The Snake Eyes Casino chain has made its rounds in every single major city, but no location was nearly as crowded as the one in Central City. Not only is the city far denser compared to its neighbors, but considering how close it is to the Dirty Snakes HQ, Derry has poured plenty of resources into advertising the business. The locations elsewhere were doing very well financially, but they just couldn't compete with the literal hordes of people that come through the doors of this casino in particular. It also became a favorite spot for a certain other Dirty Snake, who Derry was interested in meeting up with tonight.
Despite being the owner of the casino and recently announcing his name to the public at the Budokai tournament, Derry himself was still rather unknown to those who would rather pay attention to the slot machines or checking to make sure the dealers weren't cheating. It was fine for the most part, since Derry still wasn't quite used to people staring and ogling at him, but perhaps he needs to invest in more advertising, maybe throw himself into a few commercials. It was also another reason as to why he specifically needed to get in touch with Hazel here.
Hazel has been traveling about and spreading her own fame as a sort of pop star, with the casinos being one of the locations she frequents for shows. It was a rather simple deal: She advertises the Snake Eyes Casino chain with her shows, and Derry can guarantee her an audience. He wasn't entirely sure if she was performing at the moment or if she was backstage, but he knew she was here somewhere. Calling her wasn't really an option either due to the noise surrounding the gangster, so he has to hope that he bumps into her.
Derry makes his way towards the back where the stage is set, and as expected, there was a giant crowd of people surrounding the stage. He tries his best to look above the crowd and see if Hazel is currently performing, and whether or not she was there, he'll have to squeeze his way through the horde to go backstage and meet up with her then.
