When Sen had first ventured into the Kaiju Jungle, he had two tasks set out in front of him. The first had been to collect samples for a new virus which he hoped he could use against the Saiyan's. They had spent so much time trying to figure out a way to protect themselves against Destron, but how much preparation had they against Earth viruses? Practically none. It'd be so easy, as long as he could perfect the formula. He had collected enough samples for that already though; now he was here for something else.

He had mused (only half-seriously) about potentially trying to capture a Kaiju and work on some sort of mind control device. Later on down the line he could bred them and create an army of Kaiju that were subservient to him. He believed that a combination of drugs, electronic implants and training could get the job done, but for that he was going to need a living subject.

His lab wasn't large enough to house a fully grown Kaiju, but he wasn't interest in one of those anyway. The younger he could get a subject, the easier it would be to influence them which is why he was looking for eggs today. A freshly hatched specimen would be perfect for his goals... as long as he could get his hands on one. The hunt today hadn't been going as well as he liked; the closest he had come had been a few recently cracked eggs, with no hatchlings in sight.

Thankfully he had just happened upon a freshly birthed set of eggs. Obviously he had to take care of the mother first, but from then it was simple. Bending over and opening up his rucksack, Sen gleefully pocketed the eggs away in a safe compartment. "Come to daddy."

Amon since meeting some people, including one that crashed to earth in somewhat style, Amon didn't have any luck on answers. The humans in his experience so far didn't want to speak to him and found him scary. He supposed it was the whole purple skin thing and as annoying as it was, he couldn't blame them. Amon ended up exploring the planet to understand the world and its inhabitants better and today ended up in the jungle. He was stuck in thought, not paying attention to where he was walking and then all of a sudden- BANG!

"Oww...that's a tree"

Amon rubbed his head before getting up and looking around. Trees as far as the eye could see, where was he?

"Great...where do I go now? Where even am I?"

Amon thought out loud before sighing to himself. He decided staying put was a bad idea so he started walking again. This time Amon paid attention to where he was going so he wouldn't walk into any more trees. Amon had no idea how big this jungle was, if there was anyone in the jungle, or even if there was anything in there other than trees. He just had to hope he would find, something at least.

Sen had collected a bundle of six fresh eggs from this one nest; at least one of them should hatch a healthy specimen for him to use. The mother had been rather young, and perhaps she could have been a decent subject herself, though when Sen saw the eggs he knew he had to have them. Based on their size he'd say they were about three or four days away from hatching which meant that he needed to get them back to his lab and under hatching conditions as soon as possible.

The sound of a crash coming from nearby startled Sen so much that he nearly dropped his sack, though thankfully the safety strap did it's job and kept it in place. Who had that been? He couldn't sense any sort of power that a humanoid should have around, yet he was certain he had just heard a voice now. Sen moved slowly into position near where he had heard the voice coming on, trying to scout out what was going on here.

A strange alien creature stood down a hill, who had seemingly just walked into a tree. This alien was no species that he had ever seen before, possessing purple skin, orange eyes and... Saiyan hair? Was this some sort of half breed? Possibly. He had known that Saiyan's were capable of breeding with other species, and had even studied some specimens back on Plant, but he had never seen this bred before. If his assumption was correct then this might be the chance to get his hands on Saiyan DNA that he had been looking for.

But he had to figure out how to play this. Quietly placing his bag down to one side, Sen would simulate a fall down the cliff, landing in front of the alien. "Oh... ouch... I'm hurt..."

Amon had got to this cliff and was walking along the bottom of it. Sen's fall would only go partially to plan as Sen would fall and knock Amon over. This resulted in Amon lying on the jungle floor with Sen on top of him. Amon laid there, grabbing his barring as he let his slight headache run its course.

"Ow...if the tree didn't wake me up, I am awake now. You okay there? At least I wasn't a tree huh?"

Amon commented, looking down at the guy that was on him. He also wondered what the guy had been doing and why they fell down the cliff. However, that wasn't so important right now. The main thing was making sure both men were okay. If there was one thing Amon was glad about, it was the fact he didn't have a tail, cause if he did it would be in pain right now. At least there was a bright side to him.

"Say um, what even this place anyway? I'm um, still learning the names of places around here."

