Yangcong Vs Lottus - Rematch

    Lottus' mind was a dark fog. But there was his anger. Always his anger. But even still, he fought against that fog. The Saiyan could see not but the flickering of crimson and black in his mind's eye - but he could feel something approach. Something, or someone, reaches out to touch his mind.

    The first thing Yangcong would see as his mind connects to Lottus' is an inky black. Soundless. Senseless. Unfeeling, save for the sensation of an infectious rage. A pair of red eyes slowly open, and the world around them grows slightly brighter as Lottus awakes to the realm within their minds. A familiar old man stands on nothing save for the pitch of black that surrounds them. Despite there being no other light, the two were fully visible to one another.

    Lottus' Super Saiyan aura bleeds with whisps of black and red.

    "...So... the weakling comes back to prove his ineptitude again..." Lottus remarks. Yangcong rushes towards Lottus, brining his foot rocketing towards Lottus' head. The Saiyan lifts his left arm, catching the kick against his forearm. "Stronger, yes... But not as much as you hoped to be."

    Lottus shoves Yangcong's leg away and grins.

    "I've been running my own simulations to idle my time away - I've killed you some eight times now. Let's see if my mind games hold up?" Lottus says, tightening his hands into fists. He raises his right hand high overhead, and sneers at Yangcong - in an instant, a massive ball of crimson and black Ki forms over his raised palm! "Let's see how well you handle this attack this time around, shall we!?"

    Lottus wrenches his arm down, and the massive sphere of Ki immediately falls upon Yangcong!!

    Outside of the mental image battle that had begun to wage, another tiny whisp of red leaks through the ice, and another tiny crack appears...

    Lottus watches and smiles as a blast hammers against his chest - but in this realm of the mind, there was no material to destroy. The shot crashes against Lottus -- and he doesn't budge an inch! Lottus grins as Yangcong manages to avoid his attack. Good - now he understood the absolute maximum speed the man could manage currently. Yangcong hid it well, but Lottus' senses could not be tricked, not here in a place of the mind. It had taken everything Yangcong had of his energy to manage the dodge. He could play it off all he liked - Lottus had the man's measure now.

    He'd faced opponents faster than himself before, and he had an answer to those as well. Yangcong would fall the same as any who chose to underestimate him.

    "Stronger, but still not nearly enough. You're not even close to the power of the Namekian I killed; but you're just as arrogant." Lottus smirks and leers at Yangcong. "I could not give a damn less about your history. I know enough to know you chose to use Destron - and for that alone, I will make certain to torture you before you die."

    Lottus leans forward, and rockets towards the half breed! He brings his right elbow swinging up at Yangcong's chin, following close with a vicious knee aimed at Yangcong's stomach!

    Lottus' knee found its target, and Yangcong was sent reeling back. It was a good blow, but nothing too major - he doubts it would knock the man back for too long. Surely enough, Yangcong straightens and levels his arm blaster at Lottus. The Saiyan smirks and starts walking towards Yangcong; there was no rush, after all. So long as the man was here, it was best to enjoy picking them apart until inevitability finally began to settle in.

    The first shot fired at Lottus was effortlessly slapped aside, and Lottus continued towards Yangcong even as the latter began firing shot after shot in rapid succession. Blast after blast hammers against Lottus, but he had become a juggernaut. Lottus only smacks aside blasts that aim for his face, grinning with each step closer he gets.

    "You want a reason? Hahaha..." Lottus chuckles, drawing ever closer to the half breed old man. "Because I can, Yangcong. The universe took everything from me. Everything. So now I take everything in return - this is revenge. I'll slaughter every single being in this universe that had anything to do with Destron. I'll destroy every PLANET that produces it. I'll kill every being that's ever used it. Hatchi is MINE to destroy!"

    Lottus catches one of the shots, crushing in in his palm.

    "And once I'm done wiping every worthless piece of TRASH like you and those that use it from existence, I'll figure out a way to get into Otherworld, so I can start slaughtering the Gods for taking the only thing left of my soul." Lottus continues. "Killing people like Gandigan is only a bonus. Killing that Otama fellow will just be about fun. I fight to destroy; I'll reclaim my soul, and forge my own freedom. And once I am free of this irksome little prison you've put me in, I'll slaughter the Mazoku. Otama was so kind as to tell me exactly where you brought me, after all. Slaying Gandigan's legacy will be just as delicious as when I vaporized the so-called Mazoku King!!"

    Lottus listens to Yangcong, but the man's explanation only serves to further fuel Lottus' interest in slaying him. Lottus considers a retort, but as Yangcong flashes forward, the Saiyan raises his arms out, as if inviting Yangcong into an embrace! The dagger lances into Lottus' stomach, and a searing pain races through him. It was a familiar pain, but one he had experienced in the real world so often, that Lottus only groans from the stab wound.

