Technique Name: Ki Scrambler

Description: Stolen technology from the tuffles, Yangcong wears an entirely different suit of armor that is different than the standard one that he normally wears. Because this new suit covers his entire face and body. His appearance, along with his natural ki signature is hidden from those that know his personal ki signature and changes it entirely while in the suit.



Coming from what seemed out of nowhere, Yangcong would be dawning an oversized robe and a face mask to go along with it. He sat indian style right beside the girl in a matter of seconds in a blur. Due to how fast he was due to his power level, it had seemed like he had pop up out of nowhere and looked to be sitting there the entire time. Though he wasn't sitting, he was slightly hovering in the air, just one foot above the ground and had both his hands touching his kneecaps. His left arm was covered in bandages along with his hand. His right arm however was fine and normal. Just having the black jumpsuit that he was currently wearing, along with the black glove that matched the jumpsuit nicely. He looked to the girl and smiled, though the mask had concealed the smile so to make up for it, he had slightly tilted his head like a curious fellow.

"The names Jester, nice to meet ya!

He had a somewhat an exaggerated high tone of voice. Like a jester would.

"What brings you out here all alone and cold?"

He would lightly look over the horizon and then had his left hand holding his right elbow, as he had his right hand to his chin. After a second thought, he would pull out a capsule and poof. A fairly large size black winter coat that he use to wear had now appeared in his right hand.

"There ya go!"

Liari would have JUMPED UP in shock with Jester's practically INSTANTANEOUS appearance beside her... had she not been so utterly freezing! Instead, her head merely jerked in his direction with a quivering look of SHOCK on her face, the flat-faced, hooded creature looking at oddly as he sat even more oddly... while floating! He even introduced himself as a clown, of all things, his eyes sunken SO DEEP into his flat, wooden-like blue face, Liari almost mistook it for a mask! Even so, she would try to smile at the newcomer, TRY being the operative word... but she was JUST too uncomfortable in the freezing blizzard to offer anything that looked remotely genuine. In fact, it looked more like she was being held up at gun-point and TOLD to grin for as warm and friendly it was! Her teeth were chattering, her deep-blue cheeks were a more FROZEN shade of blue, her arms WRAPPED around her core in some instinctual bid to conserve heat... Not to mention her little dusting of snow was getting thicker by the moment! 

As if this were any other amicable day, Jester would muse as to the purpose of Liari being here in the cold, the Majin looking at him for a moment... before looking back out towards the sky. 

"W-....Waiting f-f-f-for.... T-Tiam-mat..." She stammered through chattering teeth, her petite form simply not BUILT TO trap its own heat! "She... s-s-supp-pposed... be.... h-h-here...."

As if to grant Liari a little treat for answering his question, the man would pull out a capsule, pop it and summon forth a NICE, BIG JACKET for the little blue girl, it being perhaps several sizes too big! He would offer it to her with a smile... or as much of one as she could approximate from his tone... and Liari was starting to reach for it...

Before a very familiar voice touched her ears!

Instantly, Liari turned her head away from Jester and his jacket, the little blue girl spotting her Kai, her bestest friend ever returning from wherever she came from, the little blue girl's lips WIDENING into a sickeningly small... but WARM AS EVER smile at the sight of her! Tiamat! ...Liari was gonna cuddle her so HARD!

...But before the cuddling could commence, the pink-skinned kai would quickly ZAP Liari with an energy beam upon noticing her obvious misery, the energy converting into a baby-blue marshmellow winter-jacket which was form-fitting... and INSTANTLY warming!

"WOW!" Liari cried, perking up as if she hadn't been freezing over a minute ago, the little blue girl THROWING herself at Tiamat, wrapping her arms around her neck and her legs around her waist! "I miss you so much, Tiamat! You never go away again! I keep you right here!" Nuzzling her face against the kai's cheek, Liari would enjoy her friend's presence and warmth... Even her being away a MOMENT was miserable for the little girl... but that was no more! Tiamat was here now and Liari was gonna enjoy it to the fullest! 

...Speaking of enjoying stuff.... 

