BACKGROUND:
Ryugan was born in the slums on planet Ekeymere. The government of his people didn't care about the citizens. The only source of income for the planet was selling their own people as mercenaries. The planet had no military due to the Arcosian Empire laying claim on their territory. Since a treaty was never established due to the selfishness of the government wanting to be a free territory and not under a contract, they were force to sell their strongest soldiers in order to provide services for the entire population of people. So when Ryugan came of age, doing what most children do at his age which was fighting on the streets and getting locked up. He was sold as a mercenary to a heran pirate crew and started his life as a mercenary. During those years he was committing crimes until he got caught and got sentence to prison. Being a follower and not a leader is what got him sent to prison since he had told the leader that it was a dumb idea to try to steal from the Arcosian Empire but he didn't listen and the Galactic Patrol had set them up to be arrested. After serving his sentence, he decided to make his own squad, an elite squad filled with only the best.
COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots and One Sparking Slot that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with additional slots, or access to certain slot-based abilities for free. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots.
STARTING LOADOUT: You start with 24,000 XP that can be turned into PL at a 1:1 rate or kept as raw XP to buy items with. You also start with 2,000 Zeni you can use to buy Zeni items with.
