearing of a few dozen feet, and leers.
"Fukushu. That's far enough." he says, his voice much deeper in this form. "I don't plan to follow you to the ends of the planet. What is this about?"
Ticoga eventually stops Fukushu's movement in a area that seems secluded enough, but now that he had gotten him here what was he to say? Ticoga was someone he knew, but not that well. He wasn't really sure that he could trust the Arcosian with the truth, considering the fact that he could have very well been lying about not being here on official business. If Ticoga was working directly with Brumal then all of his plans could come crumbling down in a very short time.
Faced without many paths forward, the Heran decided that he'd once again to convince Ticoga that he was working on official business himself, though this time he'd had the evidence to back it up. Brumal had given him a signed document the last time they department; a declaration from Fukushu to work in for the interests of the empire. He had chosen not to share this with anyone, but now seemed like the right time to do so.
Fukushu retrieved the document from his person, though as he moved towards Ticoga he was careful to cover up the exact details listed within. Instead he made sure that Brumal's personal seal was in full view. He would have preferred to keep things vague and away from Brumal; a general seal of Arcose would have been nice, but it wasn't what Brumal gave him. He made sure to pull it back before Ticoga could study it for too long.
"As I told you earlier I'm here on official business. Arcose has interests on Plant which apparently go beyond you; I'm not sure I can go into details but I can say that a war is coming between the Saiyans and the Tuffles. It's coming soon and Arcose is very interested on who will come out on top. I was trying to avoid injuring you earlier though you seemed rather intent on not getting the message." In reality it was a war that he was engineering, though he was hoping that he could somehow rope Brumal into it.Fukushu PL: 80,000

Ticoga watches Fukushu carefully as the Heran approaches him. Fukushu produces a declaration of some kind, and he was able to see the seal. Even though he couldn't see the details of the declaration, Ticoga was able to activate his scouter - behind the visible seal would be another invisible marking that would verify the legitimacy of the document. This prevented forgeries.
If the marking wasn't there, Ticoga would have to assume the worst, and actually strike at Fukushu with serious intent. But, fortunately, the seal marker was there. Fukushu retracts the document before Ticoga would have time to inspect it, but he doesn't press the issue. Merely possession of the legitimate document was sufficient once the marker was verified.
"The political maneuverings of the Triumvirate are not for me to question." Ticoga tells the Heran, fully believing it. "If the Triumvirate has designs for Plant, then that is for them to decide and act upon. My duty is to carry out their will."
Ticoga seems to consider something.
"Whatever this venture is, it would more often than not be deemed pointless to fire bomb a tavern." Ticoga offers. "I don't understand the point of it. It would be simpler to just exterminate the side of the conflict we want to lose. Uplifting the side that we wish to is more effective."
He shrugs dismissively.
"Well, you have the Seal. If this is the Triumvirate's will, and you are acting upon it, there's nothing more I can say or do on the matter." Ticoga says, sounding off put. "If you are unsure if the information can be shared with me, then you have not received instructions to do so. So do not share details - I am not classified in the need to know basis."
Ticoga offers a hand to Fukushu, and smiles.
"On that note, it is good to see you, Mister Fukushu." Ticoga continues pleasantly. "It seems both our paths have found a way to cross once again. I am still following leads, though inconclusive. I will soon be leaving Plant and heading to the Planet Earth. I planned to contact you once I dried up my leads, to see if you had come up with anything. But I see that more important matters seem to have found you instead. And, I do appreciate your discretion, for not harming me more than necessary."
Fukushu silently sighs a sigh of relief. The Arcosian brought his ploy as well as he could have hoped, though if his next meeting with Brumal went well then it wouldn't really be considered a ploy at all; it'd be the truth. Once Ticoga is satisfied Fukushu returns the document back into his disguise before meeting Ticoga's hand with his own. As far he could tell Ticoga was being entirely truthful in his admission of being unaware of the triumvirates plans, which was just another thing to be grateful for.
"I was wondering when I'd hear from you again, though I never expected it to be under this sort of circumstance." With Ticoga having figured out his secret Fukushu saw no reason to continue on with his disguise, removing the face covering while replying. "I have a feeling you'll be receiving new orders in a short amount of time; the work I've been assigned on Plant will soon be coming to an end and so new initiations will be put into action."
He was careful with the wording, again not trying to reveal too much. He considering an attempt at bringing Ticoga into the fold of his actual plan so that he recruit him for the upcoming attack, but as far as Fukushu could tell he was too much of a company man; he couldn't trust him to go out of line like that. "My work with Arcose has kept me rather busy, though I have a lot more resources at my disposal now than when we first meet."
Fukushu had been running his own leads in the meanwhile, and although he hadn't tracked down the Red Dawn themselves he did have one piece of evidence which Ticoga may find useful. "Hold on a moment... I should have it on me somewhere." The Heran rummaged around in his many folds of fabric for a while before procuring a red capsule. He open the capsule in his hand, revealing a stack of documents. "I've been following up on my own information, and I've found this."
Fuksuhu removed an image from the stack and handed it over to Ticoga. It depicted a small pink alien, with horns running down from his forehead to his tailbone; he had to have custom shirts made for him. "This photo was taken a few weeks ago in Central City. I saw this alien back when I worked my job with the Red Dawn, though I only knew his briefly. I had assumed that he had died, though it turns I was wrong. Not sure if he's still there, but it's the best thing I've come up with so far." Fukushu PL: 80,000

