Some Days Prior-
Ticoga would be presented with an Imperial Missive; rather than make use of modern video or audio recordings, he'd have found himself in possession of a letter. If asked whom the missive was presented by, the answer would be an ex-military lieutenant going by the name of Shivvz, also known well as the helmsman of Azoths own Freezing Horizon. The seal and parchment of the missive however would clearly be of Saiyan origin; the seal itself being an official stamp of Clan Dreadwyrm.
Opening the missive, an immediate glance would have the astute take notice of the many corrections apparent by attempted erasure; whomever wrote the letter was clearly an amateur who likely sought second, third and maybe even fourth opinions.
The missive would read-
Both the quality of the letters writing and its level of respect bounced and wavered heavily, while the faded area around the senders name made it clear they'd rewritten their noble rank more than once. In spite of the quality of the letter, the communicator included would be of exceptional quality; a mix of Arcosian and Tuffle tech, and secured as promised from any form of breach or interception. Those with a magical acuity would even be able to take notice of the wards that protected the device from more mystical interference. While Zuqetta might have been lacking in noble etiquette, it was clear she had professionalism in other aspects.
The Present Day-
Having established a date for their meeting, with Shivvz acting as the reluctant negotiator for the proceedings, Zuqetta now found herself in a place she never once in her life expected to be, Arcose. Not just Arcose, but the Regal Citadel, and soon only merely rooms away from the throne room itself. Today was a special day, and a slightly terrifying day; today, Zuqetta would speak on behalf of her people, though was likely no more qualified than Zuci or Jagaimo were. However, while those two had openly distanced themselves from such responsibility, Zuqetta had done the opposite. She'd established herself as a noble and made a brazen claim to be a crown candidate; there was no turning back now.
"Remember Young Mistress, you're to be on your best behavior around the Emperor." Shivvz would explain in a dry tone, done with just plain... everything at this point, "We get in, you explain your case, we get out. Don't argue with him, don't lose your temper if he says anything you don't like, and please, PLEASE refrain from mentioning anything involving you know who." He'd insist, sounding a bit angered near the end.
"Lottu-?"
"You. Know. Who." He'd quickly interrupt, hoping the man escorting them to the waiting room wouldn't overhear the naive girl.
"Okay okay, jeez... do we gotta be so uptight? Zerori told me he isn't so strict and noble and stuff." Zuqetta would ask in a rather tired, annoyed tone, "Probably more chill than Mint at least!" she'd say, snickering at her own pun.
"That right there, don't do that." Shivvz would say firmly with a sigh, "I haven't been part of the Empire for years, and know little to nothing of the current Emperor. I do however like my head firmly where it's placed, and would like to keep it that way." he'd continue as the two reached the waiting room, "Now straighten up, you're to be nobility, remember? He'll be here any moment, true royalty is punctual." he'd state plainly, recalling his time with Azoth. While he'd cease speaking verbally, his communication with Zuqetta would continue on a mental front, 'Remember everything we talked about, don't stray from the script, maintain a telepathic channel the entire time, and don't say anything needless.'
'Got it!' she'd respond telepathically, straightening up properly as they prepared for Ticoga's arrival.
She'd finally arrived, though may have been a far cry from what Ticoga might have expected. As self proclaimed Queen-To-Be, she'd accepted the criticism of her crew and came not in her usual attire, but in a refashioned version of her noble attire. It bore a striking resemblance to the attire she wore while in her Saiyan Queen transformation, though was properly fitted to her true appearance, with some slight alterations.
The hues of her attire were mostly dark reds akin to that of the Saiyan Empire insignia; her upper armor was a bit more modest in design than her transformed self, with the insignia itself being emblazoned upon the center of her chest in gold. The tuft of her cloak was also much more humble, giving her a softer feel than previously seen when she fought against Amara; of course, considering her comparable smaller stature to the woman that once fought for the throne, it wouldn't have been strange for any to consider her a completely different person from that towering beast of a woman. Five feet in height compared to her six-foot five Saiyan Queen form; lean in muscle, unlike the utterly jacked transformation. Every aspect of her may as well have made her an entirely different person; only those who'd been able to sense her ki then and now would be able to say with certainty that they were the same person. The Zuqetta now, specifically now in this waiting room, held herself with the grace expected of a crown princess; elegant and dignified, even if they'd failed to keep her spiky Saiyan hair under control.
Standing behind and beside her was Shivvz, donned in the formal attire of the Galactic Frontier. While the organization may have lost a considerable amount of members with the loss of Azoth, it yet still lived and functioned at a lesser capacity. Shivvz was to be Zuqetta's formal escort for this meeting, though in truth wanted to be as far away from Arcose as possible. He had reasons for leaving Arcose back in the day, even if Zuqetta didn't know why; Azoth might have accepted him and allowed him a place in the Galactic Frontier, but there was no telling how the new Emperor would feel. He'd simply keep a low profile, as low a profile as he possibly could being within mere feet of the Emperor.

To his Imperial Majesty,
It has come to my attention that you have recently visited Plant, issuing an ultimatum to the planets people. To my understanding however, their were none of an official capacity available to properly receive you, let participate negotiations with proper understanding of the situation. As such, I humbly request an audience with your person as an established noble of the Saiyan Race, heiress to the Dreadwyrm Clan and contender for the Saiyan Throne. Accompanying this missive is a communicator set to a secure line for which to contact my company with so as to set up proper proceedings. I look forward to making your acquaintance in the near future.
Humbly Yours, Dutchess Zuqetta Dreadwyrm
