RAW TALENT
Twice per thread, when using a Non-Heavy Standard technique, you may gain an additional 1 MP.
TENACIOUS
Once per thread, a Non-Heavy Standard technique you use during combat costs -1 KP. This cannot make it cost 0 KP. It cannot have its power boosted in any way.
Your Sniper and Lock-On techniques now have their power increased by +40% when their target uses an evasive technique against them.

Delta Sentinel charges a powerful blast with a backwards facing hand, and thrusts it forth to unleash a large beam of energy at the target!

Bleed: Your technique will inflict the Bleeding Status if it deals more than 20% damage to a target. This will last two turns.
Disappointment: If an opponent takes less than 20% damage from your attack, regain half of the KP used to fire it. This rounds down in the case of decimals, and stacks with other KP regaining effects.
