Lady Scarlet's Royal Advisor, Rhuba left to take care of some "business" as he put it, Leaving Lady Scarlet standing on the streets of Sadala. Despite Rhuba's confidence that he and her could take on the Progenitor themselves, but Lady Scarlet felt that they needed more manpower. She wondered just how she might procure volunteers or potential victims of her mind control. Rhuba had assured that those who had power were well within their rights to use it. Lady Scarlet donned her dark, dirty cloak and hood to hide her true form. At the very least, Lady Scarlet felt she would have eyes on her at all times if it was known that all these saiyans and others hjad someone of her...persuasion was in her midst. The progenitor had uploaded a BIT of political proclivities, functions, and strategies into her artificial brain, albeit organic. For now, all she could do was what she had been doing before meeting Rhuba, walking (sticking to the shadows whenever possible) and keeping an eye out for potential candidates/targets. Those with or able to procure large spaceships were preferable, but she would not turn away anyone just because they did not. Also, she figured the more training, the harder it would be to control them.

It had been many weeks since Daika had left the Capital to begin her great journey of greatness on Plant. Those days roughing it out in the Borgos Bluffs or toughing it up against devious monsters in the Saiba Wastes had hardened the young girl a bit more to the world than she initially had been raised. Now, as she stood in her home city with an eye to the sky watching single-person space pods fly by at top speeds, she stood as someone who was more mellowed out to the struggles of survival. She was still naive, but now she knew that adventures didn't magically come to you. You have to seek them out. You have to seek out glory yourself.
That's what brought the Saiyaness to the outside wall of one of the many tavern-style bars that lined the streets. The corkboard wall dubiously pinned with thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of sheets of paper with local requests, odd jobs, and hits the locals had been posting up for help. She would pull one after another from the wall, sighing as nothing screamed 'Here lies a great adventure, destroy the evil saiba king' or something more like what she wanted. Even the holoboard next to the more primitive corkboard that was loaded with government sponsored missions was sparse with anything of true merit. Every good mission had been taken by Saiyan military personnel or higher powered Saiyan warriors.
"UGH!" The young Saiyan would groan as she'd crumple up a paper requesting someone assist with farming, throwing the paper behind her and grabbing the back of her head out of frustration. "Why aren't there any cool missions. I wanna kill a big monster, destroy an evil empire. I want BATTLE, not to needlessly fight rogue snakes or plant carrots in some dingy farm." The girl would complain more as she took a seat at one of the bar's outside tables, one hand in her hair as the other laid leisurely across her lap. "...Maybe I should call daddy and see if they have anything more fun... No, I said I'd do this on my own... But there's nothing to dooooooo." She'd continue, debating what exactly she was supposed to do from here on. Would anyone, anything be capable of giving her a true challenge?
It was a typical exercise for the trio to move through crowded areas, while Gemus would pose his two young charges questions, before suddenly interjecting with a scenario. Such as, ‘There! An armed man on that roof, what do you do?' For Sparge it was engaging, as he kept his eyes on the people in Sadala, but for Kohl, it was life-draining, the questions were nearly always philosophy (boring) or hypotheticals (again boring).
So while the older pair of the trio chatted and engaged one another, the young man’s mind drifted, thinking back to his last fight and how well his strikes had connected with his opponent, he was practically dreaming as he walked through the streets with his eyes closed.
When, he heard Daika, talking loudly about adventure and monsters, that’s His kind of conversation. Silently he stepped away from the conversation he was meant to be in, to one he wanted to start. The young saiyan took the chair opposite Daika and slumped into it. “Tell me about it, my dad’s always going on about guarding people and training. Talk about BORING! Am I right? Anyway, I’m Kohl, how’s it going?” He extended a fist to be bumped across the table.

The cloaked and hooded figure of Lady Scarlet stayed mostly to the shadows where there were shadows to be had as she studied those she passed. Her mind ticked, "Potentially useful" and "not" with each person she passed. She got to another area where she couldn't find shadows to hide in as she observed an intreguing conversation between Saiyan youths discussing monster hunting. "UGH! "Why aren't there any cool missions. I wanna kill a big monster, destroy an evil empire. I want BATTLE, not to needlessly fight rogue snakes or plant carrots in some dingy farm. ...Maybe I should call daddy and see if they have anything more fun... No, I said I'd do this on my own... But there's nothing to dooooooo." and “Tell me about it, my dad’s always going on about guarding people and training. Talk about BORING! Am I right? Anyway, I’m Kohl. How's it going?" She chuckled to herself, perhaps more loudly than she intended. She had a monster for them. A monster indeed. She cackled again. Nevermind Progenitor as she called the entity, she was such a monster. Not that she intended to let anyone know. A gray scaly hand grasped a wooden rail as she listened. She was brought back to the waking world as she heard the creak of wood about to give way. She debated how to classify the youths. She was hesitant about their age. She had learned from experience with these saiyans that youth simply meant you had passionk, a will, a fighting spirit that had not been dimmed by the rigors of age. Heck, she was a youth herself in a manner of speaking.