When Fukushu removed the disguise, Ticoga nods. The Heran had shaved his hair away at some point. He waited for Fukushu to finish speaking before responding to any of it just yet. He needed time to consider what he was being told. He takes the photo Fukushu presents, and gazes at it with narrowed eyes.
"Hmm... No, I suspect that I will not be receiving new orders." Ticoga says after careful thought, still looking the photo over for any background details that may prove useful. "My mission is separate from the usual channels. I cannot deviate far, or else I will lose what progress I have made. I will not be involved in the goings on of this planet, nor other worlds. It is not my directive to do so."
He turns the image over, checking the back for only a brief moment. One never knew when something potentially useful could be found if one just bothered to look. Alas, there was only blank space.
Ticoga looks at Fukushu.
"You have said this was taken at a place called Central City? That is an Earth city, if my information is still up to date?" Ticoga inquires briefly. "My next visitation was bound for the Earth, so that will work out very well."
Ticoga looks back at the image.
"How long ago was this taken?" he asks imploringly. "And how did you, or your sources, identify them? Did they have one of those medallions?"
"That's right: Earth. Central City is the largest city of Earth, so it won't be easy to find him, and that's assuming that he's even still there. But there should be a trail if you look hard enough. I've still got my men running up the leads we have but these kind of people are good at hiding themselves. I suggest you move up your plans as much as you can so that you can make it to Earth as soon as possible. I'll give my people on Earth your details so that you can have access to their resources."
Fukushu returned the documents to their capsule, before handing it over to Ticoga. "Here's what I have on the case. I have everything backed up on the station so you're welcome to keep this one. As for the person in the image it's as I said: I 'worked' with him back when I did a job for the Red Dawn." The Heran then retrieved yet another capsule, this one being blue, and gave that one over to Ticoga as well. "This one I'll ask that you keep quite close to your chest. It contains information on where to find my men on Earth. They're currently located in an area called Korin Forest in an old shack I used to live out of."
Finally, Fukushu retrieved yet another item, though this one was a crest. It was dark green with a black outline, and in the center was a sword running through a skull with pink hair. "You'll want to show them this; it'll give you access to whatever you need." At that moment Fuksuhu received a message from his ship letting him know that the footage had been safely recovered and was in the process of being uploaded to their main database. "Well then, you have any other questions? If not then I have other business to attend to." Potential Exit WC: 314 TWC: 3689

Ticoga gladly accepts the tokens that Fukushu had to offer. The Heran had proven far more resourceful than Ticoga could have guessed. That said...
"If what you say is still true, and the person is a flight risk, then I would have to agree. I will need to move quickly." Ticoga says, placing the gifts in his hip pouch. "I have no reason to betray your trust. If you require a safe haven, then by not my word will it be found."
Ticoga takes a moment to consider how to pose his next words.
"I do not have additional questions exactly, but I do have a recommendation." he begins calmly and evenly. "The Empire has stood for several thousand years - as such, we have in our records all of our past enemy tactics and known patterns of war and resistance trench warfare."
Ticoga regards Fukushu respectfully.
"Your attack on a tavern will illicit far less traction than you can hope for. A resistance that wishes to be taken seriously attacks places that bear the most risk and reward. Places to get the most notice." Ticoga hands the defaced picture of the new Queen, Amara. "A resistance that attacks small businesses is treated more or less like an unruly child. They are ignored until it comes time to slap their hands. If you wish to simulate a stronger resistance, your target should reflect the power of the message. A tavern equates to a small band of miscreants. An attack on an actually important place, such as the Palace itself, sends the message to be noticed."
"You do not need to kill anyone in that venture. An explosion at the palace where no one dies is much more than a threat - it is a promise. It says I can get to you." he finishes. Ticoga turns away and starts back towards the town, but stops to look back at Fukushu. "And take it from an Arcosian - you are not as skilled a liar as you hope. Deception and double talk is the way of things on Arcose. Lying to me about the Empire's interests in Plant does not serve you when looking to gain my appreciation. I trust you will be more willing to be forthcoming in the future when we meet again. Until then."
With that, Ticoga bursts off the ground, and begins a fast flight back to the town...
