Creaking desks and shifting chairs, a dry erase marker squeaking upon a white board, all the while, the playful chatter of children filled the room. A cacophony of sounds, dreadful and annoying to one individual who rested her chin upon her folded arms on a desk. what was this place? This hell of boredom and torment that plagued her? Why, it was none other than a class room of course, though by the simple mathematical functions depicted on the board, the truth of this hell became apparent...
"Why am I in a room with a bunch of five year olds?" Maple would grumble, her eyebrow twitching as she glared up at the simple equations on the board; today's lesson? Solving for X, with multiple examples displayed.
"I'm not five, I'm seven!" A girl sat beside Maple would chime as she moved her desk nearer, hoping to make a friend.
"Oh goodie, congratulations." Maple would say in a rather droll and sarcastic fashion as she buried her head within her arms.
"Whatsa matter, your tummy hurt?" the little girl would prod, showing concern for her would-be friend.
Maple thought about what had led her to this situation, her curiosity having been peaked by the idea of visiting a place deemed a facility of higher learning by Earth standards. She'd found further interest in visit upon learning that the facility hosted individuals of all ages, considering it quite the Tuffle way of thinking. One was never too young to learn after all, so such a notion had given Maple a rather favorable view of Earth's educational standards.
That was, until she actually visited...
Sure, education was happening for all ages, but the level of education was VASTLY different from what children in Hatchi would be learning. To make matters worse, during the ringing of a bell, Maple had found herself swept up in the commotion of a migrating swarm of individuals before being apprehended by an educator of the facility, and forced into a room filled with her so-called peers! It was difficult to gauge exactly what grade of classroom she was in, Hatchi's educational system was far too different to make a proper comparison, though judging by the age of the children she sat with, it couldn't have been anything too high.
"Puh, classifying ones level of education based on age? Ridiculous..." Maple would mutter in annoyance.
In truth, she could have escaped at any point, but a few obstacles barred her path. First was the truant officer who lurked right outside the classroom; having witnessed her escort to the room prior, he'd remained around and successfully prevented an attempted escape already and was now on high alert. As much as she hated to admit it, her small size made fleeing on foot an impossibility. There were windows of course, but this led to her second trouble; while her Molassus unit had been repaired, the power core still hadn't recharged from her encounter with Sen. The unit remained in its backpack form, hibernating and wouldn't be capable of flight functionality. It might have been possible to fly with only Syrup and Sappy so long as she didn't fear a concussion and making a mess of the classroom with her lack of control, but then came her third conundrum, her own decency as a person. She had no intention to cause trouble or make the jobs of those around any more difficult, so with that in mind, she figured it was better to wait out the day rather than attempt escape.
"Still... why a class of children? I'm thirteen!" she'd bite, lifting her head and glaring up once more at the white board and sickly looking instructor.
"You're not! You're smaller than I am!" the little girl would laugh as she began to diligently copy what was written on the board, much to Maple's surprise. A combination of maturity and immaturity was certainly a curious thing.
However long this class would be, it seemed that a change was quick to happen; as the sickly instructor experienced a coughing fit, it seemed enough was enough, and the teacher was done. With a quick instruction to the class to begin a study hour, they'd make their way out of the room, choosing instead to seek out a temporary sub of any kind. While curious as to why the teacher would choose to show up to work despite being so ill, Maple wouldn't bother herself with further interest. In fact, she saw no reason to bother herself with anything in the class, least of all the work the other kids were doing. It wasn't like it was her class after all, and she was well beyond such basics; instead, she'd merely lie her head down in her arms and continue waiting out the day, hoping that whatever substitute teacher showed up wouldn't expect much from her or be too overbearing.
Passive Effects:
Antisense (For the Minions!): Immunity to all forms of Sensing!
Overdrive (For the Minions!): All momentum effects have their requisite cost reduced by 1. Does not include Sparkings or Max Power!
Itty Bitty (Maple): 20% Evasion boost! (Does not boost evasion on techniques affected by Strategist)
Metamorphosis (Maple): May retain current MP when transforming, however, cannot use a Sparking Technique on that turn.
Resources:
Locked & Loaded (For the Minions!): One free 30% Offensive & one free Defensive technique that cannoted have their power boosted in any way! (One Use for each Minion)

Molassus is current transformed into a backpack (not to be confused with jetpack form!) and is being worn by Maple!
Sappy and Syrup are currently transformed into boots and are currently being worn by Maple!