Amon asked, trying to play it cool, he didn't want to risk the person running off like a number of civilians had. Having a friend around would be easier, but it is making that friend first.

Sen's fall had only meant to take him in front of the alien, but his predictions must have been off because he ended up falling right into him instead. The two lay their for a second until finally Sen pulled himself off, taking a seat next to the stranger while still playing up the act. "Sorry about that... I hit my head a while back and ever since I was feeling kind of woozy. Guess I somehow ended up walking right off the cliff. At least my head is starting to feel a bit better now."

Sen stood up and offered out a hand. "Name's Dan. Not sure how you got here if you don't even know where 'here' is, but this is the Kaiju Jungle, named after the inhabitants of course. It was a mighty Kaiju that was chasing me which lead to me hitting my head on a tree branch actually, but I guess it must have got bored of running after me."

Sen gave a quick glance up to the cliff to make sure his rucksack was still there, before turning back to the alien. "Say, I don't think I've ever seen someone who looked like you before. Where is it that you come from?"

"Walked off a Cliff huh? Now I don't feel silly for walking into a tree earlier" Amon commented with a chuckle.

Then when the person offered a hand he took it and used it to help himself stand up. Once standing he brushes his clothes off quickly so there isn't any dirt on him. That is then when he hears the person's name, Dan, followed by an explanation of where they were.

"Dan huh? Nice to meet you"

Then came the fun question, where he was from.

"How do I explain this? Um...my home isn't really a planet, it's just a place that exists and you need to know a special ability to enter or leave. We always just called it the Demon Realm. I am only half demon though and my father didn't like me for it. So that is why I am here, to work out what I am other than Demon. To understand myself and then decide what to do about my father."

Amon then shakes his head and sighes.

"Sorry, I made this rather depressing, haven't I? You didn't fall down here for my life story. Just not used to meeting someone that actually listens I guess"

Memories of what happened to his mother came to his mind, but he pushed them away as tears threatened to form. Now wasn't the time to grieve all over again. Amon had to be stronger then that and he knew it.

Amon's story was one that took a little while to properly understand. The alien claimed that he was from a place called the 'Demon Realm' which Sen had heard very little of. Some place in the Afterlife were supposedly very bad people ended up, which is where Demons come from and where most of them live. How one of these creatures managed to procreate with another species was something very interesting to Sen, as was their ability to apparently travel between dimensions at will.

"Odd that your favor would choose to bred with another species then chide you for it. Maybe he should have impregnated another Demon if purity was that important to him?" Sen had wonder what the other species could have been; he obviously hadn't seen all that the galaxy had to offer, so going purely based off of characteristics alone (and without knowing what the father looked like) was basically impossible without more time than he had. DNA testing would be a lot quicker, but a lot harder to perform as well.

"You don't know what your other half is, huh?... Maybe I could help you with that, actually? I actually work in genetics as it so stands. Usually I study genetic defects and try to find ones to fix them, but with the equipment I have I could perform a DNA test on you? It wouldn't tell you who your mother is, but I could try and figure out what species she belongs to."

Amon listened carefully to what Dan aka Sen said about his mother being another species. That was interesting to him but his mother was a demon, there was no denying it to his mind, she looked like Amon's father.

"Another species? Maybe but my mother is a Demon just like Father hence why my father got so annoyed. I remember him calling her a cheat or something, I don't know." Amon explained before he heard about this DNA test and genetic defects. Amon had no idea what the man was on about, though they said they work in genetics so they must know what they are on about...right?

However, if this 'DNA Test' could work out what his other half is, he had to take the risk and trust the man. Nothing malicious could happen, and nothing could go wrong...right? Right? Amon sighed to himself before looking at Dan aka Sen.

"If this DNA test will give me answers then sure. But only if you promise you won't do anything weird. I don't know what this DNA thing is, but I imagine messing around with mine would be dangerous and probably not the best idea in the world. Considering I am more chill compared to the rest of my kind, from what I've seen"

There were only three questions on Amon's mind now. How does this DNA test work? How is Sen going to do the DNA test? And finally, he's going to do it in a Jungle? Amon wasn't going to ask these questions though, he didn't want to be rude to someone who was potentially going to help him.

