"...These people aren't very strong." Lottus remarks, his senses reaching out at the people he passes, and rubbing at his left wrist where one of those power suppressant bands was snapped together. It was a bothersome little thing, and he loathed suppressing his strength. But he didn't need one of those enemies he'd made realizing he was here; not at least while Jagaimo was also present.
He'd visited Konats before, but he'd never come to the Kashvar side of things. The forest that surrounded this massive city was also quite different than the savannah-like aspects of the region the Konatsians resided in. The people of this world seemed to be about as big as Earthlings, and certain aspects of their architecture followed a general sense that Lottus had seen repeating on several worlds. The clothing style of the Kashvar seemed to favor flowing robes and cloaks, with colors that ranged between blues and greens, browns and yellows - complimentary of their more magic-toned society.
Or, at least that's how Lottus figured they may have decided on it. He never asked any of them, but took in the visuals all the same. For this outing, Lottus had foregone the typical Saiyan battle armor - again, to draw less attention while Jagaimo was with him - favoring instead a sleeveless form fitting dark blue undershirt that one usually would wear as a layer underneath he battle armor. He sports baggy black pants, tied at his waist with a red sash, but his Saiyan battle boots remained as a part of his wardrobe.
His black furred tail is wrapped securely around his waist, and a long dark grey cloak encloses his body. There was no hood in the galaxy that would hide his long mane of black hair, so he didn't even try to pull up the meager hood of the cloak. His remark about the Kashvar they walk past isn't so much an assessment of intent, so much as it was just being vigilant.
There were a few strong beings on Konats, and he'd met most of them. The Nova Corps, they called themselves - but they were on good terms with Zuqetta, so he didn't think there'd be trouble with them even if he wasn't using this little wrist device to suppress his power. There was supposedly a very strong Konatsian, but they weren't seen very often apparently.
Lottus glances down at Jagaimo, adjusting his pace now and then to not pull ahead of her too far.
"You know, I tried advising Taori, Vocado, and Amara to come and take this planet." Lottus says in a conversational tone. "They aren't as advanced as the Tuffle rodents, and don't have many warriors comparable to us Saiyans. We wouldn't have to worry about annihilating them though, a swift conquest, and our people could take up this planet as a new home world, and leave that half dead rock behind."