Liari would look back towards Jester, who was still offering his jacket, the majin reaching out with an elastic arm to take it... and wrapping it around both herself at Tiamat as if it were some kind of blanket! It WAS way to big for Liari but it came with a HOOD and it was warm! Ah, she was all NICE and toasty now... It felt GOOD to feel good...


"AH..." she sighed, content, hugging her kai a little tighter... "OH! Yeah, that's Justy!" She introduced... incorrectly, nodding over at the hooded figure! "He nice! Gave me warm! You have warm now too!"

The reaction from Liari was expected at that point. As the Majin threw her bubblegum-like body at Tiamat, the Shinjin would hug back the being that had been visibly affected by her short leave. As much as she liked Liari, she would need to be able to exist without her at moments, but perhaps the lack of love she received for all of this time was making her crave it even more until she would be satiated once, then it would be easier... or at least that was what Tiamat hoped would happen, but she was not too sure about it.

'' Now now Liari, you can't keep me in one place forever, and I told you I had some boring business to do. I promise I will bring you along once we get you more fit into this world. ''

Liari seemed to think more warmth was necessary and grabbed the jacket from the stranger there... yeah, that was exactly the kind of thing that could not happen too often. That stranger was strong, too strong to be innocently approaching Liari, so Tiamat was on her guard.

When the man began to talk, he did not help his case by going the 'I know what you are' route, most people did not even know of her species, and there was... a sliver of bad omen from his energy signature, something she was quick to pick on, and would physically step back from this 'Jester' character.

'' I am indeed a Kai if you must know. I have a fair amount of knowledge I have accumulated over 200 years of watching over this world from the Otherworld. But you are wrong, people usually don't look up to me, as most of the mortals don't know about Kai...which brings up the question...''

She pointed at him suspiciously.

'' Who are you, what are you, and why do you know about Kais? You got to admit, this is very suspicious of you to just say those things to me when we first meet.''

She was giving him an out, most likely because if a fight broke out, she was fairly certain she could not win, not if that man had a transformation like most species did... even her own full power would likely not compete with something like that, and she had to keep Liari safe as well.

Yangcong had stared at the kai who immediately began to question him. He had shrugged his shoulders and pointed his finger at himself.

"I am no one really. Just a man trying to get around. A lot of people know your kind. This planet had a tournament and one of those participants was a kai. I was watching the tournament and was told by the bystanders and such that your kind dress like that. The crowds were big with different races in the mix. Everyone who watched the tournament were curious who everyone was just like myself. We had arcosians, humans, saiyans. A lot of them had been fighting. I'm surprise you don't know that information since this tournament was recent."

He kept his distance and floated idly by going left and right while hovering in the air.

"It is rather strange that I said that huh. Well, just know that now people know about your kind. Everyone knows the Demon Realm as well, it's nothing new. You guys have exposed yourselves for too long that information was leaked out. But in my opinion, I think the people who had leaked the information was as organization that had a lot of evil shinjins in it... I believe one of them is called Darastras... He was the one that leaked this information."

Liari was going this way and that on a roller-coaster of emotions during this whole interaction! Tiamat's voice would reach her mind as if she had spoken with her tongue, the kai informing Liari that she wasn't at all at fault here and, in fact, this masked man might even be a REALLY bad guy with WAY too much power for them to outright engage! The little blue girl looked up at Tiamat questioningly, uncertain how she could know that right off the bat... Maybe she was in his mind, asking him questions too...? However she obtained this information, though, Liari trusted it as much as she did the woman that gave it, nodding a little as she hiding away her face again in Tiamat's neck, taking what little pleasure she could glean from this situation... and from the much beloved neck-rubs she was receiving! 

Beyond all the good-stuff, though, Liari's mind was spinning, trying desperately to keep up with everything going on! The masked man knew more than he should, that was for certain. Every time he mentioned something about Tiamat's people, what he knew of them and so on, she could sense the discomfort in her caretaker's body... hear the tension in her voice and sense that in the air! Liari squirmed lightly in Tiamat's warm and patient embrace, wanting little else than to just... go somewhere else... Somewhere warm, maybe and, for the first time, somewhere with REALLY strong guys to surround themselves with! If Tiamat was afraid of fighting this guy... What did this mean to the majin? What did it mean for the little girl that couldn't sense energy?

