The galaxy is a cold, dangerous place. This is a fact no matter your views, your culture, or even no matter what world you came from. But, the galaxy has changed, though not likely for the better. As worlds like Earth, Plant, Namek, and Arcose enjoy protection against the dangers of the universe through their titanic warriors of renown - not all worlds are able to enjoy such protection. Piracy between interstellar shipping lanes was a real threat; it happened. Wars between planets and star systems was real; it happened.
But what was not supposed to be real, was the threat of having an entire planet obliterated. Such was the fate of not one, but two worlds that lay at the very edge of a northern galactic arm. They had been twin worlds, revolving around each other as they, together, revolved around their star. Between the two worlds laid a single moon, anchored in place, almost seeming to be the very thing that anchored the two worlds together. One had been a lush worlds, its people quadrupedal and elk-like, sporting great antlers like wide crowns. The other world was almost entirely covered by a vast ocean, its populace making what use they could of the archipelagoes that spanned variably across it.
Now, neither world lived. Both worlds had been destroyed, and in their destruction, their tidally locked moon had been obliterated by the stellar debris. One world had been blown apart as if from the inside out - what remained of the world sporting its core completely open to space; barely a third of the planet yet remained intact, and that was still an angry red with magma. The other world fared no better - slowly splitting into pieces as it crumbled away in massive continental chunks. It would be hard to imagine anything surviving either apocalyptic cataclysms. In time, the two worlds would become an asteroid belt; and the universe would never know what the worlds could have offered.
Hundreds of lightyears away, another cataclysm was unfolding. Its people resembled what some worlds would call eldritch entities - long, pale limbs, tentacles hiding away vertical mouths of serrated teeth, and yellow or orange eyes peering fearsomely from thick, bulbous craniums. Their screams of pain and panic would sound almost musical to most - but it was indeed screams. Hundreds of the beings stood defiantly upon the rubble of their once great city of glass and coral, firing energy weapons of such strange design that offworlders would not recognize them as firearms. Great coral-plated machines roll forth, firing flaming balls of plasma in arcs at the same singular target.
Explosion after explosion made the ground itself quake, and the rubble of the city shifted under the feet of the desperate soldiers. Their commanding officer holds up a three fingered, clawed hand, and the firing stops. A single voice pushes out into the air.
"My turn..!"
Crimson orbs burst through the roiling smoke and ash, one catching the commander full in the chest and the others colliding into the armored vehicles. The balls of energy erupt into domes of destruction, vaporizing flesh, bone, and coral plating in near instants. Lottus, cackling and slathered in the greyish blue blood of these people, appears from the smoke, flying into the nearest crowd of weapon wielding aliens. The first was killed as Lottus drove his fist through its chest and out of its back. He throws the body aside, flattening his hands - vile energy forms into blades of pure energy around his hands and extending from his fingertips, and Lottus gets to work cutting swaths through these beings.
Most of the world's population was already dead - their cities leveled and oceans boiling. Lottus was taking his time; after all, there was no fun in exterminating planets by immediately just blowing the planets up from space!

Utility Technique || Controlled Malice
Description: Lottus has learned to control his Wrathful State to a large degree. While not as "bulky" as normal, Lottus stands at an imposing 7'5", rather than the full powered bulk that puts him at over 8' in height while active, and his coal black eyes now glint with a blood red coloration. Lottus' contained fury can be felt as if the malice were a physical presence.
Utility Technique || Horrifying Countenance
Description: When Lottus utilizes his Wrathful State, other Transformation, or technique utilizing the word Wrath/Wrathful in the name is active, Lottus' terrifying aura gives the impression of almost twice the power he truly possesses, making him appear far more dangerous and intimidating to behold.
Note: Lottus' PL does NOT actually change - it tricks Ki Sensing users into feeling vastly more power than is actually there. Scouter users are unaffected, as this ability is a sensation, not a true power boost. Additionally, skillful, or much more powerful enemies cannot be tricked by this ability.
Utility Technique || Wrathful Aura
Description: When Wrathful State (transformation), Transformation, or technique utilizing the word Wrath/Wrathful in the name is active, Lottus focuses the corrupting power onto his foe, trying to frenzy them with the same bloodlust that he experiences trying to control or make them go berserk with rage.
Requirements: First and foremost, this ability affects other players' characters negatively - therefore, in order for them to be afflicted with Berserk the player being affected must give express permission that their character can be affected. Secondly, Lottus can only use Wrathful Aura when using a transformation that includes Wrathful in the name. And thirdly, the ONLY way Wrathful Aura can affect a target is through physical contact. Melee attacks made by Lottus, and against Lottus only. Ki Blast techniques (that do not involve physically touching Lottus) are not subject to the Wrathful Aura's effect.
Enemy characters cannot be afflicted with Berserk more that two times per thread. Players determine for themselves how long the effects of Berserk apply to their character(s).