    Lottus closes his left hand around Yangcong's arm, and leans towards the older man with a malicious smile.

    "You think this ice you found from a flower can hold me? Stupid old man." Lottus grins, and the golden glow of the Super Saiyan form envelopes them both. "I have died and ripped my way through realities to return to this realm of existence. You have me, for now. Perhaps for a month at best. But I cannot be stopped. The only thing you can do is slow me down - and no weapon you make will ever change that. You, Yangcong, are not stronger than Hell itself. And if Hell could not keep me, neither can you."

    Lottus casually brings his hand up to Yangcong's face, splaying the fingers wide. He slowly pushes against Yangcong's arm, sliding the dagger's blade back out of his stomach.

    "I will burn your tree people to ashes. I will destroy everything you ever hope to achieve." Lottus says, his hand beginning to flash with crimson light. "My only regret right now, is that this wont do to you, what I really want it to do."

    Lottus' hand suddenly surges with energy, and a large beam is fired at Yangcong's face at point blank range!!

    The blast overtook Yangcong entirely, sending the man hurtling back and away from Lottus. He takes a moment to look down at his stomach, but finds no wound. Well, this was in their minds, after all. Lottus pats the spot, and looks back at Yangcong - and a blast slams into his chest! Lottus grunts, and leers at Yangcong, who had recovered and added additional protection to his mental image gear.

    Lottus had hurt him, and quite badly, he knew. Just like that, with one blast, the battle had swayed in his favor.

    "So... this is all you can do now that you're stronger." Lottus remarks, shaking his head and starting to walk towards Yangcong once more. "It's a bad thing to say, you know. Gandigan said the same thing. I'm stronger now, Lottus. I've surpassed you, now I'll kill you! Hahahaha...."

    Lottus flexes his hands, his eyes narrowing with murderous intent.

    "This makes four for four - every time someone I beat down comes back saying they've gotten stronger, I beat them down again." Lottus chuckles darkly. "I'm starting to think that confident claim is a cursed line to say. But let's keep playing - it's keeping me warm."

    As if in demonstration, another tiny crack appears across the ice over Lottus' chest in the real world...

    Lottus was gaining momentum already, and he could feel the strength of his body increasing. Yangcong shouts as he prepares to charge at Lottus, eliciting a wide, evil grin from the Saiyan.

    "I agree - we're far from finished with this little game." Lottus remarks as Yangcong flashes forward! Yangcong struck fast - but would see that something was already wrong. Each punch that struck Lottus elicits a thunderous impact, but the Saiyan just stands still, taking the punches as if they were not but drops of rain.

    Lottus remains still as Yangcong blurs and moves behind him, more blows impacting against the seemingly unmovable Saiyan. A kick slams against the side of Lottus' head, but his head barely moves as a result! The half breed leaps into the air, firing a blast down upon Lottus! The shot explodes, covering Lottus in a cloud of smoke as Yangcong lands and says his piece.

    Lottus suddenly steps through the smoke, unfazed by the assault.

    "Your toys and sciences can only get you so far against me, Yangcong." Lottus remarks straightening his posture to his full height. Lottus' golden flaming aura burns brighter, and the world of black suddenly shifts - shadows morphing and taking new shape and the void beneath their feet became grey and stony looking. Yangcong would recognize the scenery - it was the metropolis ruins on Plant. "Let's keep up the game, shall we?"

    Lottus suddenly flashes forward, bringing a fist fast towards Yangcong's stomach!!

    At Yangcong's retort, Lottus offers only a mocking laugh. He begins walking towards the old man, and stops only once things start getting visually interesting. The suit fires off multiple small projectiles that arc around from Yangcong and rapidly converge towards Lottus! Lottus grins wide as the missiles crash into him and explode. Lottus steps through the flames and smoke, his eyes still locked on Yangcong with malicious intent.

    "All you're doing is wasting your time." Lottus chides. "You might have made this little trick work this time - but there will never be a second time. I will break free from this. That's just a matter of time. And your little experiment will never work against me again."

    Lottus sneers.

    "And thanks for telling me your plans - I look forward to giving that knowledge to Nero and Zuqetta. If you killed the Tuffles, that only works to my benefit - but that also means you're putting yourself in my way. They are mine to punish, and I have no intention of letting you have your fun." Lottus chuckles darkly. "You have just as many enemies as I do - I look forward to telling your enemies that you've thrown your lot in with the Mazoku Clan. That by itself will see some of my own enemies be destroyed. Perhaps in the chaos of it all, I'll get to have my fun with you and that insect Otama heheheh!"
