Ryugan and his friends were enjoying themselves as Joker was the next to fight his opponent as Ryugan had given him a head nudge and chuckled as Joker going about his business. Ryugan had heard a familiar voice and he smiled with joy.

“We found another portal and it brought us back here. Then we heard about this tournament that’s granting folks to get out of the afterlife. We joined because we were bored. But if we end up making it all the way, we would lose so that someone else could be given that freedom. Have you joined the tournament as well?”

Perhaps he already knew this and decided not to say anything.

Joker’s opponent was that of a giant size ogre, part of House Bones. The 15ft beast looked strong and powerful than Joker did. He kneeled down to Joker and lightly patted his head.

Orek: “I suggest you give up pip squeak. You are in the big leagues now. We both may not be dead like the others, but you can become dead once I’m done with ya.”

Joker: “You are lucky I took my medication today. I would have decided to kill you if I didn’t take it.”

Orek rising to his feet as he now lifted up his foot and proceeded to attempt to stomp on Joker. Joker holding onto his big foot and struggling.

Orek: “is that so midget? Let’s see how you like the taste of my boot!”

Joker: “you should have read about my species you demon dog. Close combat is our speciality.”

Joker began to inhale air into his lungs. Proceedings to grow from being a midget to a giant size 10ft toad and muscular at that. He now held onto the leg and locking it in place with his arm against his body. Joker inhaling air into his lungs.

Orek: “what the?!!! You can get bigger?!”

Joker exhaling out a poison gas from his mouth. The purple cloud covering the giant’s entire body as he struggled to break the hold and hold his breath. He finally had collapsed after being a ten seconds in the gas and knocking out due to the toxins in his body.

The crowd going while as Joker headed back to the waiting room. Meanwhile Ogresh had clenched his fist in anger as he slammed it against the table and standing up from his feet.

Ogresh: “Orek lost to a fucking frog?!?!”

Lorek: “his species are very dangerous. Even the weakest of their species are dangerous. That poison will kill anyone.”

Red: “you still have one other fighter right?”

Ogresh nodded.

Ryugan took note of the dangers of the portal and then he had mentioned about the plans.

Ryugan: “you mention about the Mazoku. I also met Gira as well on Namek. Me and her have been hanging out and doing missions together. She’s doing well and looks up to you. That’s something you don’t see now a days. People are either stabbing each other in the backs or only working with one another because it’s simply business. I don’t really know. Anyways, I plan to help you guys out.”

Joker had came back, giving Ryugan a high five as he was now back to his base form.

Ryugan: “good job Joker. You really showed that big giant who the real threat was. You used your advantage to trick your opponent. Very smart. Keep taking those meds it makes you think more clearly than usual.”

Joker nodded. Razer was next up and Ryugan hearing the name of the opponent being called from House Red. Ryugan whispering in his ear.

Ryugan: “Be careful with this one. He may be dead now. But he once served time with me back in Galactic Prison. When you had went home and I stayed back. He had just arrived to the prison. He was a level 6 like us.”

Razer nodded.

Razer: “any tips?”

Ryugan: “don’t let him get close to you. They said that he was able to turn people into ice.”

Razer getting into the ring, getting nervous as he stood on the other side. Pulling out his two giant shuriken, he attached some wires on it so that he could be as far away from him as possible. His opponent, a blind red brenchian just sat there with his legs crossed.

Razer had raised a brow, perhaps Ryugan was misinformed. Razer was quick to rush over to the man, quickly halting in his tracks as he started to sweat profusely. He jumped into the air and before he could hurl his shurikens, his body froze instantly. Crystallizing into an ice statue he started to feel the degrees rising.

Razer quickly attaching a ki bomb to his chest, having it explode as it freed him from the ice and smoke appearing from midair as he quickly flew through the smoke. Now using his right hand to catch himself and then pushing to the side as he grabbed his shuriken and quickly hurling it at the red brenchian.

The red brenchian’s entire atmosphere started to change, his body began to sweat and growing from the air itself was an ice knight catching the shuriken and solidifying as a statue. The blind man then vanished from his position, appearing in front of Razer and stabbing him up with icicles. Catching him off guard and hurling him out of the ring with a strong grip to his body. Razer was knocked out and walking over to his friends.

