Once per month, you may travel instantaneously from one planet to another with up to 5 others. This also provides a free 60% evasive defense technique, usable once per thread, that is boost-able. You can also post freely in the Otherworld boards even if you are not dead.
MYSTIC ARTS
You can heal your allies with your magical abilities. You can generate a heal valued at 75% of your PL for 3 KP, 150% of your PL for 6 KP. This interacts exclusively with your base power level, and heals based on your target's base power level. You can choose to heal yourself instead of an ally, once per thread regardless of level used. The self heal generates a heal valued at 50% of your PL for 3KP or 100% of your PL for 6KP.

CREATOR
Once per thread, select a once per thread Battle Item. You materialize a copy of that item and it functions as per usual. The item can be given to allies mid-thread, but disappears upon the thread's conclusion. This item may bypass normal inventory restrictions.

ANTISENSE
Your ki is invisible to energy sensing and scouters, even in the midst of combat - this can be toggled on and off. In addition, escape techniques have a boost of +20% to their total effectiveness and your first escape technique per thread costs no KP.
TENACIOUS
Once per thread, a Non-Heavy Standard technique you use during combat costs -1 KP. This cannot make it cost 0 KP. It cannot have its power boosted in any way.

CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE:
Haru is on the shorter side at roughly 3 feet tall. in appearance he is similar to that of a ten year old earthling. His hair is a spiky white color and is roughly a couple inches in length. His eyes are an amethyst color and are filled with innocence. He has a slender build and is rather frail looking. He is definitely not built like a martial artist He wears a dark purple and black outfit in the style of the Kais before him.
BACKGROUND:
Haru was born of a fruit like the Other Shinjin. He was born with very little Ki and was much smaller then other members of his race. He was considered frail to most of his peers. Ever since his birth Haru has always been intrigued by the living world. He realized right away that he did not belong in otherworld. He didn't really get along with most members of his race. He always felt like the odd man out and dreamed of traveling the universe and seeing all the different planets first hand. He would spend the first couple months being alive researching all the various Species in the cosmos. After a while his intrigue turned into obsession. It was all he could think about day in and day out. After months of pleading with others of his race he finally got permission to leave and go explore. There was just one catch. Given how weak he was he would need to find a guardian to protect him quickly or else he would need to return until he was strong enough to protect himself.
The first planet he want to was Plant. He had heard rumors from other Shinjin that the Saiyans that inhabited that planet were some of the fiercest warriors in the galaxy. He was hoping he could find a warrior there strong enough to protect him. It took a couple days but a fateful encounter provided him just the warrior he needed. One afternoon a wild beast attacked him while he was napping in the shade. The thing was massive! The beasts horns impaled him through the toso with one of its horns. It nearly punctured his heart. Haru thought for sure that he was dead when a man intervened to save his life. With a blast of energy He effortlessly put the animal down.
It took a couple days but the man named Raizan slowly nursed Haru back to health. Over those couple days the two became great friends. Haru explained what things were like in the other world while Raizan filled him about what it was like to be a mortal belonging to a warrior race. Haru explained how he wanted to see the universe but needed someone strong to protect him or else he would be forced to return home. Raizan was reluctant at first but eventually he agreed to be the boys guardian on the condition that Haru use his gifts as a Shinjin to help him leave Plant since the man was without a ship. The two recently made their way for earth to start their adventure amongst the cosmos.
