Having finished his dark venting speech, he looked back at the saiyajin, noticing her serious stare, that of someone who was about to lecture him about something. She began by asking if that path of destruction was the one he wanted to walk. His response to that was swift.
"It is the only path I know. The only life I know. It has been over 5 times your lifetime of just this. You do not understand. You had it easy."
The teenager was unwavered, however, and argued he had been spared for some esoteric reason, and to not let those who wronged him define his life. To her, there was still hope for him, he could live a life he would be proud of, build something meaningful that would bring him fulfillment. That is how she explained her motivations for being a hero.
"Why are you a part of the Mazoku, then? Did you not get our clan is evil? We are planning on invading planets, slaughtering our enemies. Out next king is nothing but a betrayer and a manipulator, and here you stand, looking at life as if it is a basket of flowers."
Gira told him to trust her, though. She knew how hard it could be to change someone's ways, this far into life especially, but it could be done. Despite that, Otama had no state of mind at that moment to hear those words of wisdom, even if they were coming from such a friendly face. Never before had he tried to work on his trauma, and right now, on the streets of Sadala Capital, in the birthday party of a teenager, was certainly not the time. His hands trembled slightly, then were clenched with strength. His eyes revealed his hesitant refusal for help. He did not want to be saved, not yet.
"Good bye, Farria..." - he spoke as he turned around.
The Argin immediately took off, disappearing into the night with his dark aura, as if not to be found by anything and anyone. Only once he had worked things out by himself, would he show his face again to any of his Mazoku brethren.
