Do you think I'm good enough?

Speed, strength, grit, Zuci was impressive; Super Saiyan or no, she herself as a fighter was impressive. Zuqetta thought back to when she'd fought against Taori, his unwavering emotionless expression, his powerful but controlled strikes. The learning experience she had back then had now stretched into her current fight, it was becoming more and more clear that Super Saiyan wasn't the same for everyone. Zuqetta herself had to give herself to rage to activate it, Taori seemed completely void of emotion, and Zuci seemed filled to the brim with energy and excitement. Unlike she or Taori however, Zuci's strikes seemed untamed; they lacked accuracy and used so much power that Zuqetta was sure Zuci would end up tiring herself out.

It seemed her thoughts were spot on as Zuci herself even began to say as much. "I don't think that's the expression!" Zuqetta would laugh, her aura flickering a bit; she'd leap back, slapping away the shots fired by Zuci before taking a wide stance, "Oh, ya want a good one huh?" she'd say with a smirk, "Okay then, how 'bout I serve ya up somethin' I was savin' for my challenge!" she'd exclaim, taking a long drawn breath and holding both her hands out before her, "I'm still workin' on it, so bear with me a bit!"

With her right hand, energy of pure white would gather; in her left, a black abyss of energy, swirling like a vortex. Her Super Saiyan energy would erupt around her momentarily, before fading, being replaced instead by her magical aura. She focused firmly on gathering her energy, giving Zuci the chance to gather her own in defense.

Light magic surged, dark magic swirled, the core of Zuqetta's energy struggling to find a balance of use between the two. The technique was far from complete, but once mastered, Zuqetta hoped to be capable of utilizing such an attack with greater speed and even only a single hand. The conflicting natures of light and dark were hard enough to control, but to do so with such amounts of power was nerve wracking. At any point is seemed as though her power could erupt in her face if she wasn't careful... was this going too far for what was supposed to be a spar? Maybe... but wasn't this Zuci's point? She said fighting was how she got to know a person or something; from this, she would know Zuqetta for who she was, or maybe for who she wanted to be.

She didn't like senseless fighting, but right now as her hands came together to fuse the two overwhelming magical powers into a single attack, she couldn't have been having more fun if she tried.

"Okay, bring it on!!" She'd shout with a wide, sharp grin; her tail bashing the ground behind her as she aimed clasped her hands before her and aimed up towards Zuci, "FINAL-- CONVERGENCE!!!!"


Her shout would echo as her magical aura erupted around her momentarily before compressing onto the magic in her palms. The twin energy would fuse, like an ever rotating eclipse; the energy would shine with a piercing light before falling dark and back again. Then without warning, the energy would erupt; from Zuqetta's palms, the sphere would give way to a blast far larger than Zuqetta herself. At random, the surroundings would freeze, while other spots burst into flames; the convergence of magic that sped towards Zuci was not merely a combination of the two, but a pure mix which gave way to a unique energy of its own.

Even Zuqetta could feel Zuci's attack growing stronger with passing time, but in this fight time wasn't on her side. As Zuqetta's own attack pierced through the air towards Zuci, the woman would throw her hands and send the massive ball of accumulating energy downward. The sphere would have certainly grown strong, Zuqetta could sense it, and strangely enough not only by Zuci's own power. As the two forces colided, Zuqetta could make out the stray bits of magical energy occasionally being stripped from her attack and absorbed into the sphere; whatever it was Zuci had been developing was sure to become something great, for now however, it was to be the deciding factor of the duo's fight.

It happened, Zuci's attack would be overwhelmed and sent back towards her; Zuci had braced herself as she gave in to a fit of laughter, but as the sphere landed true, the fight would come to an end in a brilliant explosion. With all said and done, the hm of energy in the air would fade; though the sun hadn't yet risen, the area would be near bright as day, saturated with Zuqetta's light magic that had dispersed during the explosion. Surfaces of the bluffs seemed to glow with an eerie dark puddles here and there which appeared like star light, it made it clear to Zuqetta that she'd need to refine the fusion of her magic far more should she had wished to use it in battle more effectively.

Zuci lay within a small crater against one of the walls of the bluffs, sitting up with yet another laugh; despite the outcome, she'd clearly enjoyed herself, something that brought a smile to Zuqetta's face as she approached. "Hehe, you were right, that WAS fun!" she'd remark, kneeling down before the woman, "I haven't felt my adrenaline pump like this in... well, years... it was nice." she'd say with a nod, her smile softening as she looked upon Zuci, "The best part-?" she'd add, looking off towards the side and throwing out her arm; a sudden rush of energy would accumulate in her palm, and without warning she would launch a blast which careened out into the bluffs, drilling through a few of the mountains, "-I still had so much energy! Heh, maybe your excitement rubbed off on me a bit."

She'd give a lone pleasant sigh of relief, finally undoing her Super Saiyan form and dropping to a sitting position before Zuci. The energy in the air was still palpable, but would surely fade with time. Regardless of the side effects of their battle, an outcome had been determined between the two, and so Zuqetta would look up towards Zuci with an incredibly hopeful expression. She'd heard the woman's words, and understood well the implication; but her immaturity won out, and she wanted nothing more than to hear something far more specific, and as such would ask-

"So-- do you... think I'm good enough?"
