From the depths of space, a massive vessel, The Relentless, appears as if from thin air. Slowly now, it moves out of Namek's stellar shadow and towards the planet. It had been some time since last he'd been here, indeed. Without a doubt, Ticoga knew that Nero would soon know of his arrival through their shared diplomat, an Arcosian who know worked closely whenever Nero required it. Ticoga sent a verification of arrival to the diplomat, so there would be no question of who was arriving.
The Relentless enters Namek's atmosphere, and moves swiftly over the mountains and plateaus, and the vast bodies of water in between islands and continents. The devastation of this land largely remained, with only the region controlled by the Mazoku bearing any signs of natural recovery. The ship arrives outside the visible edges of the Mazoku Palace's area of control, and settles down on its many legged landing gear. Normally, thousands of soldiers would pour out as part of the ship's defense - but not this time.
This time, only Ticoga would step out of the ship. This was to be the final step, a final attempt at diplomacy. And it is only because of the Saiyan who had come to Ticoga on Arcose that Ticoga even entertained the idea of attempting. Within moments of Ticoga's arrival through the village leading up to the looming stone palace, Mazoku would stare at him in confusion, anger, and some with fear. Some even took off, rocketing towards the Castle. The last time Ticoga had been here, it had been to witness and congratulate Gandigan's ascension to leadership. It was numbing to know how fast such relations could change.
Ticoga, hands clasped behind his back, walks up to the Castle, and stops some hundred or so feet from its entrance. Mazoku guards watch him warily.
"I am Emperor Ticoga, Lord of the Arcosian Empire." Ticoga says loudly, though his voice is unshaken and firm. "I would speak to King Marimba, as is appropriate of Lords before war is fully engaged. Let the final words of diplomacy before war be shared between us, and us alone."