Razer: “now that was a bummer.”

Ryugan: “I told you to watch out. Hopefully Aoi won’t get knocked out from the ring.”

Ryugan: “you spoke about that Lottus guy. Yea he is strong and all, but with us working together. I’m pretty sure we can take him down if need be. As far as that Ticoga guy well.. my crew and I went up against him. See me and my crew rarely have any money. So we do jobs and such. One of them was trying to steal from the emperor and well… we got our asses handed to us. But hey, we survived. I’m surprised he didn’t kill us but that was his mistake. We will get stronger given time.”

He nodded and had his arms folded across his arms.

Ryugan: “so while we have been away. Have you discovered anything to help you get out of this place? Maybe we can help you get out of here?”

Aoi was right up next and heading over to the ring. His opponent was the final opponent for this round and the final opponent for House Bones. The old looking man was hard of hearing and one of the competitors had to yell in his ear to get his attention. The fact that he was still among the living was interesting. The old human arriving to the ring and wearing monk like clothing.

Old Man: “so you are my opponent huh. Looks like you were once a proud officer by how you keep your hair so in line.”

Aoi: “I see you have some wisdom huh.”

The old man pointing his cane and slightly smirking.

Old Man: “give me your best shot.”

Aoi shrugging his shoulders as he quickly drew his pistol and fired at the old man’s stomach. The old man collapsing to the ground and being knocked out instantly.

House Bones was out of the tournament and Ogresh wasn’t pleased about losing either. He stood up from the table and was quickly slammed down to the ground by Lorek.

Lorek: “I know how you play Ogresh. About to threaten me. I have seen you do it to other demons. Now get out.”

Ogresh leaving the private room in anger. Red leaning back as he watches the second round commence and seeing one of his fighters, the blind guy losing.

Red: “oh you have got to be kidding me. I’m down to my last fighter..”

Ryugan: “even if he shows up, destron gas is a good weakness no matter who you are. I was able to obtain it illegally from one of Yangcong’s former guys. So we won’t have trouble with him if we use the gas on him.

The history of plant is war between both the saiyans and the tuffles. Tuffles have been able to use their brilliant minds to create such a device to use against the saiyans and actually hold their own against their oozaru states.

If you believe you can handle and take care of Ticoga then I trust you. If you believe that you friend can help you get revived through those means then hopefully it works out.”


In the final round and the beginning of the match of the tournament, Aoi and Ryugan faced off in a tense battle. Aoi, armed with his precision officer pistol, maintained a calculated distance, attempting to outmaneuver Ryugan’s raw power. Ryugan, relying solely on his fists, showcased incredible speed and agility, dodging Aoi’s ki bullet shots.

As the match unfolded, Aoi’s accuracy proved challenging for Ryugan to overcome. However, Ryugan’s determination and resilience began to wear down Aoi’s defenses. In a surprising turn, Ryugan closed the gap between them, dodging a final shot and delivering a powerful, well-timed punch that left Aoi stunned.

The crowd erupted in cheers as Ryugan emerged victorious, proving that sometimes raw strength and determination can prevail over calculated strategy. The unexpected outcome left the audience in awe, illustrating the unpredictable nature of the tournament and the unique strengths each fighter brought to the ring.

The tournament was still drawing near and almost over with. As Red’s champion also prevails and moving on as well.

Ryugan: “I only know of Gira. And there is this other Saiyan by the name of Zuci. I would have to speak to her about it if she wants to help out or not. Then there is another one on earth by the name of Morrigan. She’s an earthling we met at the bar perhaps she could help us out since she seems desperate for money. I would have to meet them again and see if they would be interested in helping us out. I will get back to you on that.”

In the heart of the tournament arena, Joker faces the formidable Champion fighter for house Red, a towering arcosian figure clad in crimson armor. The crowd roars in anticipation as the battle begins.

Joker: (croaking confidently) Ready to lose? I am quite the formidable opponent.”

Red Champion: Prepare for defeat, Joker. I am crush many of your species before. Your poison like nature won’t beat me.”

