CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE: A Saiyan with spiky hair which flows upward, slightly similar to Gogeta. He wears durable Saiyan Armor inscribed with an emblem of his Family on it, and he usually has a smug look on his face.
BACKGROUND:
Xim had an easier life than most Saiyans.. Some had it rough, beaten down, barely clinging onto life... However, Xim was born into a Royal Family of Saiyans known as the Sozin.
As a Saiyan, he naturally grew a lust for combat and battle as he grew, and his Royal Blood only seemed to amplify that. Ximena rapidly trained daily when he was younger, surpassing anyone he saw as a challenge. This perhaps could explain his more cocky and arrogant demeanor. He also enjoyed hunting Saibamen. He'd hunt and kill them at times, but it slowly grew into a daily occurrence for Xim. Ximena would kill and slowly create a huge gap in power between him and the Saibaman, and the playful killing slowly turned into evil torment. He grew a lust for torment as he did this, and began to enjoy it more and more.
His family grew prideful of Ximena's actions and his personality of being a cold blooded killer. They even boasted about it towards others, and heavily looked down upon those who were nicer or didn't have a battle-hardened mind. His interactions with family members were positive, as they loved him as much as Ximena, embarrassingly, loved them too. He had a small soft spot for his family, and for anyone who would talk them down, he'd attack.
By friends, some respected and revered him, while some others might loathe him. By his tuffle enemies, he was hated. As a Saiyan, some saw him as a "Role-Model" of sorts at times. The definition of what a Saiyan should be, prideful and arrogant, and most importantly, a strong warrior.
As he got older, he was able to battle in the war against the Tuffles, and he was able to torture his opponents even more and fight consistently in the warzone. He enjoyed this a lot, and when the war grinded to a halt, Ximena was furious. He was angry that the war was resolved to such a conclusion due to the loss of leaders! He slowly began to believe that it was his destiny to be the war's great savior, and to continue the war and win. However, he needs to look to get stronger, and he might need some help. Will he find friends or foes, or even greater strength in this endeavor? Only time may tell..

TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with an additional slot. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots. These are for unique effects, such as Ki Sense or Magic Materialization, which aren't specifically tied to combat.

Opening his palms, Xim lifts his hand towards his opponent, pouring Ki, concentrating it into his hands, before bursting a concentrated blast of Ki blazing towards his opponent.

Offensive Medium Attack || Photon Pointbreak
Ximena lifts one finger, energy crackling off of his finger, before unleashing a pinpoint burst of Ki towards his opponent.

Defensive Medium || Photonic Aegis
Ximena puts both hands forward before spreading them both to the side, stretching out a barrier of Ki that defends against attacks.

Ximen cups his hands together in front of him, charging a blue ball of Ki with light green electricity crackling from the ball, before firing and unleashing a fullpower wave of Ki towards his opponent.

Utility Technique || Flight
By some means, usually through a skillful application of your ki, you are able to fly through the air.
Utility Technique || Ki Sense
A technique that allows you to sense, measure, and differentiate the ki signatures of ki attacks and all living beings without the Anti-Sense trait. Higher ki signatures are easier to sense and can be sensed at greater distances than lower ones. This technique is passive and does not use KP use.
