Gandigan has been wanting to visit Arcose for a while, though he never imagined the timing would be this poor. In less than two weeks he was set to make his claim to the throne of the Mazoku, yet he was now off world yet again. Although he felt very hesitant to leave Namek again he decided that it may have been for the best. Any power he gained in the last few days of training would be kept a surprise for any would be contenders which was always handy to have up your sleeve.
Let them wonder where Gandigan had gone while he got down to business. On this particular day he wasn't Gandigan at all though; he was Shen, an envoy of the future King. Shen had covered himself a dark cloak to cover up the notable features on his body, while at the same time he lowered his power down to a small, but not unreasonable level.
Shen was interested in meeting with the Grand Emperor whom he had found out was called Ticoga, yet he also wanted to make sure he went through all of the proper channels. Without any connections of Arcose he was going to have to start from the ground up, which meant being on the lookout for someone who could take him higher up. He made his way down to the capital of Kuriza where he began his search for someone who would have access to Ticoga.
With Arcose being such a foreign world to Shen, the search didn't start off very well. He had no idea where it was he was going, and got lost on more than one occasion. Namekians probably rarely travelled here considering the looks he was begin given, but he was able to ignore them. The first thing that really stood out to Shen was a soldier of a particularly high power level; perhaps some sort of royal body guard? He didn't know, but he'd ask. "Excuse me, sir. Could you help me? I'm looking to find the one they call Ticoga."
