Megis spoke up in the crowd, and he already knew who he was. He remember running into him before and since he could sense ki it was pretty easy to confirm his suspicions. Everyone else seemed to not have anything to say but Megis's words caused the crowd to begin to rumble and ask the good questions. Saiba-Ban let everyone call out for a moment before he tapped his microphone. "Alright, don't worry I plan to answer this question. Yes, I didn't just decide to do this by myself. I may not have been born on Earth but I know that following the laws is key for all of us to thrive. No matter how rich, powerful or grand the idea is."

Saiba-Ban glanced at the moon. "Where I come from, we have a lot of tools to fix issues like a damaged moon. So that is where I wanted to start. Fixing the moon should fix any issues with tides and ocean currents. Something that has caused problems for some time. After that, I needed a home for my people and while Earth is great, the Saibamen species deserve a chance to grow and thrive on their own. So I pitched the idea to President Derry. He thought it was a good idea so he decided to allow me to work on that plan. If anyone else has some thoughts on the matter I wanna here. Afterall, I am not perfect. Maybe there is something else I'm overlooking about this plan. Maybe something that make it unreasonable or bad for the people of Earth. Because while I wanna help my kin, it should not come at the expense of Earth."

Saiba-Ban glanced as Megis pointed out a big flaw in his plan. It would take a long time for this to get going, that was true. And if Derry was to lose the election? Then the next president could nix his plan. Of course, his response would have been he'd just beat every living shit out of them. Or pay them a lot of money to keep it going. But when the man morphed into Megis he knew either option would not be quite simple. The Majin if he became president was both strong and seemed to have a desire not to be bribed. Both of those options were Saiba-Ban power over most Earthlings. So if he did become president Saiba-Ban might have to play ball with that Megis wanted next.

Megis explained what he would if became president. He would allow Saiba-Ban's plan to go through. However, it would be a part of Earth. It was a province of sorts. It would have to defend Earth in times of need and he'd be attaching himself fully to the hip of Megis. Of course, that was something he'd already have to do with Derry. Saiba-Ban glanced around at the crowd. Most of the people wanted a response to this right away. Knowing if this plan was actually gonna happen. After all, Megis seemed to be someone who had a good chance to overtake Derry. In Saiba-Ban mind it would not happen but just in case he might as well play ball. "Of course, that was already in the cards. I love Earth. I'd want the Saiba men species to share that love." He raised his arms for the crowd to cheer. He glared at Megis, he didn't give him a yes or no. Jsut that he'd follow along If Megis became president. He was not gonna swap side so easily.

"Yes, well it won't be easy but I am sure with the help of the people of Earth, then we can grow and change." Saiba-Ban smiled. Even if he didn't trust Megis fully, he was at least glad that both top candidates were willing to follow through on his plans. Megis's next question was a good one but he didn't have an exact answer. Saiba-Ban rubbed his chin in thought before speaking. "I will wait to see who wins the presidency. After all, the election is very close. If I try to change the moon right now it may cause some problems. I hope that I will be able to work with whoever is elected to make Earth better not just for humankind but for all people across the stars."

Saiba-Ban smiled as he thought. His saibamen kin living and flocking across the moon. Learning to read, write and fight in safety. A step towards true evolution. For a better future. He may of been able to save their home in Plant, but he believed he was going to save the species. "As for help, well magic could be useful but I will draft a plan once the election ends. I want to make sure this plan is both good for my people but also does not cause any problems for the people of Earth. You all may not of be of my blood but you are some of my people." Saiba-Ban raised his arms waving at the crowd.