This was going even easier than he thought it would. Not many people would so readily submit themselves to a DNA test from a stranger, yet here Sen was. "Won't do anything weird? Don't worry about that. The process is simple enough. Why don't I walk you through it?" Sen wasn't even sure what he meant by that. What could he do with a sample of DNA? Try to create clones of him? That wasn't weird. Not to Sen. Probably best not to tell him that though.

Sen pulled a syringe from his rucksack and showed it to Amon. "As you can see the syringe is clear. There's nothing inside of it at all. All I'm going to do is press the needle down into one of the veins along your forearm, then I'll suck a little blood out." Reaching back into his rucksack, the Tuffle would retrieve a small machine that had a screen on the front.

"Then I'll insert the blood into this device. This has a very large database when it comes to alien species. It'll tell me the complete composition of your DNA and on which side of your family they come from, going back up to ten generations." Sen placed the small machine down, before bringing the needle back up. "So, which arm is this going into?"

Amon found himself staring at the syringe as Dan aka Sen pulled it out. It reminded him of something, of his father. He quickly shook his head to get rid of those thoughts, no need to think of home right now. That is when Sen started talking about the Syringe and how it was clear with nothing in it. Amon watched it clearly and could agree, there was nothing in it. It was then explained that the syringe would go in and blood would go inside it. It seemed simple enough so far.

With that part understood, Amon nodded his head to show he was listening and he understood so far. Right after his nod Sen kept talking, this time on about a device with a screen on it. This thing would read the blood and look through the database to find what species Amon is made from. Not only that but say the generations and what they were. That device sounded awesome to Amon. Why hadn't his father ever considered doing this?

Then came the question, what arm did Amon want the needle to go in? At that exact moment, Amon forgot his left and right. Amon made a small sound that could not be made out but was clearly something along the line of 'Damn it'. Amon then put both his hands into mirroring L shapes in front of him, staring at them. His left hand then went down a bit as if he was saying 'That one' to himself. Amon then put his hands down and looked at Dan/Sen.

"My left arm please," Amon said politely as he put out his left wrist. Now, it was up to Sen to do the test, do it safety, look after the blood correctly, and Amon the results so his mystery could be solved.

Extracting blood was a simple enough process, even if Sen was usually used to his subject being dead. Slowly pressing the needle into the skin, Sen would extract a syringe full of blood, before pulling it out and placing the needle into his machine. "Alright. The process shouldn't take too long now. This device here will examine the DNA found within your blood and tell us a bit about your ancestry... assuming that it has anything on record. Hopefully we get a few matches."

The device's screen flashed on, displaying an incomprehensible amount of numbers and symbols on it's screen. A few moments later and things would settle down, displaying the first and obvious supplier of DNA: Demon. "As you say, Demon... though it's not 100% according to my device here. There's a quite strong mix of something else in here..."

Another flashing of numbers and symbols came across the display, until finally it settled on... "Saiyan?!" Someone with Saiyan DNA was right in front of him; he couldn't afford to miss out on this opportunity. "Well then..." Without saying another word Sen would press a button that ejected what blood remained after testing into a small vial, before placing the vial into one of his pockets and blasting into the air.

Amon would wince slightly as the needle went into his vein. It didn't hurt that much but it did very feel weird for him. He stayed silent however as he watched Dan/Sen extract some blood. Then Amon observed as the needle was put into the device and was processed. Demon was the first thing that came up on the screen after a short while. Amon nodded to himself seeing that, he always knew he had Demon DNA, that was the expected part. Then after another short while, something else came up. Amon upon seeing the word froze.

'Saiyan? I am part Saiyan? Where did I get the Saiyan from? Was it from mother? Someone else? This Saiyan DNA is why my father disliked me? ... Is it bad to be a Saiyan? No, it can't be. Saiyans are said to be strong, he wanted me strong.'

After that bit of thinking himself Amon sighed as he then woke up to the world again and looked around. Dan/Sen had gone. Amon looked around trying to find him to no luck.

"I made a mistake trusting him, didn't I? Great" Amon commented out loud to himself. Maybe he shouldn't trust people too easily. Clearly not everyone on Earth are nice people. With another look around confirming he was alone, Amon started walking. The way out has to be somewhere, hopefully, he wouldn't walk into a tree this time. Amon now had a LOT to think about.
