Prize fighter? Yogu wished. Maybe he'd have some cash and a place to stay the night. So what the hell was he then? A free spirit who knew how to fight well enough not to kick the bucket yet. A tough bastard that survived. A stranger that never stayed in one place long. "I'm a hermit! Yeah... A kickass, youthful hermit. Sort of."

Yogu's blows increase with speed and intensity with each hit he takes. Each hit the two of them take sends shockwaves through the grounds. Anyone brave enough to still be around to watch them bare-knuckle brawl would want to bow out now. This was the part of the fight when things got serious. The boy's confidence grows with each extra hit he lands against the Majin. "Alright... I got this! I really got this!" Then the little menace escapes.

Yogu shouts at the guy, "Where are you going?! Scared?!" But Megis is not scared at all, and the noodle arm catches the elf-boy way off guard! Dragged by the neck to his doom, all he can gurgle out is "...Not...Good..." And then he catches Megis' boot with his face. Excellent form, Yogu. He snaps backward and blacks out for a second. His ears ring as he scrambles to his feet, trying to fight back against whatever the Majin had planned with this lasso.

Yogu grabs the noodle arm and yanks with all his might to fling the mini Megis his way, straight into an all-out headbutt! If successful, the recoil stuns Yogu, rolling around on the stage in agony. "Why the hell did I think that was the right move?" Okay, maybe he didn't have this. However, not all of his newfound confidence was gone yet. He still saw a way out of this. It would just be damn close, and he'd have to bide his time and probably endure a few more brain scramblers.

Yogu really did wish he had another one of those beans. Why didn't he think to ask that shinjin for more of them if they were so helpful in a pinch? No, this would be ending soon. One way or another. Pain wracked his brain, and his neck felt like jelly. Still, he pressed on. The boy picks himself back up and catches the Majin going on about how invincible he is. And the guy was right! The only way you could really stop him would be to annihilate every little atom of him. Yogu's bones were fragile things, and a few of them were probably broken right now. "I am not... Done yet... Shrimpy!"

Yogu launches a veritable tidal wave of ki blasts at his opponent, and in the haze of the destruction, the boy completely loses him! "Oh, crap. That's not good..." At the last moment, Yogu senses the energy around him. "Ya gotta be kiddin'." With speed he'd never had before, Yogu turns around, and his plan goes into action. His ace in his sleeve was a little flower-patterned thermos he always kept clipped to his belt. This was his other gift from Kore; the thing had some leftover magic floating around in it. He tried not to drink out of it, the thermos was always full, and it freaked him out. But he did like swinging it around, and that's precisely what he did! The thermos lights up with an aura of ki pumped into it, and he swings it like a mace at Megis' face! "Here we GOOO!"

In all his wild swinging, the lid to the thermos comes flying off, and the stale magic water that had been sitting around in it for a year or more comes spilling out. Yogu, in his screaming, catches a pretty big sip, sputtering and coughing all over the place. "Augh! Ew!" The thermos goes flying, either absorbed by the monster or flung off somewhere into the grounds. A valiant sacrifice. Like the times he drank it before, a surge of energy shot through him like a lightning bolt! After his thermos mace attack, the boy stops, leaving himself wide open to being swallowed up by the Majin. Seemingly fully accepting of his oncoming death and absorption by Megis the Conqueror.

Yogu then  consumes his Energy Drink item, regaining the lost KP.

Yogu stands calm and ready, watching the Majin stumble over rubble and covering his bruised-up eyes. "Can eyes get bruised?" Megis screamed curses at him and rolled around, throwing a fit. Now he pitied the guy. He did want to help the Earth, after all. Still, he has tried multiple times to eat Yogu all because he wouldn't join the Majin's crusade. This guy needed to learn a serious lesson. "Geez, are all politicians this much of a baby?" The guy keeps screaming and then lashes out in a chaotic mess of blurred pink limbs slamming into the stadium. Yogu wanted to freak out and be a coward.

But he couldn't! This was his golden opportunity! The guy was swinging around with his eyes closed! "Wide open... Heh heh, let's see how you like this, Mister President!" Yogu claps his hands together and makes a triangle with them. Deep breaths, kid. This was the big one.

It starts as a low hum. One of Megis' fists slams down right next to Yogu, and it takes everything to not flinch and break his concentration. The electrical hum gets louder and higher pitched. He could feel it in his legs now; his hair stood on end. His aura disappears, and sparks crackle around him. "H-H-Here we g-g-go...! T-T-Twenty-thousand volts...! J-J-Just what the doctor ordered...!" It was probably far beyond twenty-thousand with how much energy he was putting out. Then another fist comes swinging! Yogu is so damn focused that he doesn't see it coming and is knocked off his feet rolling to the very edge of the stage.

"Nononono! Come ON! GET BACK HERE!" Yogu screams at his dissipating energy, getting back in his stance and gritting his teeth through the pain. His newfound strength surges back into him. Arcs of lightning coming off him strike the ground actively crumbling beneath his feet, leaving it sooty and burnt. Just as another one of those fists was about to come down and flatten him for good, he let the move loose as it reached a fever pitch.


He throws his hands into the air, and an electrical field shoots out around him, concentrating into a beam of lightning that fires dead-on at the incoming fist and courses its' way all the way back to Megis. Blinding white light fills the arena and the bone-shaking crack of thunder mutes everything.

Yogu flops onto his back, too tired to even sigh. He'd have to wait and see if the Majin could deal with getting tased with that much power. With Yogu's luck, Megis would absorb the attack and turn into an eighty-foot kaiju.

Yogu lies there watching his enemy meltdown, this time for seemingly good. Yeah, he was a damn fool. But that look on the little creep's face was worth the dumbassery. "Heh heh... Yeah, me." He says, mustering the strength to raise his hand to flip the bird at Megis. Victory had never tasted so sweet. The guy's face melts into a puddle, and the boy cringes at such a gross sight. He turns his face to the sky. "Guess that's that then..."

He felt like drifting off to sleep, but that was a bad idea. This place was wrecked. Someone in that crowd probably ended up calling the cops. "Just a 'lil shuteye, then I'll go..." Not a wink of sleep yet, and he could hear Majin matter shuffling about. He squints his eyes open just in time to watch the foot soar into the air. "You've gotta be jokin'..." Was this hell fight ever going to end?!

What the hell could he do? Was this all going to end with him getting clobbered anyway?! "Damn it! I'm so freakin' useless! A warrior? Fat chance." Like a spear tossed down from the heavens, the leg burst through clouds and cut the wind so deep it screamed. Was there nothing else he could do? He'd broken so many limits today. Surely he could break another? At the very least, he had to at least try to make the Majin go down and stay down with him.

Yogu raises a shaky hand to the sky, aiming right at the incoming foot. "Come on... Just go to hell already...!" The boy's heart skips a beat, and he tries to force anything he has left in him to the surface. Instantly a sharp pain goes through his entire body, like thousands of pins and needles pricking him. His heart and brain feel like they get wrung dry as a reservoir of energy the boy had no business tapping into is forced out. He silently lets a one-handed Kamehameha rip through the sky, clashing with the foot. Whatever happens next is something Yogu wouldn't see. In an instant, he's shot through the stage floor, falling unconscious as mountains of rubble pile atop him.

If he managed to avoid the dreaded Megis in the fight's aftermath, he would awake a few hours later. The cops were combing the grounds to figure out what had happened. Luckily for Yogu, this wasn't his first time sneaking away from a crime scene. He'd drag himself away and pass out again in some dumpster not too far away. What a mess. There was one positive out of all of this, though. He was back to normal! No more colossal elf ears. The ones he usually had were already bad enough.