They circle each other, and suddenly the Red Champion lunges forward, swinging a massive energy-infused sword. Joker leaps back, narrowly avoiding the strike.

Joker: (croaking) “Quick on your feet, aren’t we?

Despite Joker’s agility, the Red Champion’s attacks are relentless. Each swing of the sword sends shockwaves through the arena, and Joker struggles to keep up.

Joker: “This guy’s tougher than I thought.”

The Red Champion, undeterred, charges up a powerful energy blast and unleashes it toward Joker. Joker attempts to dodge, but the blast grazes him, sending him tumbling to the ground.

Joker: “That… was unexpected.”

The Red Champion approaches, sword raised for a finishing blow. Joker, battered but not defeated, summons his remaining strength and attempts a last-ditch effort.

Joker: “You may win this round, Red Champion, but the fight isn’t over!

Despite Joker’s determination, the Red Champion delivers a decisive strike, and the arena falls silent. Joker lies defeated, but the crowd cheers for the Red Champion’s victory.

Red Champion: “Better luck next time, Joker.”

The Red Champion raises his sword in triumph as Joker, still on the ground, acknowledges the defeat with a nod. The arena’s lights dim, and the crowd’s cheers echo through the tournament arena. Now the announcer getting on the mic and speaking to everyone.

Announcer: “we will take a ten minute time for the arcosian champion to rest up. Then our final fight between him and Ryugan will commence.”

The arcosian champion tightened the grip on his sword, his eyes focused on the formidable Ryugan shark alien standing before him. The air crackled with anticipation as the two warriors prepared for the impending battle.

Arcosian Champion: “You’re brave to challenge me, Ryugan. But bravery alone won’t save you from my mastery of combat.”

Ryugan: “you carry that sword with you? How did you die?”

The clash began, his sword meeting with Ryugan’s shank. Ryugan moved with agility, his movements precise and calculated. The Arcosian champion, however, countered with swift and powerful strikes, displaying the prowess of his species, using his tail to wrap it around Ryugan’s neck and started to choke him.

Arcosian Champion: “You’re quick, but speed won’t be enough to defeat me!”

Ryugan biting his tail and forcing his release, his eyes never leaving his opponent. A surge of energy enveloped him as he unleashed a powerful technique, sending a mouth beam of red energy towards the Arcosian.

Ryugan: “I have more than just speed, Arcosian. Feel the power of my techniques!”

The Arcosian champion, undeterred, formed a protective energy barrier, deflecting Ryugan’s attack effortlessly. The battle continued, each warrior pushing their limits in a dance of blades and energy.

Arcosian Champion: “Impressive, but you can’t match the might of an Arcosian!”

Ryugan, fueled by determination, tapped into his inner strength. His aura intensified, and his strikes gained newfound force. The tide of the battle shifted as he pressed the Arcosian champion, forcing him to defend against the relentless onslaught.

Ryugan: “your swordsman craft is impressive but you can’t beat me!”

Ryugan started to charge a red ki beam in his mouth, so massive, so powerful, that he fired it straight at the arcosian. Breaking his sword completely and causing the massive beam to strike his entire body. Now laying on the ground on his back, Ryugan towered over him as he grabbed his broken sword off the ground. The arcosian looked defeated as he recalled his question prior.

Arcosian: “I died by an arcosian long ago. He wielded six swords and killed me. He was part cyborg…”

Ryugan: “I don’t need you win this battle. But you do, the prize is you being revived. I can’t let you lose that opportunity.”

Arcosian: “I would rather stay here forever than for you to give me pity. Don’t. You earned this victory.”

Ryugan smirked, as he fake pushed himself out of the ring and laid there, losing to the arcosian. The crowd was shocked, then cheered for the arcosian as they believed that he used telekinesis to beat him!

Lorek had showed up to the ring and looked at the arcosian champion.

Lorek:” Excellent work. But too bad that you aren’t getting anything from me.”

Lorek quickly fired a red beam at the arcosian, causing him to knock out in the process. Ryugan being angered as he got up from the ground.

Ryugan: “you lied to them.”

Lorek quickly placing Ryugan in a purple sphere prison. Ryugan banging on it to no avail.
