The impacts against Tulse were a fading memory as the twins waded into the fight as well, pulling the other Oozaru away from the skirmish and leaving an exhausted Jagaimo holding Lottus against her. Her whole world constricted as she held onto the giant man, his head on her shoulder, almost buried under the fountain of hair he sported. His wounds were bad, but not likely to kill him anytime soon…but the fight was out of his eyes when she looked at him. He was also very heavy, she mused to herself, the amusing thought bringing a twitch to the corner of her mouth. Despite her own power she could feel the weight of him in her arms…had she ever felt this tired before?
She senses Zuqetta moving closer to them, her power washing over everything in the area like a supernatural force. Even without the ability to sense someone's Ki she doubted she wouldn’t have felt that pressure…these Super Saiyan’s were a breed apart from the rest of them that much was for sure. They seemed to be full of limitless energy…while she was more tired than she could ever remember being, needing some effort to hold her head up to watch the approaching Queen…
The young Saiyan woman gave a nod to Lottus as he spoke just to her, a weak smile on her lips as he made a promise, finding some comfort as his tail slid round her body in the same protective manner in which she held him just now. The glow from him faded and she heard Zuqetta’s words…commands rather than requests…speaking in a way Jagaimo had never really heard her before. It had only been a matter of time until the weight of her position caught up with the golden floating Saiyan. Not everything could be polite requests and hopes of compliance…Lottus had pushed, they’d all pushed just a little too hard and now she was showing the force she could be as Queen, not just as their friend.
Jagaimo lifted her heavy lidded eyes to the woman’s face, holding her gaze for a moment before looking away, guilty for having helped push her to this point, for getting in the way of something that should have been so simple. She let her head rest on the giant Saiyan’s shoulder as he scooped her up and struggled to stand, swaying for a moment before he found his footing. Even now he couldn’t seem to help but argue with her, almost as if trying to convince himself that it was his idea to head to the Brawl Hole, not a command that spoke of no other alternative except imprisonment or death.
Other powers swirled around on the edges of her senses but she pulled them in towards herself, shutting them all off. She didn’t need them, didn’t need to know where they were or what they were doing. Everything that mattered was within a few feet of her. Lottus. Zuqetta…they mattered. The others were just strangers really after all…they all had their reasons for being here but right now it didn’t matter to her. She’d find them all eventually and balance the scales but that was a plan for another day, there were more important things that needed to be dealt with, and as much as one of them should have been Gira’s angry promise to Lottus, Jagaimo found she just didn’t have the fire in her anymore to oppose the woman…she wasn’t wrong, there was no denying that but despite all his flaws and the path of destruction that had followed him since the war…the young woman wasn’t about to give up on him, not where the future was concerned. She’d fight for him if she had to for her own skewed reasons, but Gira’s challenge wasn’t hers to face and she was no threat to either of them right now, that much was clear in her words.
When she looks around Jagaimo notices the ground receding slowly, her gaze going past Lottus to the scene around them, the fresh signs of battle, the fading glows as unleashed power was restrained once more…and then slowly raised her head to look at the man that was carrying her, floating into the sky with him, setting her eyes on his, then nodded just once before she closed her eyes and resting on his shoulder.
“A daughter.”
