BACKGROUND:
Joker was born on an unknown mostly sea covered planet. His people were born strong and could easily compete with saiyans and Herans on the field. What made him different from his people was his mentality. He was classified as insane and placed in a mental ward at the age of ten due to committing insane acts. He lived in the ward for so long that he found comfort in it. Eventually he decided to not take his meds and did a crazy escape from the mental institution. The Galactic Patrol was on him but he was able to escape captivity due to Ryugan helping him out. He swore loyalty to Ryugan due to saving his life from the institution.
COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots and One Sparking Slot that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with additional slots, or access to certain slot-based abilities for free. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots.
STARTING LOADOUT: You start with 24,000 XP that can be turned into PL at a 1:1 rate or kept as raw XP to buy items with. You also start with 2,000 Zeni you can use to buy Zeni items with.
