The trio bombarded Erebos simultaneously with as much firepower as they could. They managed to kick up a lot of sand and dust in doing so. Araka signaled for a cease-fire to allow the dust to settle. It was expected from a being with such raw strength as Erebos'. It came to no surprise to Araka that their attacks proved futile. He'd shrugged off their attacks like lint on his shoulder.
"You've got to be kidding me."
"How could this have gotten worse!?"
"I'm not having fun anymore!" :-(
Paya banged her head with the butt of her pistol in frustration. Maybe the Moon wasn't worth all this trouble. After all, they could just go to the Moon, right? Was this genuinely worth risking her life over? She thought back to all the times she asked herself this question.
"No Paya, you got this. Don't let this man think he's better than you. No matter how gorgeous he is."
She raised her power level nearly triple from what it usually was. She even created a slight updraft from the sheer amount of heat she'd been generating. She'd finally psyched herself up. Ready to lay the smackdown on Erebos for real this time. She reloaded Peacemaker, preparing to fire off another shot at Erebos to hopefully put a dent in his defenses this time.
Araka was feeling outwitted, and the battle hadn't even started. Viper wasn't operating at total capacity, making Araka more self-conscious about his ingenuity. But he was able to put all that self-loathing behind. It was one thing to make him look foolish. But to mock him was by far the worst thing anyone person could do.
"Now you've gone and pissed me off!"
Araka started to press vigorously on the digital keypad on his wrist. Each press caused Viper to move sporadically. Until it came to a stop, and its helmet displayed a red skull on the front. Its chassis pulsed volts of red electricity. This was the right time to go to work on Erebos.
"Violence is a tune for which my body yearns to play."
The Android fired off another shot similar to the first. The droid's body moved with more grace and fluidity than it did prior. Its servos being overloaded with massive amounts of energy from its ARKK generator. Its primary objective was to assist the Heran any way he could.
"NOW LETS GIVE IT ALL WE GOT!!!"
"You've got to be kidding me."
