Kyth had plenty of ideas- plenty of ideas of how to scam people out of their zeni, anyways -but she didn't have the innovative skill to execute so many of her ploys! Once she was fabulously rich beyond her wildest dreams, she could outsource- but for now, she needed to take a more hands-on approach and find the best mechanics herself.
Unfortunately, Kyth was far less acquainted with mechanics then she was with famous fighters or influencers. Mechanics didn't have the same pizzazz, and there was little that Kythl'gneg liked more then pizzazz.
So, local, home-grown mechanics would have to do. Kyth had set up shop on Papaya Island, where the Budokai Tournament was taking place. It only made sense- where there were people, there was zeni. She was pretty sure that any ol' Papaya Island mechanic would do- she didn't imagine it'd be that hard to make a scouter game, anyways. Maybe 4K could've done it, but she liked to keep her business ventures separate; you didn't want to put too many eggs in one basket, right?
Such was how Kyth chanced upon Carro Hofferson. A local legend... though perhaps that made it seem more grandiose then it actually was.
As quickly as she figured out who Carro was, she then found out where he lived, a natural progression of information acquisition only to Kyth. Be careful what you put online, kids.
Obviously, Kyth had set up her stall on Carro's front lawn. It was a basic stand, like you'd see at any carnival or festival. The basic structure, marked and labelled with all kinds of things that mortal minds could likely hardly even comprehend, was utterly out of place.
Regardless, the countertop was full of strange, demonic food, with ingredients that had names beyond mortal minds.
She sat and waited. He'd show up eventually, right?
