CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE:
BACKGROUND: Rambutan has long been a loyal soldier of the Empire, though the majority of his service was less on the direct field and more often in the service to dignitaries and other folk of importance. Rambutan's homeworld is one of he older "Conquest" planets that had been taken by force into the Empire in the centuries past, and until recently, the world had often been regarded and treated as second class by the Arcosians. During Ticoga's reign, many worlds, including Rambutan's, have seen their citizenship classification raised to full member world, and the dictator that ruled over the world was removed from power by order of the Emperor.
Wishing to meet and serve the Emperor who uplifted his world, Rambutan applied to serve Ticoga directly, though the process has been slow, making Rambutan think his application had been rejected. However, Rambutan suddenly found himself being called to The Relentless, the flagship of the Emperor.
Rambutan hopes that his service not only brings him recognition, but also brings more prestige for his people of the Planet Racall, who have long been oppressed.

You may activate Max Power at the very start of your post, increasing the power of all of your techniques by +10% while active. This will drain Momentum at a cost of -1 MP per post at the beginning of your post and prevents you from gaining MP naturally, using evasive or escape techs, blocking escapes, and intercepting attacks meant for others. You can only turn it off at the end of a post, at the end your second post after activation at the earliest. You will still consume MP and not regain any MP on the post you turned it off on. If you run out of MP, you lose Max Power's effects at the end of your post and cannot gain any MP on your next turn.
