“Elder Tambo! The Arcosian Empire! They’re coming for us! What shall we do?”
A mass of Namekians congregated around the grey namekian the moment he set foot in the village. Unbeknownst to him, great turmoil was taking place among the populace ever since the election of the newest Mazoku king. A good maneuver, Tambo thought, one that Nero approved of in order to give back some control and self-governance to the still healing Mazoku caste. Tambo, too, was in favor of it, but their dealings had caused problems across the universe and now, danger was at their doorstep. The peaceful Namekian people would feel the tremors of this conflict, concerned or not and the threat of it escalating was far too great to discard it simply.
Tambo pondered, thinking about what their ancestors would have done in their place. He was a being of little means and as shameful as he was of it, he knew he could not hold a candle to those about to enter the stage. He did not condone what atrocities or threats were done in the name of the Mazoku, but at the same time, the people of Namek deserved better than living in the constant fear of evil soiling their ground with wicked magic or politicians treating it as their sandbox just to make an example of a fool.
Tambo dropped his weapon to the ground, the sharpened blade of his axe sinking a few inches into the ground as it made contact. He asked the people to step back a little, before speaking.
“Lord Guru.” He spoke, looking towards the sky. There was authority as well as deep respect for Nero in his tone. “I trust you will find a way to preserve the people of Namek, but please, heed my words. It is time for the people of Namek to take a firm stance against otherworldly influences. The people of this planet are fundamentally good, caring and gentle. I start to fear that this very same gentleness is being taken advantage of. By some who would spread their evil influence amongst our ranks… as well as others who would think little of our safety if it means taking what they desire. I know not of the present situation, but we cannot allow this to happen. Not anymore.”
He closed his eyes for a second before meeting the gaze of those around him.
“As for me…” He paused. There was conviction in his eyes, as well as a renewed sense of purpose that eluded him for a long time now. “I may not be able to protect you all, but I will bear witness to what happens there. I will try to make sure no harm comes to the innocent people of this planet and should I fall while pursuing peace, I wish for you all to inherit my will and strive for the safety of Namek.”
He picked up his battle axe, lifting the gargantuan weapon with a single hand, resting it against his shoulder.
“Though the conflict might not reach you all the way over here, keep yourselves safe and work together. Believe in our Guru.”

OOC: Entering the Capital, Tambo is recognized and swarmed with people warning him of the attack. Though people are agitated, there is a loud silence, filled with uncertainty.
