APPEARANCE:
BACKGROUND: Ticoga is a young, up and coming Arcosian within the military. He has had no vested interests in politics, seemingly focused only on maintaining order and peace - a task that often proves difficult with his people. Born to a clan that had its name stripped, Ticoga is the last surviving member of his disgraced clan. Despite hailing from such a clan, Ticoga does not concern himself with opinions - and appears to be solely focused on growing his power for the sake of his work in protecting Arcose.
Ticoga, unlike many members of his race, is bereft of the usual tendencies to use slurs towards species that many Arcosians consider to be lower life forms. Having had to work with many different races, and still as young as he is, Ticoga has not developed a sense of superiority. However, he has in fact learned how to lie efficiently, to the point where it can be difficult to parse whether he is being genuine, or if he is testing to see how far he could lie before being caught.
Ticoga holds some disdain towards the enslavement of other races, and particularly leers at his superiors that give in to the infighting that has plagued the Arcosians for centuries, seeing it as a pointless, if not stupid, waste of resources and time. Ticoga has developed a personal view that may end up steering the course of his development - Who deserves what is unimportant. What matters, is who has power.
COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with an additional slot. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots. These are for unique effects, such as Ki Sense or Magic Materialization, which aren't specifically tied to combat.

Ticoga focuses his Ki to the tip of his finger, and fires off a fast moving, thin beam of Ki that damages the target in an explosion upon connection.

Ticoga rushes to his opponent, ducking down, and delivers a harsh blow to their stomach with either his right or left elbow.

Medium Defense Technique || Wall of Defiance
Ticoga focuses his Ki inwards, empowering his body in preparation to endure an enemy attack - enabling him to take a blast or blow directly yet suffer little to no damage.

Heavy Sparking Technique || Supernova
In times of true desperation, Ticoga will raise a hand, forming a small ball of Ki at his index fingertip. He points above his head, and the ball rapidly expands, becoming massive and resembling a miniature star. The attack is launched when Ticoga points towards his intended target, and the Ki ball then descends towards the intended target. Upon connection with either the target or the ground, the ball explodes in a devastating blast.

Utility Technique || Flight
Using his Ki to "push" himself into the air, defying a planet or celestial object's gravitational pull, Ticoga is able to fly without the need for wings or device.

Ever careful, Ticoga has learned to manipulate his Ki in a way to camouflage his true power, preferring to be underestimated and keep attention off himself.
