Namek was a planet lush with life, and much of that life contained some form of magical energies. The forest of Ajisa was said to be cultivated by the ancient Guru himself. To this day, few people tended to cultivate the forest further, as it's own life energies seemed to grow perfectly fine on it's own. This aspect of the forest was what brought Orcus out of her stone tower. She had arrived with a bag of supplies and a large dusty tome.
The female namekian would sniff the air around her as she descended from the air and onto the forest floor. The place smelled both wet and fresh, it was as if she could sense the texture of the air itself. Many colorful fruits adorned the various trees of the forest, not that she needed to worry about nourishment. From her back pocket, the wizard would pull out a quick, pre-dipped in ink. Opening the first page of her tome, she would begin writing a small log on her surroundings. The plan was to see what magical secrets the old trees may hold, and what potential reagents she could collect from them.
Without much though, she would walk over to one of the smaller trees and pluck a single leaf from it's branch. The leaf would glow blue for just a moment, but then suddenly fade and crumble to dust not long after. That seemed to explain the lack of leaves on the forest floor. The only words she could mutter would be "Interesting," as she began to write down her findings. The trees in the area seemed to contain some semblance of power, but how to properly cultivate that strength into something she could use?
At least the day had just begun, and there was plenty of time to inspect the plant life.
