Gandigan felt a new vigor in life. Before, when he felt he must have his memory wiped to go on, every step he took was one of pain and weariness. But now? Now he had a purpose. He felt like he was doing something that was right. The only problem now was that his upcoming project required much more support than what he could provide. His goal was to settle many of the Mazoku into a great city alongside Dragon and Warrior caste Namekians, hopefully bringing the three people together.
He knew where to find Warrior and Dragon caste Namekians without issue, but Mazoku? They didn't really have great cities like Dend or even the Grand Elder village. They lived in smaller communities, and often did their best to avoid being easily found by outsiders. Energy suppression and visual camouflage were among the techniques employed by his kind. Despite being a Mazoku himself, Gandigan had lived as a hermit, away from any community, and any knowledge he may have had from before his first memory wipe was lost to him.
If he wanted to find any Mazoku community, and bring word of a great reunion to them, he was going to have to do so the hard way. The Outer Plait was the main hub of Mazoku; some very small communities existed in the First Scar, but those were the most extreme of Mazoku. He didn't expect to be able to convince those types without a working prototype of success first. The Outer Plait, now growing with more life than he ever remembered thank to Nero, was where he'd find the Mazoku he needed.
And so he set out, trudging into the Outer Plait in search of other Namekian communities. Really, any Namekian he could find would be a potential ally, so he made sure to approach even the individual hermits he found living about... though he only came across two so far, and neither seemed very happy with living in a community. Still, he wasn't discouraged. He was determined to find help, no matter how long it took.