...Well... about as much as her knowledge of Tiamat offered her. They never fought before, Liari and her caretaker... not really. Heck, they haven't even SPARRED yet so, perhaps arrogantly, she thought their powers were... maybe comparable! If that was true and Tiamat thought that both of them TOGETHER didn't have a chance...

Liari shivered... and gulped. 

They were in a no-good-very-bad place. 

"Tiaaaaaaaamaaaaaaaat..." Liari whispered, unable to tell if the kai was still tuned into her mind. "...Lets goooo.... I not like it heeeere...." She would lightly tug on the Kai's shirt, trying to get her attention. Liari was finding it harder and harder to look back on Jester, his stoic, serious voice and unnervingly flat face COMPARED with his alleged MASSIVE power making the little girl fearful out of her mind! 

...Could he be a wizard...? WAS HE HERE TO SEAL HER UP!? The little blue girl's trembling increased in magnitude, her eyes WIDE, her blue skin growing pale and clammy! She was gonna go back in the ball, wasn't she...? Jester was gonna put her back in the ball... She was going back... Tiamat was afraid of him... She was going back and Tiamat was AFRIAD OF HIM! Shewasgoingbackshewasgoingbackshewas....

Liari's breathing was growing heavy and rapid, her complexion going from a deep blue to a more pale, sky around her cheeks and the bridge of her nose. She was starting to look like a CORPSE in her fear, as if the cold of the mountain had DUG its way into her heart and was freezing her from the inside out! ...But it wasn't the cold... but her terror of being caged up again.... Another forever of claustrophobic nothingness!

"No...." Liari muttered, shaking her head rapidly. "Nonononononononono.... He bad... Not good. I not going back... Nononononononono...."

The agitation of Liari was palpable, especially for someone who was holding her in her arm, Tiamat was keeping track of her breathing, her heartbeat, and all the other signs of a possible outbreak... since she knew for a fact that the Majin was prone to outbursts of anger, in this situation, such a thing could great a problem for everyone involved. Well, more of a problem for Tiamat and her rather than this Jester individual... with a whisper, the Shinjin would answer to the Majin, trying to comfort her and speak in a warm voice, although it was a little hard right now.

'' We cannot leave just yet, if we try to flee, we'll be exposed. We have to wait for a good opportunity. Trust me, and if it comes to a fight, just run, I'll try to keep him at bay long enough for you to flee.''

That was a little alarming for sure, but Tiamat could not really lie to the Majin by saying everything would be fine...

Then, Jester showed surprising diplomacy... well... deceiving diplomacy for sure, but in that moment, every bit of not starting a fight was welcomed right away.

'' Yeah, Project Silence are some kind of non-sensical fools that believe killing all mortals is a good thing... I don't know much beyond that, to be honest. They are indeed on my list of people to remove form the equation of the mortal world, but I haven't seen much of their influence so far.''

The tension seemed to go down a little, hopefully, this would help Liari's situation, as Tiamat seemed to obviously calm down herself. She had to stay cool for the Majin.

Yangcong simply sat on the ground and started to sigh to himself.

"So I take it we are on the same page finally. We have to get rid of them since they pose a threat to the world. My suggestion is, we work together in order to formulate a plan. Since you know about them somewhat, how do you propose we do it? Are you aware of how many members are within that organization and do you believe we have a chance to stop them?"

Yangcong had simply looked at the kai, it seemed like she was ready to fight. This only had confused him since he hadn't shown a threaten manner at her at all.

"So can I ask you something Kai, why are you immediately assuming that I'm an evil being? What evil being do you know that gives their own winter coat to someone whose desperate for warmth in this cold region? I really don't know what the issue is that you are having with me..."

As he sat there, he had brought his right arm to his chin and simply stared at the both of them with his hand to his chin. He looked at the majin that just seemed terrified at the whole ordeal.
