ACQUAINTANCES Not outright friends but not disliked enough to be enemies. Can include people Kronos isn't sure what to make of. |
Prim | Oddball
"Rude and unhelpful, like most adults. I like his--her--their style though! Sort of looked like a Konatsian...wonder if I'll see 'em again."
Kronos was imprisoned alongside Prim in Yangcong's laboratory once and sort of helped each other escape. They haven't seen each other since then, but that was a memorable enough event for the Saiyan to keep 'em in their thought. He wonders if they'll cross paths again.
Commodore Kimono | Temporary ally
"We didn't exactly talk, but she fought her own sister just for Tunic's sakes--that takes a lot. Really curious what sorta dynamic she has goin' on with her sister. Strong, too."
Gira & the Saiyalad| Allies / Budding Friends
"Despite being a Saiyan that looks sorta old, they're not bad! First time I met another superhero; even had a whole costume and comic! The little guy she calls her 'Saiyalad's alright. Bit of a fanboy, but I get it. The question I'm tryin' to figure out is how she knew Tunic was my girlfriend?!"
When a two-bit supervillain called the Octopus King terrorized West City, Kronos stepped in to stop them--only to find another Superhero at the scene, alongside a sidekick! Despite his initial apprehension, Gira seemed to be shockingly decent given her tail, with the Saiyalad's tale of how they met resonating deeply with Kronos. Before the duo left, they agreed to partner up with the Teens of Tomorrow, securing the superhero group's first affiliation!
FRIENDS People the Saiyan's fond of! Can also include people he likes in a way they're not fond of admitting. He forges friendships quickly. |
Tunic | Girlfriend
"Tunic...I met her by complete accident, but man, how'd things be like if I didn't? She's the coolest person ever--they've got super-sick elemental trident and a mansion and stuff! They're my best friend! Who just kisses me every now and then! Maybe a girlfriend!"
Kronos first met Tunic on earth, bearing witness to an accidental explosion caused at her training grounds and offering to spar with the dragoon for fun. Tunic only expected minor practice and Kronos was just out for cheap Teen of Tomorrow promotion, yet by the end of the day, the two had found shocking amounts of solace in each others presence. In many ways they couldn't be more different--Tunic was as formal and polite as Kronos was rough and loud--but their similar backgrounds as orphans and mutual curiosity in one other made them get along surprisingly quickly. The two quickly grew fonder of each other, yet where Tunic is open with their emotions, Kronos is anything but, only barely managing to admit that he had a crush on her after their second kiss.
Kronos holds Tunic in the highest regard, to the point where she inspires two very rare emotions from the Saiyan--overprotectiveness and honesty. Beyond being the rare vector for emotional transparency, she's also a more-than-capable sparring partner and a decent friend all-around. Not a Teen of Tomorrow, though...at least, not yet.
Om-Yogu | Older Brother
"He's like me, but cooler and stronger! Yeah, Yogu's got a bit of a literal-inner-demon problem, but he hasn't let that stop 'em from being a hero. I'm glad I could remind him how cool a guy they are."
By sheer chance, Kronos met Yogu and randomly asked if the lackadaisacal Konatsian would join the Teens--and Yogu said yes! The resulting afternoon was a hectic one wherein Kronos sparred with the Konatsian, gave them a hearwarming speech about their worth and then nearly got zapped by their demonic half. Yet the teenager believed in Yogu enough to enlist him as a member of the Teens of Tomorrow even with their recent demon possession!
Pankaa | Fun Friend
"Pankaa's great! They're pretty polte, but they're definitely not meek: I figured that out from how easily he beat me in a spar, bwahahaha! Cool dude all around--and they joined the Teens of Tomorrow, too! Dunno what to make about 'em being a brother to the Guru, though."
Pending...
Aufeia | Friend (that he feels guilty around)
"Aufeia's neat! I'm not exactly happy about how we met--I trashed an entire spaceport and nearly hurt her, too...but she seems to think well of me anyways? Iunno what she sees in me. But she's cool! Quiet and super smart. Strong, too."
In a bid to try and rid a spaceport of thieves, Kronos started a fight with more or less it's entire population of guards; Aufeia tried to help him out while simultaneously keeping him from annihilating the entire building. She just barely managed to do this and nearly exposed her secret identity in the process, with Kronos pulling her away from the scene before she was fully exposed. After a very lengthy apology from Kronos, they made up, seeing the best in one another!
Pests & Enemies People he doesn't like, ranging from annoying individuals, to people he's conflicted on but still dislikes, to outright nemeses. |
Jagaimo | Saiyan Guard with a niceness streak
"Strong as hell, surprisingly pretty and young enough to be a Teen of Tomorrow--but she's not only a Saiyan, but one that works for the Empire directly. She almost killed me, too! At least she sort of has a soul?"
When Kronos returned to Plant to take revenge on some of his bullies, Jagaimo intercepted his attacks, defeating the Saiyan with a single punch while delivering a scathing set of insults. However, her words were not merely mocking, but genuine advice, and by the end of their battle, she chose to let him off the hook--with a warning that she wouldn't be so nice next time. Kronos promised to be strong enough to not make that matter.
Yangcong | Vile Enemy
"Forget all the people this freak's killed directly--how much damage has he done to the Tuffles as a whole? If villains like Yangcong didn't exist, maybe...maybe my parents would still be alive. Whenever I do meet him again, I'm going to make him suffer."
There are very few individuals Kronos hates more than Yangcong, quite possibly none if he doesn't count himself. More than a few amount of the discrimination he experienced was due to Saiyans lashing out at the terrorist's attacks; though Kronos absolutely doesn't absolve his bullies of responsibility, it was hard to not loathe Yangcong even more. After being tricked into creating an Ion Cannon by Yangcong's alter-ego, forced to regrow a tail and imprisoned underground, Kronos has made it his sworn mission to permanently defeat people like him--a task that the Saiyans and Tuffles seemingly never could.
Kronos has known about Yangcong's exploits for about three or four years, but only knew him personally when he started work for 'Doctor Valentine'. After a month of research spent working on what he thought was a shield, Yangcong revealed himself to Kronos and promptly imprisoned him for experimentation; it was only thanks to Prim and Dion's help that Kronos managed to escape.
Zuqetta & Chancellor Cheri | Enemy Numero Uno
"The hell is there to say? The two of them are everything Yangcong is, except with the authority of half the planet and the adoration that comes with that. If I'm worth anything, anything at all--I'm going to cut them down for good. I swear."
Throughout Kronos's entire life, he has been resentful of society on Sadala for how he was treated-and in his eyes, no two people represent this better than the Saiyan and Tuffle leaders. To Kronos, they are not only the source of Planet Plant's rot, but an embodiment of everything wrong with the universe: evil, old, power-hungry aliens wielding absolute power for absolute tyranny. The first time Kronos met the two face-to-face, he utterly broke down, desperately trying to make them see his point-of-view before giving up and going for a pathetic assassination attempt. Kronos has seen the errors of his ways, though: he should have attacked first.
