No more waiting was had, and no more disasters to stop them! The Cherry Fishing Company was prepared once again, their port having been organized to fend off any further attacks and protect the patrons there. Alaistair would have none of it should they fail while he and the crew were away!
"Turn all engines on," Alaistair bellowed over the ship's intercom, making sure his crew fueled the old vessel, the Cayenne, "Warm up the Catchers and set sail for Papaya!"
The crew made no hesitation to follow orders. Their great vessel roared to life, steam billowing out the silos standing 2 stories above them! The Cayenne was a red solar powered factory ship spanning about 60 feet that comes equipped with a couple of large nets dangling over the vessel. Soon, though, they would be getting used to capture a school of fish along the way to the famed Papaya isles, although not necessary. Alaistair wanted to come out on top, even if things went awry at that island.
Their trip would go smoothly, save for the slightly choppy waters at the halfway point. There was a storm brewing Northwest of their vessel, but the radar indicated it was heading further north, towards the southeastern part of the world! This, to Alaistair, meant there'd not be any catches along the way, even though he had the crew set the nets into the water. The waters smoothed out as they approached Papaya, and what a sight it was!
Papaya Island's buildings were dwarfed by the massive slabs of rock and tree that served as the island's mountains, to put it lightly! Many vessels, as small as a simple rowboat to the large freight vessels that made the dear Cayenne look small by comparison. Navigating around the ships wasn't difficult, the Cherry Fishing Company getting guided in by one of many security vessels patrolling the port. They first, of course, had to give them their documentation and business. Upon seeing that they were coming in with some of the food for the Centennial World Tournament, they were quickly escorted in. There would be no way anyone would let fresh fish go to waste!
Unloading the ship was simple, as the crates they used to freeze their catch from days ago was provided by the Capsule Corporation. The fish would not only be kept fresh, it would be incredibly easy transporting them with a simple click of a button to reduce the crates and their contents to capsules the size of a palm! It was another thing Alaistair wanted to learn how to do... But ideas aside, their business was quickly taken care of and the pay was given! Alaistair secured the payment at a bank and, at that point, had given crew hefty checks that were long promised, with a bonus on top of it. He wanted everyone to relax a bit before committing to their other business at Papaya... Although, Alaistair would be getting started early on this.
His crew scattered quickly, some returning to the vessel to prepare it for their return and to honestly get away from the noisiness of the populace. The rest went 'ransacking' the place for its food and extracurricular activities; in essence, splurging their checks! Alaistair, meanwhile, had taken to visiting one of the great events that happened around this time of year: the Grand Fireworks Carnival, not to be confused with the Festival by nearly the same name. This one was more of an amusement park located further away a bit towards the outskirts of the city's red light district. The rides were a great joy for the kids and adults alike, with dazzling light peppering the sky with unique imagery in the night! Considering the skylights of the city blocked sight of the stars, it was a great way to imagine the specks sprinkled in the dark sky above.
Such a thing would make shady dealing and dark secrets all the easier to spread around, share, and commit to! Just the type of place Alaistair would wanna go to for this endeavor. To blend with the crowd, he'd materialized himself a orange hoodie with no sleeves and no pockets with his logo on it, blue jeans with four pockets, and blue on white sneakers with blue laces with Alaistair's logo adorning the outer sides of the shoes.
