An arena used for Earth's occasional Tenka'ichi Budōkai fighting tournament. The Budōkai is a worldwide event that brings in the strongest fighters from across the globe to compete for fame and glory. Dozens upon dozens of well-built arenas that can withstand even the strongest warriors' scuffles fill the tournament grounds, as well as many shops and stalls selling merchandise. When the Budokai isn't occurring, the arenas may be used by local fighters for conventional use.