Having sat back in her seat groaning about the lack of proper things to do, missions to take, Daika couldn't help but be surprised by the sudden appearance of the Saiyan sitting across from her. She wasn't expecting anyone to appear from nowhere, especially when she wasn't paying proper attention.
"Oh! Hello Kohl" She'd say, still surprised with looking the older saiyan up and down cautiously. She was used to people avoiding her, being both a younger child and about as strong as most saiyan guards put her on a weird pedestal compared to others. The smooth, undamaged arms of the girl crossed on the table before her, her eyes locking with Kohl's as she scanned the area with her Ki sense, trying to feel for his power. He was pretty substantial, both in height over her as well as power is comparison, but she couldn't help but feel the discomfort of the vague, as-powerful-as-her lingering energy nearby. Her eyes darting across crowds of cloaked saiyans and other alien individuals scowering for jobs and missions to adhere to. She knew many saiyans had such strong energy and power, but this felt... unnatural. Not Saiyan, not even Tuffle. It felt wrong. "I'm Lady Daika, daughter of Lord Silphus and Lady Gelicka. House Imperator." She'd state as she showed the house sigil on her family's armor. It's symbology simple, the Saiyan anchor with crossed arrows in an X shape through the center piece, with a skull nestled neatly atop the northernmost point. The house was a smaller royal one, related to the dynasty before King Taori had taken the throne completely and heavily involved in Saiyan infrastructure and housing, as well as many avenues in business across the planet. She was far from wealthy, and even farther from important, but her house held some weight, and she disliked letting people ignore it. "Not that it matters much, we are both Saiyans here. With the new rule, they're doing away with progeny." She'd scoff, her pride clearly evident through it all. "You said your dad has you doing guard posts? All my parents have been letting me do is train with the royal guards at the palace or do short fights with Saibamen in the breeding pits... They won't let me go on any real adventures because they don't want me to hurt myself."
“Well my Dad, has these ideas that we’ll be the royal guards for Zuqetta, he’s been planning this since when Taori was King, but I guess that went belly up when he gave up.” Kohl rolled his eyes. “Oh yeah, I’m Kohl Ironheart, my dad was a royal guard for the King when the invasion and war was going on, and he was like promoted? He’s a noble nowadays, I on the other hand was adopted. Lucky me I guess..." He paused for a moment to think or breathe it was hard to tell which. "At least you get to do proper training, he’s always trying to make me think, even though I’ve kicked the ass of nearly everyone I’ve ever met.” He smirked and looked away, subtly flexing as he did. He was always trying to look cool, and it worked through his school and early academy years, but not so much with his family.
He did however catch the strange figure staring at them, Kohl tried not to catch their eye as he turned back to Daika and leaned over the table a bit. “There’s a weird person over there, do you know them, or is it some kind of rando?” He whispered but it was forced and probably too loud considering the situation.
Meanwhile, Gemus and Sparge had stopped for a moment’s rest, when they realised that Kohl had slipped away. It was typical of him to go wandering when important things were happening, but not normal on such a busy day. They quickly discussed when they last saw him and narrowed down where he might have detached and begun to walk back towards the tavern.

The robed figure manages to stay in the shadows near enough to hear your conversation. She indeed overheard Kohl's "weird" comment. She smiles, and thinks to herself, 'young would-be warriors might not know how to shield their minds and they have a lot to prove. She might have lucked out again this day. I did not expect this kind of fortune.' The figure is robed and hooded, but somehow you can still somehow sense a wry smile from them. She motions the two youths closer. If they approach, Lady Scarlet would look at Kohl first say, "I'm weird huh? It's not the first time I've been called such. It's the least of what I am, I assure you." She has a monotone quality to the voice but clearly feminine. "But that's not why I called you over." She looks at Daika then back at Kohl. "Soooo. You want to fight, huh? I may have something for you..." she holds up a scaley hand to forstall any comments or questions. "But first, I will need to test you. I promise to go easy on you should that prove necesary... but I don't think it is, is it? After all, you are warriors who haven't been tested adequately..." She looks at Kohl, "or at all." She looks at Daika. "So, in that case I can promise not to hold back, if you prefer..." 'First, Lady Scarlet would give these young warriors the channce to serve her willing, like Rhuba, or with... coersion.'
