Alaistair heard Lattei's nonchalant greeting, at least to the Business Demon! As he did, the one goon Alaistair assaulted retreated, looking to get a better position. His allies shouted at him to get back in the fray and cover them!
"Less banter, more taking these buffoons out," Alaistair roared, his arms whirling back up to bat away several blasts coming at him. They were weak and slow, despite being shot from the strange weapons from these people. It had Alaistair wondering.
As he pondered this, Lattei rushed forward in the heat of the moment with a spinning flurry of upper body blows before sending one of the goons back. He had put himself in the middle of the enemy group. Bold, but it could be careless if he didn't have the cover! Thankfully, that came in the form of Jackie and the sharply dressed white haired person! A sweeping beam of intense energy ripped through some of the catwalk above them, taking down some of the goons. Jackie followed through by getting in the fray, taking a couple enemies on in the process!
'Mm... This so much reminds me of home,' Alaistair thought to himself, the skirmish reminding him of when he was back in the Demon Realm with his people! His eyes darted around the area, spotting out a couple of the goons with the blades. He kicked off the ground, speeding past the disoriented gunners on the ground towards the two main threats. Two more orange spheres of energy appeared in his hands as he approached one!
They were both close enough to one another to line up to pierce the demon with their revving ki blades! They flared with the energy and jumped forward at Alaistair. Upon the blades be thrust forward, Alaistair unleashed two simultaneous Devil Waves into their weapons. The clash kicked up the dust and shoved some of the single standing cargo containers nearby away from the 3 individuals into other cargo containers! The blades held for a moment, but the sheer difference of power shattered the weapons and broke several bones on the two goons as they were sent hurtling up to the catwalk by Jackie!
In the heat of the moment, another one of the goons tried to ambush Alaistair with a shout and a empowered ki blast from their rifle! Alaistair turned to the attack and slammed his hand forward, a third Devil Wave pushing into the dense teal beam! To Alaistair's surprise the beams fizzled apart and created a shock wave that pushed the Demon back. He looked at the now cursing goon, muttering with a huff, "Now that's some impressive gear there, kid... Let me have a look at that!"
Alaistair launched himself at this fourth armed minion, engaging them in hand to hand! Surprisingly Alaistair even more, this soldier appeared to be able to keep up with Alaistair. They matched blows, trying to get the others back. This skirmish was nearing a climax, most of the stronger goons having been snuffed in a matter of seconds! How many more remained?

The one goon Alaistair was after retreats, hiding somewhere in the building to launch an ambush. Meanwhile, Alaistair shifts focus to the others with the strange weapons, and unleashes a total of 3 Devil Waves, using his OTHERWORLDLY TRAINING trait to do so! 2 go down, but the third matches the third Devil Wave! Alaistair, curious, engages this one directly and matches blows with them.
